With ISO 9002 certification, Grafiche Rekord produces labels for high-speed lines, of all shapes and types and on any backing: paper, metal or plastic. Constantly engaged in the development of innovative products, it has presented a patented system - the Crystal Label System - that lets one apply non self-adhesive plastic labels on containers made from waterproof materials, using conventional lines for application with “cold” glue.
The company has cutting-edge equipment for CTP pre-printing, printing with spreader and ennobling (hot printing, relief work, holograms, numbering, scratch or erase silver, etc.). Grafiche Rekord has also developed an artwork management system using a dedicated database and thanks to its sister company, Converting Italia, can integrate its offer with various lines of sleeve, stretch and heatshrink labels.

IMI Norgren ha ampliato la propria gamma di sistemi Fieldbus introducendo Fieldbus II. Utilizzando moduli di input/output modulari e nodi-protocollo intercambiabili, Fieldbus II è adatto all’utilizzo con le Isole di Valvole V20 e V22. I moduli possono essere assemblati in qualsiasi ordine, sia in configurazioni centralizzate che distribuite, ottenendo un efficiente utilizzo dei 128 I/O disponibili per nodo.
Il sistema dispone di un nodo/protocollo intercambiabile, che consente di standardizzare l’hardware e di personalizzare di volta in volta il controllo software. Il grado di protezione IP65 e la flessibilità del sistema lo rendono facilmente utilizzabile per le più comuni applicazioni. I protocolli più diffusi come Profibus DP, Interbus-S, Device Net e CANopen sono disponibili con una vasta gamma di accessori, tra cui cavi e connettori per il completamento dei sistemi.
| | Fieldbus II
IMI Norgren has expanded its range of Fieldbuses by introducing Fieldbus II. This system, using modular input/output modules and protocol-nodes interchangeable in any order, can be used with V20 and V22 Valve Groups. The modules can be assembled in any order, both centralised and distributive configuration, providing an efficient use of 128 I/O available per node.
Fieldbus II is equipped with an interchangeable node/protocol which allows to standardise hardware and from time to time personalise the software control.
The IP65 protection level and the flexibility of the system make it easy to use for most normal applications. Most common protocols such as Profibus DP, Interbus-S, Device Net and CANopen are available with a wide range of accessories, including cables and connectors to finish off the system.

Italflex propone una linea di macchine da stampa flexo, che comprende il modello Italprint TC8 a tamburo centrale con luce compresa fra 800 e 1600 mm e velocità massima di 250 m/min, e una 8 colori con cambio manica in macchina tipo Cantilever (luce max 1200 mm, velocità fino a 300 m/min). Italflex realizza anche spalmatrici accoppiatrici per adesivi con e senza solvente, accoppiatrici tipo flexo per colle viniliche, paraffinatrici, stampatrici rotocalco in linea, macchine da stampa flexo a tamburo centrale da 2 a 8 colori, ribobinatrici taglierine nonché gruppi speciali con specifiche a richiesta. Fra le attrezzature della ditta piemontese figura anche un monta cliché dotato di sistema di centratura costituito da due telecamere, posizionate automaticamente tramite apposito software nelle zone prestabilite del cilindro. Con la stessa procedura si controlla la rotazione del cilindro porta cliché.

Italflex proposes a line of flexo printing machines including the Italprint TC8 central-drum model with between 800 and 1600 mm printing height and max speed of 250 m/min, plus an 8-color sleeve-change cantilever (max 1200 mm printing height and speeds of up to 300 m/min). Italflex also produces laminating spreaders for solvent and non solvent adhesives, flexo laminators for vinyl glues, paraffin waxing machines, inline rotogravure printers, central drum flexo printing machines with between 2 and 8 colors, rewinder trimmers and special custom units. The equipment offered by this Piedmont firm includes a cliché installer with a centring system consisting of two TV cameras automatically positioned via dedicated software in the pre-set areas of the cylinder zone. The same procedure also lets one control the rotation of the cliché cylinder.

Smartlase marca su un’ampia gamma di materiali di confezionamento. Il laser vaporizza perfettamente la superficie da marcare, formando una scritta chiaramente leggibile e permanente su astucci, etichette o bottiglie di PET, utilizzati dall’industria dei surgelati al backery, dal farmaceutico al cosmetico e, nel confezionamento di cereali, prodotti caseari, bevande, detergenti. SmartLase può stampare fino a 4 linee di caratteri alfanumerici, simboli e logo.

Reliable, flexible and safe, SmartLase by Markem is a CO2 reduced bulk laser coder that works without contact on moving as well as static products. Marking can be oriented 360° depending on requirements.
It can be completely integrated in production with the Markem CimControl, SW standard network, together with other Markem coding and labeling devices.
SmartLase marks a broad range of packaging materials.
The laser sprays the surface to be marked perfectly, forming a wording that is permanent on cases, labels or PET bottles, used in the widest range of sectors: from the frozen food industry to bakery products, from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics and again, in packaging cereals, dairy products, beverages, detergents.
SmartLase can print up to four lines of alphanumeric characters, symbols and logos.

Rulli Rulmecas Joki motorcylinders have been designed to run conveyor belts for single loadings and loose products, for all different kinds of outlets and in any kind of work environment.
They are sturdy and compact and this, together with their high power output, makes it possible to use them as substitutes for the more classical command systems.
Jokies have the motor and reducer inside the tube, in oil-bath that works both as lubricator and cooler. The carefully devised connections and protective seals assure maximum power and protection according to class IP 65, 66 and 67. Silent and oversized in order to better support the maximum stress and develop high torque rates, they are available in a range of diameters from 80 to 800 mm, with power ranging from 0.025 to 132 kW and speeds of 0.07 to 4.50 m/s.

L’ampia gamma di azionamenti per motori passo passo realizzati da R.T.A. si articola in più di 30 modelli base, corredati da un gran numero di accessori. Gli azionamenti sono realizzati a partire da 24 V-0,6 A, sino a 240 V-14 A, in versione monoasse con alimentatore a bordo o in formato Eurocard per applicazioni multi-asse. Oltre alla tradizionale serie di azionamenti a 200, 400 e 800 passi/giro, sono ora disponibili anche le serie GMH e SDC con funzionamento ministep, con risultati superiori in termini di precisione, uniformità di rotazione e riduzione delle vibrazioni e della rumorosità. R.T.A. può offrire anche una selezione di motori passo passo Sanyo Denki in sei taglie (da 1,7” a 4,2”) e con valori di coppia da 12,5 a 2.460 Ncm. | | Drives and stepping motors
The wide range of drives for stepping motors produced by R.T.A. is split into more than 30 basic models, fitted with a large number of accessories. The drives are produced with 24 V-0.6 A up to 240 V-14 A, in a single axis version with onboard feeder or in a Eurocard format for multi-axis applications. In addition to the conventional series of drives with 200, 400 and 800 steps/rev, the GMH and SDC series are now available with ministep operation, offering superior results in terms of precision, uniform rotation and lower vibrations and noise levels. R.T.A. also offers a selection of Sanyo Denki stepping motors in six different sizes (from 1.7” to 4.2”) and with torque values of between 12.5 and 2,460 Ncm. Both R.T.A. and Sanyo Denki are ISO 9001 certified.
