Co.pro.m.al. progetta, costruisce e commercializza macchine confezionatrici angolari automatiche per l’industria alimentare e non, che utilizzano film monopoiega termoretraibile di PP e/o PE. L’azienda modenese ha presentato al Medpack 2001 il modello SGM 531/A caratterizzato da una struttura portante in profilo d’alluminio anodizzato, con pannelli laterali facilmente asportabili per agevolare la manutenzione. Compatta e versatile, la macchina è dotata di pannello Omron gestito da un terminale con display LCD retroilluminato (pannello touch screen digitale su richiesta). Inoltre può essere completata con un sistema motorizzato di recupero scarto e con una barra saldante con apertura montante mobile verticale, per una saldatura uniforme ed efficace. La SGM 531/A realizza pacchi con dimensioni fra 1x5x5 e 20x35x50 cm, con una velocità massima di 40 pz/min.

Co.pro.m.al. designs, builds and sells automatic angular packing machines for the food and non food industries. The machines use single-fold heatshrink PP and/or PE film. This Modena-based company presented its SGM 531/A model at the recent Medpack 2001 featuring an anodised aluminium profile bearing structure, with easily removed side panels to make maintenance easier. Compact and versatile, the machine has an Omron panel controlled by a terminal with back-lit LCD display (digital touch screen panel available on request). Moreover, it can be completed with a motorised waste recovery system and a sealing bar with moving vertical upright aperture for uniform, effective sealing. The SGM 531/A produces packs measuring anything between 1x5x5 and 20x35x50 cm, at a top speed of 40 pcs/min.

Organised by divisions and equipped with its own in-house design office, Comea can design ad hoc solutions and boasts special experience in the field of structural steel and mechanical tooling. Feather in its cap is the development, design and construction of solutions for conveying loose or packed materials for a wide range of sectors.
The products range from medium/light-weight to heavy structures, including bearing structures, industrial roofing, stairs, gangways, bridges, trestles, machine beds, structural work in series, tooling of materials made from stainless steel for food, tubes and soundproofing. Erimaki (Paderno Dugnano, MI) si è progressivamente specializzata nella produzione di vibrovagli e separatori. In particolare, i vibrovagli circolari permettono di setacciare, classificare, depolverizzare e filtrare una gran varietà di prodotti, grazie alla regolazione delle bandiere sull’asse del motore e alla vibrazione tridimensionale, regolabile in tutte le direzioni.
Caratterizzati da semplicità e velocità, tramite l’applicazione di un inverter possono anche variare la velocità di vibrazione; inoltre, non necessitano di particolari strutture per l’installazione e sono rapidi da smontare per la pulizia o la sostituzione delle reti. Ogni vaglio può montare fino a quattro reti, per ottenere 5 stadi di separazione, e può essere costruito con acciaio inox o al carbonio.
| | Vibrating screens and separators
Erimaki (Paderno Dugnano, Milan) has gradually specialised in the production of vibrating screens and separators. In particular, its circular vibrating screens let one sift, classify, remove powder from and filter a wide variety of products thanks to the adjustment of the vanes on the motor axis and 3-D vibration, adjustable in all directions. Simple and fast, it’s also possible to vary the vibration speed with an inverter. Moreover, there’s no need for special structures for installation and the screens are quick to remove for cleaning or when the meshes need to be replaced. Each screen can be fitted with up to four meshes to get 5 separation stages and can be made in either stainless steel or carbon steel.

I sistemi della FlexLink, nati 20 anni fa per la movimentazione di prodotti all’interno di impianti produttivi automatizzati su larga scala, sono ideali per applicazioni nel settore alimentare, cosmetico, farmaceutico e del confezionamento. FlexLink EM è un convogliatore modulare, sviluppato per soddisfare le esigenze dei costruttori di macchine che operano nel settore dell’imballaggio.
Costituito da moduli standard lunghi fino a otto metri, è disponibile in numerose configurazioni. I moduli base sono sette (rettilineo, a “L”, a “U”, ecc.) e possono essere combinati tra loro.
Le prestazioni dell’EM sono ottimali in tutte le applicazioni leggere, e le testate di dimensioni ridotte ne permettono l’entrata nelle macchine.
Il convogliatore modulare viene preassemblato da FlexLink, spedito al cliente già montato e consegnato entro una settimana dall’ordine.

The FlexLink systems, created twenty years ago for handling products within automated production plants on a large scale, have been developed for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and packaging sector. FlexLink EM is a modular conveyor, developed by Flex Link to satisfy the needs of the machine builders that operate in the packaging sector.
Made up of standard modules up to eight metres long, it is available in a variety of configurations.
There are seven base modules (rectilinear, “L” and “U” shaped, etc.) and they can be combined together.
The performance of the EMs is excellent in all light applications and its smaller heads enable them to enter into machines. The modular conveyor is preassembled on FlexLink premises, sent to the customer already assembled and delivered within a week of the order being placed.

Nata nel 1973 per la commercializzazione di componenti per le trasmissioni, la pneumatica e l’oleodinamica, Fit Srl si è trasformata in società industriale, con un’offerta di linee standard e di prodotti su disegno. Fra gli altri, si segnalano i nastri trasportatori/elevatori, corredati di rulli d’acciaio e rivestimenti di PVC e alluminio, che presentano le seguenti caratteristiche costruttive: struttura portante in profili d’alluminio, tramoggia e carterature d’acciaio AISI 304, coperture di policarbonato e motoriduttore standard da 0,18 kW con rapporto 1:100. Fit Srl, established in 1973 to commercialise components for transmission components, pneumatics and oleodynamics, has been transformed into an industrial company, offering both a standard line of products and products made to measure. One of the products to note are the transportation/elevation belts, fitted with steel rollers and covered in PVC and aluminium, which have the following construction characteristics: load-bearing structure with aluminium section, tip-up hopper and AISI 304 steel, polycarbon covers and standard 0.18 kW gearmotor with a ratio of 1:100. In the catalogue there are also switchboards and cylinder oleodynamics, with tubing lapped in ST52 with 25 to 200 mm bore and stern in C40 chrome with a diameter of between 12 and 125 mm. The piston in C40, the gasket bearing head in spheroid cast-iron and grommets in Nitrile (NBR) complete the standard equipment.

Whizzy è uno sfogliatore automatico proposto da Etipack che distribuisce ad alta velocità coupon, dépliant, cartoline e collarini. Grazie alla motorizzazione brushless raggiunge velocità di 200 m/min. Whizzy è estremamente pratico, la velocità è facile da impostare grazie ad un comodo tastierino, l’ingombro ridotto ne facilita l’inserimento in linea e può essere posizionato sia in verticale che in orizzontale a seconda delle condizioni di lavoro.
Etipack realizza inoltre il Sistema 5/2 di etichettatura per flaconi ovali ed ellittici, che raggiunge velocità di 15.000 pz/h, con etichette di lunghezza 15÷130 mm e larghezza 20÷200 mm. Il Sistema 5/2 comprende un orientatore lineare che distanzia e centra il flacone, due etichettatrici laterali di massima precisione e lo stabilizzatore.

Whizzy is the automatic feeder by Etipack that, at high speeds, distributes coupons, leaflets, picture-cards and collars.
Thanks to the brushless motorization it attains speed of 200 m/min. Whizzy is extremely practical, its speed is easy to set thanks to a user-friendly key set, reduced bulk makes it easier to place in line and it can be positioned both vertically and horizontally according to work conditions.
Etipack presents its 5/2 System of labeling oval and elliptical bottles, that reaches speeds of 15,000 pcs/h, with labels of a length between 15÷130 mm and 20÷200 mm broad. System 5/2 includes a linear orientator that sets out and centres the bottles, two max precision lateral labelers and a stabiliser.

La termo-sigillatrice automatica GT2 della Gi Pak è in grado di assolvere molteplici funzioni: riempimento in manuale o in automatico (tramite diversi sistemi di dosaggio) di contenitori di plastica preformati, di varie dimensioni e forme; chiusura o sigillatura degli stessi con film plastici termosaldabili; chiusura sottovuoto di contenitori e contemporanea immissione di gas inerte per il confezionamento in atmosfera modificata. Il particolare movimento degli stampi portacontenitori permette inoltre di creare più stazioni di lavoro in cui inserire sia gli automatismi necessari per il funzionamento in automatico, (disimpilatori, dosatori, caricatori) sia per il caricamento da parte di una o più persone.
| | Automatic heat-sealer
GT2 automatic heat-sealer by Gi Pak can perform many functions: manual or automatic filling (through various feed systems) of pre-formed plastic containers of various shapes and sizes; closing and sealing of the containers with heat-welded plastic film; vacuum-sealing of containers and simultaneous introduction of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The special action of the container-carrying moulds makes it possible to set up several work-stations, in which can be installed the mechanisms necessary for both automatic operation (unstackers, dispensers, fillers) and for filling by one or more personnel.
| | 1135 Riempitrici e tappatrici
Gibo.Matic propone riempitrici automatiche lineari, riempitrici volumetriche e tappatrici. Le riempitrici in linea per prodotti alimentari, farmaceutici e chimici sono adatte al confezionamento - in flaconi e taniche di diverse forme - di prodotti liquidi, viscosi e con problemi di schiuma.
Il modello RL4, dotato di flussometri magnetici, garantisce precisione di dosaggio fino allo 0,2-0,5%; velocità di lavaggio e di cambio formato; richiede inoltre una ridotta manutenzione in quanto il sistema di dosaggio non presenta parti in movimento. Il dosaggio varia da 300 cc a 20 l. Segnaliamo inoltre la tappatrice TL1, in grado di trattare flaconi tondi garantendo stabilità durante la presa a strappo e senza far ruotare il contenitore durante la tappatura. Altre caratteristiche: regolabile fino a taniche da 20 kg, produzione max 3.300 pz/h.
| | Filling and capping machines
Gibo.Matic proposes its linear automatic filling machines, volumetric filling machines and capping machines. The linear filling machines for food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals are suited to the packing system - flacons and cans of varying shapes - for liquid, viscous or foaming products.
The RL4 model is fitted with magnetic flowmeters and guarantees precision in dosage of up to 0.2-0.5%, with fast washing and size change, and requires very limited maintenance as the metering system has no moving parts. Doses range from 300 cc to 20 l. Also worthy of note is the TL1 capping machine, capable of handling round bottles, guaranteeing stability during the pick-up and without making the container turn during the capping process. Other characteristics: adjustable for cans of up to 20 kg, max output 3,300 pcs/h.
