Il produttore greco di CD Intersonic ha scelto per il packaging una pellicola di Propafilm™ OS della UCB Films, in sostituzione del precedente materiale, risultato poco macchinabile sulla nuova avvolgitrice Solas M-100. I tre requisiti essenziali richiesti da Intersonic al packaging erano appeal a scaffale, avvolgimento a tenuta perfetta senza l’ausilio di tunnel di retrazione e riduzione dei costi. Secondo i test effettuati dall’utilizzatore, a parità di peso del materiale da imballaggio, con il film della UCB la macchina ha confezionato un numero di dischi superiore del 30%, assicurando una grande brillantezza e tutte le garanzie di chiusura richieste. La tecnologia bubble utilizzata per la produzione del film garantisce assenza di pieghe e grinze, e la permanenza nel tempo delle sue superiori qualità ottiche.

The Greek Intersonic CD producer has chosen Propafilm™ OS della UCB Films for its packaging, substituting the previous material that proved to be poorly machineable on the new Solas M-100 wrapping machine. The three essential requisites demanded by Intersonic for packaging were shelf appeal, perfect wrapping without the aid of a shrink tunnel and cost reduction. According to the tests carried out by the user, at the same weight of packaging materials, using UCB film the machine packed + 30% of CDs, ensuring greater shininess and all the closure guarantees demanded. The bubble technology used for producing film guarantees absence of folds and wrinkles, and the permanence in time of the two superior optical qualities.

La tavola rotante di Autorotor serie 5 è un’unità meccanica ad assi ortogonali che trasforma la rotazione uniforme dell’albero in entrata in rotazione intermittente del disco in uscita.
L’effetto viene ottenuto con una camma a tamburo che trascina due o più rulli fissi sul disco. Il numero delle divisioni standard va da 2 a 32, e altre 540 sono disponibili a richiesta. La produzione dell’azienda cremonese comprende anche oscillatori, manipolatori veloci, intermittori ad assi ortogonali, intermittori/oscillatori ad assi paralleli, e una vasta gamma di unità motrici e parti complementari (dischi standard o lavorati su disegno, bancali di supporto, accessori).
Tutti i prodotti Autorotor possono essere realizzati con angoli di camma e leggi di controllo movimento standard, o studiati appositamente per l’applicazione richiesta.
| | Rotary indexing table
The Autorotor series 5 rotary indexing table is a mechanical unit with orthogonal axes that transforms the uniform rotation of the input shaft into intermittent rotation of the output disk. The effect is obtained by a drum cam that draws two or more fixed rollers onto the disk. The standard indexing range goes from 2 to 32 and another 540 are available on request.
The Cremonese firm also produces axes oscillating drives, speed manipulators, orthogonal axes intermitters, intermitter/oscillators with parallel axes, and a vast range of power drive units and complementary parts (standard or specially designed disks, supporting structures, accessories). All the Autorotor products can be made with cam angles and standard movement control, or devised for the required application.

SSL Healthcare has chosen an oval dispenser capsule from Zeller Plastik Italia (part of the Crown Cork & Seal Group) for the new Sauber Deo Shower line of shower gel. The product is distributed through pharmacies as a free promotional gift together with Sauber Deo Parfum, for which it is the natural complement. The Deo Shower pack recalls the various perfumes and colors of Deo Parfum and consists of an ergonomic soft touch flacon produced by Pibiplast, complete with the Zeller pressure capsule. The “zelsnap” zipper gives the pack elegance, ease and immediacy of use, safety and reliability, as well excellent practicality for packing lines.

Roboframe si articola in due famiglie di prodotto: Roboframe Food con tubolari d’acciaio inox e giunti di materiale termoplastico con anima rinforzata d’acciaio, e Roboframe Pack, con tubolari d’alluminio e giunti di materiale termoplastico.

An expert in the design and production of components and structures for flexible automation and machine safety, Bett Sistemi presented its lines dedicated to the bottling sector at the Drinktec-Interbrau fair. Of these, the Roboframe has been designed to offer robust, easy to install, aesthetically pleasing and EC Machine Directive compliant protection systems. The Roboframe series is split into two product families: Roboframe Food with stainless steel tubular elements and joints made from thermoplastics with a reinforced steel core, and Roboframe Pack, aluminium tubes and thermoplastic joints. Remaining in the field of safety, P.S.M.S. produces perimeter protection fixed to the ground around work isles, palletisers, automatic machines and robots, produced using round and square tubular elements.

Società Cooperativa Bilanciai supplies equipment for industrial weighing, Cigiemme produces instruments for weighing with labeling and automatic weight check at the end of the line, Zenith operates in the retailing sector and Gibertini Elettronica in precision and laboratory weighing. Bortolin Kemo presenta la formatrice automatica di cartoni modello Fo.C., disponibile nelle versioni 23/30 e 35/37. La macchina esegue la formatura di cartoni con incollatura hot melt delle falde inferiori, creando contenitori particolarmente rigidi, adatti ad alimentare linee d’imballaggio automatiche. Sintesi dell’esperienza acquisita in anni di specializzazione, nel rispetto dei più severi standard di sicurezza, effettuano il cambio formato in modo semplice e rapido e formano scatole di dimensioni variabili fra un minimo di 320x230 e un massimo di 750x730 mm (fustellato steso). Il funzionamento avviene tramite cammes circolari coassiali che consentono l’adozione di un unico motovarioriduttore. La struttura portante è realizzata con elementi profilati d’acciaio saldati, ed è racchiusa da un carter d’acciaio inox con pannellatura apribile. L’uscita è automatica con raddrizzamento e caduta verticale dei cartoni.

Bortolin Kemo presents its Fo.C. model automatic case-forming machine, available in the 23/30 and 35/37 versions. The machine carries out case-forming with hot-melt of the inner flaps, creating extremely stiff containers, suited for feeding automatic packaging lines. Synthesis of the experience built up in years of specialisation, in respect of the severest safety standards, it carries out the format change simply and rapidly and forms boxes of sizes that go from a minimum of 320x230 and a max of 750x730 mm (flat dies). It functions by way of coaxial circular cams that enable the usage of a single speed gear. The loadbearing structure is made in soldered steel section, and closed with a stainless steel carter with opening panel. Automatic outfeed with straightening and vertical fall of cases.

Ciervo Carlo S.a.s. presenta un’ampia gamma di sistemi di magazzinaggio che parte dalle scaffalature e soppalchi fino ad arrivare ai magazzini automatici, muniti di carpenteria e contenitori industriali. Fra i diversi tipi di magazzino realizzati dalla Ciervo, l’APR12 in contropendenza (o push back) si presenta come soluzione semplificata rispetto al cosiddetto stoccaggio a gravità passante, ed è consigliato nei casi in cui non sia indispensabile il First In First Out. APR12 consente di ottimizzare gli spazi e prevede un unico fronte per il deposito e il prelievo. La Ciervo Carlo realizza inoltre soppalchi a grandi luci modello GL8, conformi alle normative vigenti, con ampi spazi liberi da colonne. Le travi sono realizzate con profili a Sigma a 8 pieghe, di diverso spessore a seconda delle portate richieste, e sono adatte al passaggio di tubi, cavi e altri elementi tecnici.

Ciervo Carlo S.a.s. presents a wide range of storage systems starting with shelving and intermediate floors right up to automatic warehouses fitted with industrial structural work and containers. Of the various different types of warehouse produced by, the APR12 “push back” store is a simplified alternative to the so-called passing gravity storage system and is recommended in all cases First In First Out is not indispensable. The APR12 lets one make the most of the space available and has a single front for both depositing and pick-up. Ciervo Carlo also produces wide-span intermediate floors - the GL8 model - compliant with current standards, offering large spaces free of columns. The beams are made from 8-fold sigma profiles of differing thickness to meet the load capacity required of them and can also carry pipes, cables and other technical elements.

I granulatori S60-100 della CMG sono realizzati per trattare tutte le tipologie di scarti industriali e di plastica. Caratterizzati da una grande bocca di carico (750x1016 mm) e da tramoggia ribaltabile, possono essere montati su supporti antivibranti, garantiscono una bassa produzione di polvere e presentano costruzione robusta, facilità di manutenzione e numerosi dispositivi di sicurezza a norma CE. Gli S60-100 sono attrezzati con moderno sistema di taglio a “doppia forbice” e da lame “high shear” che ottimizzano il processo. Inoltre riducono i consumi di energia e la formazione di calore e polvere, mentre la grande massa del volano e del rotore permette di effettuare un taglio omogeneo (un secondo volano è disponibile come optional). La tramoggia ribaltabile e il facile accesso per la pulizia evitano costosi fermi macchina.
| | Granulators for waste material
CGM S60-100 granulators have been made to treat all types of industrial and plastic waste material. They are characterized by a large feeding aperture (750x1016 mm) and a tip-up hopper; they can be mounted on anti-vibration stands, are guaranteed to produce small quantities of dust and are sturdily built, easy to maintain and have numerous safety devices that comply with EC regulations. S60-100s are equipped with a modern “double scissors” cutting system and high shear blades that optimise the process. Furthermore energy consumption and the production of heat and dust are reduced, while the large mass of the fly-wheel and the rotor make for homogenous cutting (a second fly-wheel is available as an option). The tip-up hopper and the easy access for cleaning purposes avoid costly machine stoppages.
