Emanuele Mascherpa S.p.A. è un’azienda commerciale che opera come rappresentante e distributore esclusivo di macchine, utensili, componenti, attrezzature, lubrificanti speciali, adesivi e sigillanti, anticorrosivi.
Tutti i prodotti distribuiti da Mascherpa hanno un alto contenuto tecnologico e sono realizzati da industrie di rilevanza mondiale, tese all’innovazione e certificate ISO 9000. L’azienda ha una forza di vendita diretta integrata da agenti e distributori su tutto il territorio, che portano alla clientela i benefici di una ricerca qualitativa e una continua assistenza tecnico-commerciale. La società è strutturata in 4 divisioni:
- Divisione Macchine (rettifiche, alesatrici, linee transfer, apparecchi di controllo e macchine speciali);
- Divisione Componenti (deceleratori, componentistica per automazione, dosatori e distributori automatici, attuatori rotanti, cilindri a bloccaggio meccanico, molle ad aria e a gas);
- Divisione Chimica (lubrificanti speciali solidi, sintetici, siliconici, anticorrosivi, prodotti chimici finiti per elettronica e elettrotecnica, adesivi e sigillanti anaerobici, acrilici, epossidici, poliuretanici, siliconici, hot melt, trattamenti frenanti per viti e collegamenti filettati);
- Divisione Hi-Tech (attrezzature speciali, materiali compositi, sistemi per produrre).
Adesivo a base di polimeri sintetici in stick - TEC-BOND 213 è un adesivo in stick a base di polimeri sintetici e a norma FDA per imballaggi “difficili” (chiusura di astucci plastificati, display, espositori verniciati e cartoni, ma anche legno, ceramica e plastiche di diverso tipo). Offre buone prestazioni sia alle alte che alle basse temperature, è particolarmente flessibile e offre elevata resistenza meccanica a trazione e agli urti. Utilizzabile con applicatori TEC-BOND per colla termofusibile in stick, con diametro 12 mm e 43 mm.
Applicatore cordless a gas per colla a caldo - GAS-TEC 500 è un applicatore cordless a gas per colla a caldo in stick 12 mm TEC-BOND, ricaricabile con una comune bomboletta per accendini (una ricarica di soli 45 g di gas butano è sufficiente per 2 ore di utilizzo). È un applicatore professionale del peso di solo 700 g con estrusione di colla fino a 1,6 kg/h, per tutte quelle applicazioni dove non è possibile o è scomodo allacciarsi alla corrente elettrica. Costruito secondo gli standard ISO 9001, risponde alle normative europee in fatto di sicurezza. La gamma degli adesivi TEC-BOND utilizzabili con GAS-TEC 500 comprende prodotti per qualsiasi applicazione di imballaggio e assemblaggio.

All the products distributed by Mascherpa are manufactured by worldwide renowned companies, with a vocation to innovation and certified ISO 9000. The company has a direct sales force integrated by regional agents and a subdistributor network covering the whole Italian territory. Polymer stick based glue - TEC-BOND 213 is a synthetic polymer stick based glue conforming to FDA standards for “difficult” packaging, ie closing of plastified cases, lacquered and non treated display cases & stands and cardboards difficult to glue with common products (it is also suited for materials such as wood, ceramics, plastics of various types). It offers good performances both at high and low temperatures, is particularly flexible, offers high mechanical, traction and shock resistance. It is usable with TEC-BOND guns for hotmelt gluesticks with 12 mm and 43 mm diameter.
Cordless hotmelt glue gun - GAS-TEC 500 is a cordless hotmelt 12 mm TEC-BOND glue gun, reloadable with a common lighter fuel refill (a reloading of only 45 g of butane gas is enough for 2 hours of use). It is a professional gun weighing only 700 g with glue extrusion up to 1.6 kg/h, for all those applications where latching up to the mains is inconvenient or impossible. GAS-TEC 500 has been built according to ISO 9001 standards and conforms to the European safety standards. The range of TEC-BOND adhesives usable with GAS-TEC 500 covers products for any packaging and assembly application.
