L’American Italian Pasta Company ha adottato i codificatori Markem serie 5000 per la codifica diretta di cartoni, per oltre 1.800 tipologie di pasta. Obiettivo: eliminare i solventi e le relative operazioni di pulizia, rispettando elevanti standard qualitativi. Infatti, il marcatore 5000 utilizza gli inchiostri Touch Dry a base di una resina termoplastica atossica che essicca istantaneamente, non contiene solventi né richiede particolari precauzioni d’uso. Apprezzata anche la semplicità d’uso e l’elevata qualità della stampa: i Touch Dry consentono di riprodurre con semplicità informazioni prodotto, loghi, grafiche e date, con una stampa nitida, opaca e priva di sbavature o macchie, garantendo una vita a scaffale di 3 anni. Tramite il sistema CimControl i codificatori 5000 possono essere collegati velocemente in rete, coordinati e controllati via computer, archiviando ed elaborando migliaia di dati.

The American Italian Pasta Company has adopted Markem series 5000 markers for direct coding of their cartons, for more than 1,800 types of pasta. Objective: to eliminate solvent and relative cleaning operations, respecting high quality standards. In fact, the 5000 marker uses Touch Dry inks based on a non-toxic thermoplastic resin that dries instantly, does not contain solvents and requires no special precautions.
Appreciated also for their ease of use and the high print quality, Touch Dry inks make it really easy to reproduce product data, logos, graphics and dates, with sharp, matt print, without any smudges or stains, guaranteeing a shelf life of 3 years. Using the CimControl system, the 5000 markers can be quickly connected up to each other, co-ordinated and controlled via computer, saving and processing thousands of data.

TG 60 S è proposta da Tampograf per la stampa offset a tamponi flessibili, con alimentazione elettropneumatica. Si tratta del modello “Speedy” di una serie piccola ed extra veloce, concepita per essere inserita in qualsiasi linea automatica ad elevata produttività, anche in spazi ridotti.
TG 60 S effettua il cambio colore e cliché in pochi secondi, consente una messa a punto rapida e senza attrezzi, è dotata di comandi estremamente semplici ed è attrezzata con tampone “intelligente” in grado di stampare su qualsiasi livello e con calamaio ermetico brevettato con anello di raclatura di ceramica a due labbra, che ne raddoppia la vita lavorativa. La produzione oraria, regolabile, è di circa 3.600 p/h corse a secco. Dati tecnici: diametro massimo di stampa 55 mm; dimensioni massime del cliché (di plastica o acciaio) 70x140 mm.

The TG 60 S is offered by Tampograf for offset printing with flexible inkballs and electropneumatic supply. This is the “Speedy” model of a small extra-fast series, for insertion in any automatic high output line, even where space is at a premium. The TG 60 S carries out the color and cliché change in a matter of seconds, has fast fine adjustment without the need for tools and is fitted with extremely simple commands and an “intelligent” inkball capable of printing on any levels, plus a patented ink duct with a ceramic two-lip scraper ring that doubles its working life.
Hourly output (adjustable) is about 3,600 dry strokes/h. Technical data: 55 mm max print diameter; 70x140 mm max cliché size (plastic or steel).

Zebra Technologies ha presentato la stampante di codici a barre 105SL, realizzata completamente in metallo e ideale per applicazioni industriali, che permette un considerevole aumento della produttività. Al modello 105SL sono stati aggiunti doppio processore e memoria Flash per il miglioramento dell’elaborazione e della stampa, e la soluzione ZebraLink per la gestione remota delle stampanti.
È dotata, inoltre, di un display LCD che consente di configurare le impostazioni di rete tramite il pannello frontale, oltre a una scheda Ethernet interna per connessioni di rete veloci e affidabili. È inoltre predisposto per ZebraLink, una soluzione di connettività e controllo che facilita la riduzione dei tempi di inattività e aiuta a migliorare la produttività. La stampante unisce il doppio processore a 32 bit, per una maggiore velocità di stampa, con 4 Mb di memoria Flash per la memorizzazione di font, grafica e formati di etichette.

Zebra Technologies has presented its 105SL barcode printer, made completely in metal and ideal for industrial applications, that enables a considerable increase in productivity. Double processors and Flash memory have been added to the 105SL model to improve processing and print, and the ZebraLink solution for the remote handling of printing. The printer is furthermore fitted with a LCD display that enables one to configure web settings by way of a frontal panel, as well as an internal Ethernet board for speedy and reliable network connections.
The printer is also set for ZebraLink, a connectivity and control solution that facilitates the reduction of downtime and helps improve productivity. The printer combines the double 32 bit processor, giving a greater print speed with 4 Mb of Flash memory for the memorization of fonts, graphics and label formats.

Intralox presents a new conveyor belt - the Series 800 Open Hinge Flat Top - designed to satisfy the strictest of hygiene standards in the food industry.
The main innovations concern the complete opening of the hinges as the belt travels over the sprocket wheels - thus greatly increasing accessibility making it possible to clean the entire area - greater exposure of the pins and the structure with smooth, flush surfaces, and with thinner hinges to avoid the build-up of dirt.
The smooth, shaped surfaces of the belt have been studied to avoid accumulating residues and the bottom drive bars convey the water and waste to the edge of the belt, allowing for quicker and easier removal.
The new Open Hinge is fully compatible with all sprocket wheels and accessories in the Series 800 Flat Top.

Datamax Corporation ha introdotto la nuova stampante termica DMX-I-4208, disponibile sia nella versione termica diretta che a trasferimento termico.
DMX-I-4208 stampa, con una risoluzione di 203 dpi, codici a barre sia lineari che bidimensionali a una velocità di 203 mm/s.
Come i precedenti modelli della serie I-Class, queste stampanti hanno costruzione interamente in alluminio, design modulare che agevola le operazioni di manutenzione e gli eventuali aggiornamenti.
La DMX-I-4208 di distingue anche per alcuni elementi user-friendly, come ad esempio l’ampia testa di stampa che facilita le operazioni di pulizia e il pannello LCD multilingue per velocizzare le operazioni di settaggio e configurazione della stampante.

Datamax Corporation has announced the introduction of its DMX-I-4208 thermal printer, available in direct thermal and thermal transfer configurations.
The DMX-I-4208 is capable of producing a 203-dpi, four-inch wide image at 203 mm/s and supports all popular linear and two-dimensional barcode symbologies.
As with the previous I-Class products, the DMX I-4208 is constructed of precision die-cast aluminum, and incorporates a modular design that greatly simplifies operation, maintenance, and upgrades.
Additionally, the DMX-I-4208 incorporates a variety of user-friendly features including a wide-access printhead for easy media loading and printhead cleaning, and a front-panel multi-language LCD that simplifies printer set-up and configuration.

La serie Hyster è composta dai 2 modelli H8.00 e H16.00XM e si caratterizza anche per il design innovativo: la cabina ha visibilità a 360°; sedile, braccioli e colonna dello sterzo sono regolabili; il comparto operatore è montato su supporti antivibrazione, che riducono la rumorosità e gli urti. CGT è in grado di attrezzare i nuovi modelli in funzione delle varie esigenze, anche dell’industria pesante, ottenendo carrelli con forche speciali per pesi molto elevati, con efficienti sistemi di pesatura, con vetri antisfondamento e anticalore o con griglie protettive, per esempio per altiforni.

CGT has developed its Hyster series of fork-lift trucks for heavy loads (nominal load capacity of up to 16,000 kg), designed to reduce fatigue and improve the productivity of the operator.
The Hyster series consists of 2 models - the H8.00 and the H16.00XM - and also features an innovative design: the cab has 360° visibility; the seat, arms and steering column are all adjustable; the operator cab is mounted on vibration-damping supports to reduce noise levels and shocks.
CGT can fit the new models to suit specific needs, even for heavy industry, to get trucks with special forks for particularly heavy loads, with efficient weighing systems, shatterproof and insulating glass or protective grills for blast furnaces, for instance.
