Titan propone un dispositivo metti-levafogli ad azionamento meccanico, per la completa automazione delle fustellatrici a platina. Questa macchina è predisposta per essere integrata con un impilatore (opzionale) in uscita, posto di lato, in modo da poter caricare e scaricare i fogli con i normali carrelli, senza staccare il mettifoglio dalla fustellatrice. Una precarica all’ingresso - anch’essa opzionale - elimina i tempi morti di caricamento e pareggiatura. Il metti-levafogli della Titan può essere applicato anche a fustellatrici usate, purché con azionamenti (freno-frizione) controllati elettricamente. Sulla macchina sono presenti tutti i necessari dispositivi di sicurezza, sia per le persone sia per la macchina, compreso il controllo di fasatura con la fustellatrice.
|  | Mechanical sheet inserter/remover
Titan proposes a sheet insertion/removal device with mechanical drive for full automation of platen die-cutter. This machine is equipped to be integrated in a delivery stacker (optional), at the side, in order to load and unload the sheets using a normal truck, without having to detach the sheet insertion device from the punching machine. Infeed preloading - also optional - eliminates the dead times needed for loading and centring.
The Titan sheet insert/remover can also be applied to used punching machines, provided they have electrically controlled drive (brake/clutch).
The machine has all the necessary safety devices for both man and machine, including control of timing with the punching machine.

La società Vatinio Massenzana costruisce da oltre 50 anni macchine per la fabbricazione e la lavorazione del cartone. Vatinio Massenzana has built cardboard production and processing machinery for more than 50 years. The OC 300 Gem Fingerless single facer, with instantaneous flute changeover (about 3 minutes), includes two sets of corrugating rollers, two glue applicators and a pressure roll and is remarkable for the speed of the operations. The control desk includes a color screen to highlight the speed of the machine, the gap between the metering rollers and the gluing machine, the temperature of the pressure rollers, top and bottom, and machine diagnostics. It also carries out controls and adjustments, such as stop/start, turbine stop/start, emergency stop, glue adjustment, increase/decrease speed and adjustment of the pressure rollers.

Piemme has been created from the acquisition of the trademark and technology of Piemonte Meccanica Torino (PMT).
From its new offices in Turin, the company proposes a complete range of casemakers and printer slotters for all needs, featuring ease of use, fast order changeover, flexibility and high output speeds.
The models start with the ultra-fast mini line 618, with more than 22,000 strokes/hour, to the Tri-wall series of large slotter/casemakers (max working span of 4,600 mm), designed and built to handle cardboard of more than 2.2 kg/m2. Piemme showed its 924 series at Converflex, equipped with the new counter/ejector and featuring high flexibility to meet the needs of flexible and productive plant, with fast order changeovers and minimum maintenance.

Sulla scorta di un’esperienza trentennale, Mega Service ha progettato la nuova linea di macchine piega-incolla formata da quattro formati realizzati in tre diverse versioni, in modo da incontrare le varie esigenze del mercato. Le caratteristiche fondamentali della linea sono i cambi formato che non richiedono la sostituzione di parti della macchina, la stabilità durante la produzione, l’elevata qualità della componentistica e una particolare attenzione ai sistemi di sicurezza. Il modello 800/B lavora cartone ondulato fra 200 e 1.000 g/m2, di onda E-B, a una velocità variabile fra i 16 e i 400 m/min. Fra le caratteristiche tecniche si citano gli incollatori superiori, con prerottura a 120°, il gruppo a 4/6 angoli (optional), il gruppo fondo automatico e la sezione di uscita con pareggiatore pneumatico e conteggio.

Drawing on its thirty years in the business, Mega Service has designed a new line of fold&glue machines coming in four formats in three different versions to meet the many different needs of the market. The essential features of the line are size changeovers without any replacement of machine parts, stability during production, high quality components and special attention paid to safety systems. The 800/B model handles corrugated cardboard weighing between 200 and 1,000 g/m2, with E-B wave, at a variable speed from 16 to 400 m/min. The technical characteristics include top gluers with cracking at 120°, the 4-6 angle unit (optional), an automatic base unit and delivery section with pneumatic centring device and counter.

Scitex ha presentato a Grafitalia la Novo Green per formati su scala industriale, che utilizza inchiostri a base acqua e stampa ad alta qualità su un’ampia varietà di supporti.
Pressjet - proposta come alternativa alla serigrafia - si caratterizza invece per l’elevata velocità (240 m2/h), la grande flessibilità (stampa su supporti diversi di 1,62x3,66 m max) e la capacità di gestire materiali rotolo-foglio e foglio-foglio. Scitex presented its Novo Green at Grafitalia, a printing system for large formats on an industrial scale that uses water-based inks and produces high quality print on a variety of mediums. Then the Pressjet - proposed as an alternative to the silk screen process - offers high speed (240 m2/h), great flexibility (it prints on different mediums, max 1.62x3.66 m) and the ability to handle roll/sheet and sheet/sheet materials. Showing at Grafitalia together with Montplast in their shared stand under the ColorWind brand, Sintesi has presented its own full solution - consisting of machine+ink+paper+heat transfer system onto the final medium - for the ideal sublimation digital printing of color images on all types of medium (metal, fabric, glass, wood, etc.). The ColorSurf has been designed and built to create prototypes and small/medium runs, cheaply and to high quality. Among the various Montplast proposals, meanwhile, is the GrandJet large format plotter from Scitex Vision, distributed on an exclusive basis in Italy. Available in formats of 2.20, 3.20 or 5 m, it uses solvent inks that last up to 5 years and print directly on outdoor papers, PVC, polyester and cotton with final resolution of up to 370 dpi.

Bett Sistemi ha sviluppato, all’interno della linea Robomec, il sistema per Protezioni di Sicurezza Modulari (P.S.M.S.); concepito per la realizzazione di protezioni perimetrali fissate a pavimento intorno a isole di lavoro, palettizzatori, macchine automatiche e robot. Il sistema P.S.M.S., oggi disponibile con tubolari tondi o quadrati, offre all’utilizzatore la possibilità di montare e smontare facilmente e rapidamente le strutture grazie a un sistema di fissaggio a terra che blocca al pavimento i profili d’alluminio, tramite un piede di sostegno smontabile. Prevede tre differenti tipi di porte - scorrevole con o senza traversa superiore, oppure a battente - dotate di maniglie e microinterruttori di sicurezza. Bett Sistemi has developed its P.S.M.S. system (Modular Safety Protection) as part of the Robomec line and conceived to create perimeter safety barriers fixed to the ground around work islands, palletisers, automatic machines and robots. The P.S.M.S. system is currently available with round or square tubes and offers the user the opportunity to assemble and remove the structures quickly and easily thanks to a ground-fixing system that secures the aluminium profiles to the floor by means of a detachable support foot. There are three different types of door - sliding with or without upper transom, or swing-door - fitted with handles and safety micro-switches. It also lets one use all the types of buffering materials already in use on other types of Bett Sistemi protection: impact-resistant methacrylic, polycarbonate or metal mesh.

I carrelli elettrici Still sono ideali quando siano richieste potenza, velocità e manovrabilità nelle corsie strette dei magazzini, o per la movimentazione su pendenze ripide e all’interno di grandi autocarri. La serie R 20 a trazione anteriore si distingue per velocità e maneggevolezza; la batteria di 48 Volt eroga energia per un intero turno di lavoro e alimenta due motori elettrici. L’impianto di comando a impulsi per trazione, servosterzo e sollevamento, con regolazione indipendente dei giri e della coppia, favorisce il risparmio di energia e assicura una guida particolarmente confortevole.
Per esempio, tutte le funzioni di guida sono comandate dal solo pedale acceleratore; la velocità resta costante con e senza carico, in piano come in salita e in discesa; inoltre il carrello resta fermo anche in pendenza, senza dover frenare. Il comportamento di guida può essere preimpostato e richiamato premendo un pulsante.

Still fork-lift trucks are ideal when great power, speed and manoeuvrability in narrow warehouse aisles are needed, or to move on steep slopes and inside large trucks. The R 20 series with front-wheel drive features speed and easy; the 48 Volt battery provides enough energy for the entire work shift and supplies two electric engines. The pulse control system for the drive, power-assisted steering and lifting, with independent rpm and torque control, makes for energy savings and guarantees a particularly comfortable drive. For instance, all driving functions are controlled by just the accelerator pedal; the speed remains constant with or without a load, on the flat, uphill or downhill alike; the truck can also stop on a slope, without having to brake. Driving behaviour can be pre-programmed and recalled by simply pressing a button.
