I sistemi compattabili portapallet o cantilever prodotti dalla Moveel sono realizzati con l’intento di sfruttare al meglio gli spazi disponibili nei magazzini. Infatti, con un impianto compattabile di magazzinaggio è sufficiente avere aperto un solo corridoio di accesso per raggiungere lo scaffale desiderato, invece che un corridoio per ciascuno scaffale come nelle installazioni fisse. L’impianto è costituito da uno o più carrelli mobili traslanti su binari, sopra i quali vengono fissate le strutture portapallet o cantilever. Il sistema di movimentazione è regolato da PLC e quello di comando interagisce con le dotazioni di sicurezza dell’impianto, in modo da garantire la sicurezza degli operatori. Moveel mette a disposizione il proprio ufficio tecnico per eseguire, con software CAD specifici, progetti e preventivi.
|  | Compacting storage plants
The pallet-carrying or cantilever compacting systems produced by Moveel are built with the intention of exploiting the available space in warehouses to the full. In fact, all one needs with a compacting storage plant is a single corridor for access in order to reach the required shelf, instead of a corridor for each shelf as is the case in fixed installations.
The plant consists of one or more mobile translating carriages on rails, with the pallet-carrying or cantilever structures fixed above this. The movement system is controlled by PLC and the control system interacts with the plant safety devices to guarantee operator safety.
Moveel offers the services of its technical office to produce projects and quotations with specific CAD software.

L’attività di Arcari Srl si sviluppa in due direzioni principali, finalizzate a vari settori industriali fra cui l’imballaggio: produzione di stratificati e tecnoplastici industriali (a disegno) e di nastri trasportatori (su misura). La società garantisce il supporto pre e post vendita, in un rapporto di collaborazione finalizzato alla ricerca delle soluzioni idonee alle diverse esigenze. Grazie all’impiego dell’informatica, inoltre, l’azienda è in grado di gestire una distribuzione rapida e capillare oltre a un adeguato riassortimento dei propri prodotti. Fra l’altro si segnalano le barrette di materiale isolante termico ed elettrico AVF300, esenti da amianto e resistenti alle alte temperature (300 °C), ideali per realizzare supporti e barre saldanti per confezionatrici. Valida alternativa ai profili d’alluminio, vengono prodotte su disegno, con una lunghezza massima di 2 m e altre dimensioni a richiesta.

The company guarantees before- and after-sales service, working in cooperation with the customer to find the best possible solution to his particular needs. Thanks to the use of IT, the company can also manage a fast and wide-spread distribution service, as well as an adequate assortment of its own products. Among these are the AVF300 bars of thermal and electrical insulating material, asbestos-free and resistant at high temperatures (300 °C), ideal for creating supports and sealing bars in packaging machines. A valid alternative to aluminium profiles, they are produced to design, max 2 m in length and other dimensions on request.

C.M.G. Granulatori progetta e realizza granulatori standard o personalizzati, destinati alla macinazione di materiale plastico e non (compreso il film da imballaggio). Caratteristiche comuni alle famiglie di macchine (differenziate per applicazione e capacità produttiva), sono il taglio “a cesoia tangenziale”, la grande massa del sistema di taglio (composto da lame rotanti, rotore e puleggia motrice) e l’autoraffreddamento della camera di taglio. Il primo permette di trasmettere in maniera ottimale la forza cinematica del rotore, sfruttando il particolare profilo e l’inclinazione radiale delle lame rotanti rispetto alle controlame fisse. I risultati ottenuti anche con motori più piccoli, sono un taglio più efficace, una migliore qualità del macinato, riduzione della temperatura e della polvere. La grande massa del sistema di taglio produce invece maggiore inerzia e un maggior impatto sul materiale da macinare, spesso con una riduzione di consumi energetici.
| | Granulators for plastics and non plastics
C.M.G. Granulatori designs and builds standard or personalised granulators for grinding of plastics and non plastics (including packaging film). The shared characteristics of the machine families (differing in application and output capacity) are the “tangential shears” cutter, the great mass of the cutting system (consisting of rotary blades, rotor and driving pulley) and self-cooling of the cutting chamber. The first lets one best transmit the cinematic force of the rotor, exploiting the special profile and radial angle of the rotating blades with respect to the fixed counterblades. The results even with the smaller motors are a more effective cut, better granulate quality, lower temperatures and less dust. The great mass of the cutting system, on the other hand, produces greater inertia and a bigger impact on the material to be ground, often leading to a cut in energy consumption.
| | 1020 Rilevamento perdite in linea
Specialista nel controllo del confezionamento in atmosfera protettiva, Dansensor ha lanciato un nuovo sistema per il rilevamento delle perdite e microperdite delle confezioni alimentari.
L’impianto è completamente automatico e può controllare - nella configurazione più completa - fino al 100% della produzione (60-70 confezioni/min). Si tratta di un’evoluzione del già affermato rilevatore di perdite a campione Dansensor Pack Check e si basa sul rilevamento dell’anidride carbonica, che funge da “gas tracciante”. Il fatto che questo gas sia peraltro già presente, nella maggioranza dei casi, nella miscela “protettiva” fa sì che non si debbano modificare gli impianti di miscelazione già in uso. Il sistema, comandato da un microprocessore molto avanzato, può essere dotato di convogliatore, espulsione delle confezioni difettose, allarmi acustico/visivi e uscita dati per stampa e/o elaborazione via PC.

A specialist in the control of modified atmosphere packing, Dansensor has launched a new system to detect leaks and micro-leaks from food packs. 100% automatic, the system - in its fullest configuration - can control up to 100% of output (60-70 packs/min). This is an evolution of Dansensor’s already successful Pack Check, a sampler leak detector , and is based on the detection of carbon dioxide, which acts as a “tracer gas”.
The fact that this gas is already present, in most cases, in the “protecting” mix means there is no need to alter existing mixing plant. It is controlled by a state-of-the-art microprocessor.
The system can be fitted with a conveyor, faulty pack expeller, acoustic/visual alarms and data output for print-outs and/or PC processing.

Distribuito da Fam Favata, Xaarjet 700 di HSAutomatic consente di riprodurre - ad altissima risoluzione (185 dpi) e in un’area di stampa alta 70 mm - qualsiasi “etichetta” direttamente sul cartone. Il sistema, che consta di un PC industriale, di 1 o 2 teste di stampa piezoelettriche (700 punti in 70 mm) e di una tastierina polifunzionale, si usa come una normale etichettatrice print-apply: l’etichetta viene editata su un PC utilizzando font e formati WIN 95, prima di essere caricata via floppy o porta seriale. Xaarjet 700 può stampare i più comuni codici a barre (più d’uno, ingranditi o ruotati di 90° ecc.), e facilmente importare e stampare logo, anche molto complessi. È interfacciabile con host e altri sistemi Xaarjet per configurazioni network, ed è disponibile anche nelle versioni Xaarjet 175 e 350, con teste di stampa in grado di marcare in un’area alta rispettivamente 17,5 e 35 mm.

Xaarjet 700 by HSAutomatic enables the reproduction - at very high resolution (185 dpi) in print areas 70 mm high - any “label” directly onto the carton. The system, that consists of an industrial PC, with 1 or 2 piezoelectric print heads (700 dots in 70 mm) and a polyfunctional mini keyboard, all in stainless steel; they are used like normal print-apply labeler: the label is edited by a PC using WIN 95 fonts and formats, before being loaded via floppy or serial port. Xaarjet 700 can print the most common barcodes (more than one, enlarged or rotated 90° etc), and easily import and print logos, also highly complex ones.
It offers interfaceability with hosts and other Xaarjet systems for network configuration, and is also available in the Xaarjet 175 and 350 versions, with printheads capable of marking an area respectively 17.5 and 35 mm high.

Il palettizzatore Micropack-DC1O è stato progettato da Lancia per soddisfare le esigenze delle aziende che intendono inserire a fine linea l’assemblaggio del pallet. Per questa macchina sono stati utilizzati guide lineari con pattini a ricircolo di sfere, motori brushless digitali, sistema di controllo assi, PLC e interfaccia operatore Siemens. Micropack è in grado di palettizzare diversi tipi di oggetti quali: scatole, fardelli, bidoni e sacchetti, utilizzando diversi tipi di presa (pinza scatola/fardello, pinza bidone e ventose). Tutta la serie Micropack ha una velocità di lavoro di 16 cicli/min, compreso il cambio pallet. Ai palettizzatori è possibile abbinare diversi tipi di preparazione al prelievo: linea di orientamento bidone; linea incartonatrice con pick&place; stazione di controllo peso.

The Micropack-DC1O palletiser has been designed by Lancia to satisfy the needs of companies who want to insert pallet assembly at the end of the production line. Linear guides with ball-bearing slides, digital brushless motors, axis control system, PLC and Siemens operator interface have been used to construct this machine. Micropack can palletise many different types of object, such as boxes, bundles, bins and bags, using different pickup types (can/bundle pickup, bin pickup and suckers). The entire Micropack series can work at speed of 16 cycles/min, including the pallet changeover. Different types of pickup preparation devices can be fitted to this series of palletisers: a bin sorting line; a carton packing line with pick&place; a weight control station.

Having established itself on the world market with its Spool & Sleeve system, it has kept on growing thanks to the quality of its products and its search for new solutions. The Spool & Sleeve is a system applied to all Numatics valves, series L, ISO and CL, which are units consisting of a stainless steel spool inserted in a sleeve of the same material. The resulting tolerance creates the “air cushion” effect that guarantees extremely short response times and long life, with maintained reliability, with or without lubricated air. The composition and hardness of the Spool & Sleeve makes it suitable for use even in extremely dirty and wet conditions, managing to exceed 200 million cycles. With Numatics valves, air if free to flow in all directions, at any pressure or in a vacuum.

P&D presenta l’intubettatrice automatica Puma 60, per la produzione di 3.600 pz/h di tubetti d’alluminio, politene e laminati con diametro 10÷50 mm e altezza 50÷250 mm (tappo compreso), alla velocità max di 3.600 pz/h.
La macchina è stata dotata di un’interfaccia utente amichevole e di accorgimenti che ne agevolano la pulizia e il cambio formato, entrambi senza l’ausilio di utensili per lo smontaggio delle parti. Inoltre la struttura verticale permette un comodo accesso agli organi meccanici e la costruzione “a balcone” della zona di lavoro permette di pulire il pavimento sottostante la macchina.
Caratteristiche peculiari: camme a doppio movimento senza molle di richiamo; rotazione del piatto portatubetti comandata da intermettitore Fergusson che non richiede manutenzione; assenza di catene per la trasmissione del moto, sostituite da cinghie dentate più robuste e meno rumorose.

P&D presents its Puma 60 - an automatic tube filling machine
capable of an output of 3,600 pcs/h, handling aluminium, polyethylene or laminate tubes measuring 10-50 mm in diameter and 50-250 mm in height (including the cap).
The machine has been fitted with user-friendly interface and devices for easy cleaning and size change, both without the need for tools when dismantling the parts.
Moreover, the vertical structure allows for easy access to mechanical organs and the “cantilevered” construction of the work zone makes it possible to clean the floor under the machine. Salient features: dual motion cams without return springs; rotation of tube plate driven by a maintenance-free Fergusson intermitter; no chain to transmit the motion, being replaced by stronger, quieter toothed belts.
