Hyster presenta i nuovi modelli di carrelli elevatori LO2.0/LO2.0L, con capacità di prelievo al secondo livello, assicurando maggiore produttività e un rapido smaltimento degli ordini. LO2.0L è dotato di una pedana che sale fino all’altezza del vano batterie, permettendo di lavorare comodamente al secondo livello. Il motore SEM assicura velocità elevate e capacità termiche in grado di sostenere le esigenze di accelerazione e frenatura, particolarmente intense nei cicli di “stop and go” lungo il percorso di prelievo. Il regolatore di velocità Combi Mosfet ad alta frequenza e l’impianto di frenatura a recupero d’energia massimizzano il rendimento della batteria. Entrambi i carrelli montano componenti standard, questo comporta una riduzione dei costi di assistenza e delle parti di ricambio.

Forklifts
Hyster is presenting its new models of forklifts LO2.0/LO2.0L, with second level pick-up capacity, ensuring greater productivity and a rapid processing of orders. L02.0L is fitted with a platform that rises up to the battery bay, enabling easy working at second level. The SEM motor ensures high speed and thermal capacity capable of sustaining acceleration and braking requirements, particularly intense in the “stop and go” cycles along the pick-up path. The high frequency Combi Mosfet speed regulator and the energy recovery braking system maximise battery yield. Both trucks are assembled using standard components, leading to a reduction in assistance and spare parts costs.

138 Selezionatrice ottica
Key Technology presenta la selezionatrice ottica modello Optyx, compatta ed economica, per linee di processo alimentare, confezionamento e surgelazione, e per impianti di recupero e riciclo. Optyx vanta prestazioni superiori di selezione in base al colore e alla forma, in un’unità compatta, semplice da pulire e di facile manutenzione. Inoltre, l’investimento iniziale limitato e i costi ridotti di esercizio consentono un rapido ammortamento.
Optyx è dotata di un’unica telecamera (collocata sopra alla macchina e disponibile nelle versioni a colori, vis/IR o monocromatica), in grado di ispezionare l’intera larghezza del nastro a tensione pneumatica. La selezionatrice è inoltre corredata di una struttura di acciaio inox adatto al contatto con alimenti, nastro autopulente e vano a chiusura stagna per i componenti ottici ed elettronici.

Optical sorter
Key Technology presents the Optyx, a compact and affordable optical sorter, for food processing, packing and freezing lines and for recovery and recycling plant. The Optyx boasts superior sorting performance on the basis of color and shape, in a compact unit that’s easy to clean and service. Moreover, the minimal initial investment and low running costs mean it quickly pays for itself.
The Optyx is fitted with a single TV camera (fitted above the machine and available in color, vis/IR or black&white versions), capable of inspecting the entire width of the pneumatically tensioned belt. The sorter also has a stainless steel structure suitable for contact with food, a self-cleaning belt and hermetically sealed chamber for the optical and electronic components.

M.C.T. progetta e produce dal 1975 scaffalature metalliche adatte a qualunque esigenza di magazzino, che compongono una gamma completa di strutture per le esigenze di stoccaggio di aziende di tutte le dimensioni. L’ufficio tecnico dell’impresa bergamasca è a disposizione per consulenze, progetti speciali e progettazione di lay out su misura delle esigenze dei clienti, oltre che per l’assistenza in fase di installazione e manutenzione delle strutture. Fra le varie tipologie di magazzino fornite figurano anche Cantilever dove il serraggio degli elementi viene effettuato mediante l’utilizzo di bulloneria ad alta resistenza. M.C.T. has been designing and producing from 1975 metal shelves suited to any warehouse needs, that make up a complete range of structures for storage needs of companies of all sizes. The technical office of the Bergamo firm is available for consultancy, special projects and design of layout tailored to the customer needs, as well as for assistance in the phase of the installation and maintenance of the structures. Among the various types of warehouse supplied one has Cantilever where the parts are fixed using high resistance bolts. This system enables M.C.T. to create a patented bolted structure, easy to assemble and with stability and loadbearing characteristics comparable to similar welded structures.

La Martin Sas di Provaglio d’Iseo fornisce vari tipi di componente per il livellamento, fra cui figurano basi e steli d’acciaio zincato, piedi e viti a registro dello stesso materiale, oltre a vari modelli di piede in tecnopolimero nero, acciaio e acciaio inox, anche in versione antivibrante. Le basi di media portata (carico statico massimo fra 15.000 e 18.000 Newton), con steli snodati, sono disponibili con diametri fra 50 e 65 mm e, su richiesta, con elemento di livellamento già montato con dado. Il piede può essere fornito di gomma antiscivolo NBR 80 shore e i modelli di diametro superiore (85, 105 e 125) sono prodotti anche con fori di fissaggio. Martin Sas of Provaglio d’Iseo supplies various types of components for leveling, among which bases and stele in zinc-plated steel, register feet and screws in the same material, as well as various model of feet in black technopolymer, steel and stainless steel, also in antivibration. The medium load capacity bases (max static load of between 15,000 and 18,000 Newton), with articulated stele, are available with diameters between 50 and 65 mm and, on request, with ready mounted, bolted levelling section. The foot can be in NBR 80 shore antislip rubber and the broader diameter (85, 105 and 125) are also produced with fixing holes. Realizzata nelle versioni T da 15 colpi/min e VG+T da 6-9 colpi/min con atmosfera modificata, Tema è una macchina automatica realizzata da Ca.Ve.Co. per la chiusura di contenitori con pellicole di plastica da bobina. Impiegata soprattutto nel confezionamento di prodotti alimentari, è realizzata rispettando le relative norme di igiene, sicurezza e sanificabilità, con controlli tramite sensori e sonde e un display per la segnalazione di eventuali guasti. Adatte al confezionamento di piatti pronti, freschi o surgelati, carne, pesce e verdure, ecc. le Tema possono effettuare solo termosaldatura, solo vuoto e termosaldatura oppure vuoto, immissione di gas e termosaldatura, e sono impiegate in aziende di tutte le dimensioni, supermercati, negozi al dettaglio, ecc. Le chiuditrici Ca.Ve.Co. trattano qualsiasi tipo di contenitore di plastica, cartone o alluminio fino a 390x310x100 mm di altezza.

Automatic closing machine
Created in the T 15 strokes/min and VG+T version with 6-9 strokes/min with modified atmoshpere, Tema is an automatic machine created by Ca.Ve.Co. for closing containers with plastic film from spools. Used aboveall for packaging food products, it has been created respecting the relative hygiene, safety and sanification standards, with controls via sensors and probes and a display for indicating any malfunctions. Suited for packing oven ready, fresh and frozen food, meat, fish and vegetables etc, Tema can perform sole heatseal, sole vacuum and heatsealing or vacuum, imission of gas and heatseal, and can be used in companies of all sizes, supermarkets, retail shops, etc. The Ca.Ve.Co. treat any type of plastic, cardboard or aluminium containers up to 390x310x100 mm in height.

142 Encoder assoluto multigiro
La tedesca TR Electronic, rappresentata in Italia da Telestar, ha lanciato ZH80 come il primo encoder assoluto multigiro a unire una risoluzione di ben 131.072 x 65.536 giri, al comando di commutazione (per azionamenti inverter) e alla possibilità di integrare varie interfacce, fra cui SSI, ISI, PROFIBUS, ecc. È stato infatti sviluppato per integrare in un solo apparecchio tutte le interfacce necessarie a un azionamento inverter e per essere a sua volta integrato in un impianto con bus di campo. La versione standard comprende comando di commutazione per inverter, uscita SSI-interfaccia sincrona seriale per posizionamenti, uscita ISI incrementale per velocità e bus di campo. La meccanica con albero cavo flottante ne facilita il montaggio sull’albero motore oltre a conferire robustezza nelle applicazioni caratterizzate da eccentricità e vibrazioni.

Multirotation absolute encoder
The German company TR Electronic, represented in Italy by Telestar, has launched ZH80 as a first absolute multirotation coder in order to combine a resolution of as much as 131,072 x 65.536 revolutions, to switch commands (for switching the inverter) and the possibility of integrating various interfaces, among which SSI, ISI, PROFIBUS etc. It has in fact been developed to integrate all the interfaces needed to activate the inverter in one single device, to be in turn integrated in a system with fieldbus. The standard version includes switch commands for inverters, synchronous serial SSI-interfaces for positioning, ISI incremental outfeeds for speed and field-bus. Its mechanics with floating hollow shaft facilitates its assembly onto the motor shaft as well as giving it robustness in the applications featuring eccentricity and vibrations.
