The vast range of Walki films, obtained through coextrusion and hot lamination, is divided up into numerous product lines: film high barrier (guaranteeing the preservation of perishable food products, prolonging their shelf life), antifog film (that guarantees the perfect visibility of products also with products with a high water content), film that gives a high grade of protection from UV rays (preventing the color alteration of sliced cold-cut meats). Lista è un’azienda affermata a livello mondiale nel campo delle soluzioni d’arredo di uffici e magazzini, con siti produttivi in Svizzera, Germania e Stati Uniti e rappresentanti diretti in tutta Europa (in Italia la filiale ha sede a Lainate). 103 Pallet di plastica
CMP produce pallet di plastica per ogni tipo di impiego: per uso esterno, per applicazioni nelle industrie alimentari e farmaceutiche e per usi industriali. Le palette della CMP si differenziano per tipo di superficie - liscia e piena oppure forata - e portata (pallet per carichi dinamici da 500 a 2.000 kg e per carichi statici fino a 6.000 kg), e vengono realizzate in dimensioni diverse per ogni esigenza di carico. Personalizzabili e riutilizzabili, sono costruite con materiale vergine o riciclato di elevata qualità e sono riciclabili al 100%. Fra le varie linee, quella a marchio Transit è stata progettata nel totale rispetto delle norme HACCP per utilizzi nei settori alimentare e farmaceutico, nelle versioni a 9 piedi o a 3 listelli. Igienici, lavabili e robusti, i pallet Transit sono caratterizzati da superfici inferiore e superiore completamente lisce e piane, spigoli arrotondati, resistenza alle alte e basse temperature, e sono sterilizzabili.

Plastic pallets
CMP produce plastic pallets for all kinds of use: for outdoor, for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries and for industrial use. CMP pallets can be differentiated by the type of surface – smooth and full or perforated – and load-bearing capacity (pallets for dynamic loads of 500 to 2,000 kg and static loads up to 6,000 kg) and they are made in different sizes for all load requirements. They can be personalised and are reusable, they are made with both new and re-cycled materials of high quality and are 100% recyclable. Among the various lines, the Transit brand has been designed in total accordance of HACCP standards for use in food and pharmaceutical sectors, in the 9 foot or 3 listels versions. Hygienic, washable and durable, both upper and lower surfaces of Transit pallets are completely smooth and flat, have rounded corners, are resistant to high and low temperatures and can be sterilised.

Rosa Plast produce imballaggi per prodotti alimentari tramite due divisioni: Rosa Plast specializzata in termoformatura e Goldenplast nello stampaggio a iniezione. Il parco macchine Rosa Plast è composto di 14 linee integrate di termoformatura, in grado di produrre contenitori di qualsiasi forma, dimensione e materiale, con quattro diverse tecnologie di processo; di macchine per la personalizzazione degli articoli; di macchine a iniezione per lo stampaggio di palette e cucchiaini, e relative imbustatrici automatiche. L’azienda progetta e produce contenitori rigidi di PS antiurto e PP; barattoli, vasetti, vaschette con coperchio, confezioni mono e multiporzione di PS e PP per gelati e surgelati; astucci, valve per flow pack, interni di OPS, PVC o APET per dolci; vaschette e vasetti di materiali barrierati, accoppiati o coestrusi per alimenti freschi in MAP; contenitori per pastorizzazione e sterilizzazione; vaschette e vassoi di CPET utilizzabili anche in forni a microonde; vassoi monouso per il catering.

Plastic containers for food
Rosa Plast produces packaging for food products through two divisions: Rosa Plast specialized in thermoforming and Goldenplast in printing and injection. Rosa Plast machine park is made up of 14 integrated lines for thermoforming, able to produce containers of any shape, dimension and material, with four different process technologies; with machines for the personalization of the articles; with injection machines to stamp the pallets and little spoons, and the relative automatic enveloping.
The company projects and produces rigid anti-shock PS and PP containers; tins, tubs, covered basins, single and multi portion containers in PS and PP for ice-creams and frozen foods; cases, valves for flow pack, linings in OPS, PVC, or APET for confectionery; tubs and basins in barrier-forming materials laminates or coextrusion for fresh foods in MAP; containers for pasteurising and sterilising; basins and trays in CPET that can also be used in micro-wave ovens; disposable trays for catering.

105 Prodotti per autoadesivi
Ichemco ha iniziato la propria attività con la produzione di un’ampia gamma di prodotti per applicazioni autoadesive, per poi proseguire con prodotti per adesivi, tessili e finitura pelli.
L’azienda ha recentemente sviluppato una nuova serie di “release agents” per nastri di PP: Release PP 30 WST, emulsione a base acqua, e Release ST4, a base solvente. Ma la gamma Ichemco è stata inoltre arricchita con nuovi “release agents” per nastri di mascheratura: W20S e W20A per impieghi generici e W20HS per nastri resistenti all’acqua. Ichemco propone inoltre “EZ-Lab”, un nuovo strumento software della rappresenta americana ChemInstruments, che va ad aggiungersi alle attrezzature da laboratorio prodotte per effettuare prove su materiali. EZ-Lab è in grado di effettuare prove di peel, di adesione, di trazione e di release ad alta velocità.

Products for stickers
Ichemco began its activity with the production of a broad range of products for pressure sensitive applications, to then go on with products for adhesives, textiles and leather finishings. The company has recently developed a new series of “release agents” for PP tapes: Release PP 30 WST, water based emulsion, and Release ST4, a solvent based emulsion. But the Ichemco range has also been enriched with new “release agents” for masking tapes: W20S and W20A for general uses and W20HS for water resistant tapes.
Ichemco also proposes its “EZ-Lab”, a new software tool from its American represented company ChemInstruments, that goes to be added to the laboratory equipment produced by the company to carry out tests on materials. EZ-Lab is capable of carrying out peel-, adhesion-, traction and high speed release tests.

106 Trasformazione di film plastici
Cartimpacco è un’azienda artigianale specializzata nella trasformazione di film flessibile in bobine e in vari tipi di fogli e buste per l’imballaggio. L’azienda produce da bobina di film coestrusi e bilaccati per uso alimentare, formati di 18x25 e 25x37 con spessori fino a 40 micron, commercializzati in scatole americane o a dispenser da 10 kg (formati diversi a richiesta). Inoltre, realizza dischi di cellophane e PP per hamburger, in varie grammature e varianti; fogli trasparenti di PP da 30-35 micron per cesteria e altri usi; bobinette per termosaldatura, con materiali, spessori, misure e diametri a richiesta. Infine, la linea di buste e sacchetti comprende versioni per prodotti alimentari e non, in cast, BOT, acrilico e coex, neutri o stampati, con misure a richiesta; sacchetti a fondo quadro di PP acrilico e buste regalo metallizzate rosso, oro, blu, verde e argento, in undici misure diverse, anche con adesivo.

Conversion of plastic films
Cartimpacco is a craft concern specialised in the conversion of flexible film to reels and into various types of sheets and bags for packaging. The company produces from reels of coextruded and bilacquered film for use with foodstuff, formats 18x25 e 25x37 with thickness of up to 40 micron, traded in American boxes or in 10 kg dispensers (different formats on request). As well as that they create cellophane and PP disks for hamburgers, in various basis weights and variants; transparent 30-35 micron PP transparent films for baskets and other uses; small reels for heatsealing, with materials, thicknesses, measures and diameters on demand. Finally, the line of bags includes versions for food products and other uses, in cast, BOT, acrylic or coex, neutral or printed, with measures on request; square-based bags in PP acrylic and red blue, gold, green and silver metalised bags for gifts in eleven different measures, also with adhesive, are also provided.
