La Divisione DPI 1 della Delta Omega propone due sistemi brushless integrati, composti da motore, encoder, azionamento e controllo, denominati Mac 23 e Mac 34, che eliminano tutti i problemi di collegamento motore-elettronica. Entrambi si possono comandare in velocità o in posizione. I parametri per l’esecuzione dei movimenti sono caricati per mezzo di un’unità superiore (PC o altro) attraverso porta seriale RS 232 C a 34.000 bauds o per Can Bus a 1 M baud ottenendo prestazioni elevate. Il Mac 23 integra, in dimensioni contenute, motore, encoder ed elettronica di pilotaggio. Tensione di alimentazione da 12 a 45 VDC con velocità fra 4 e 6.000 giri/min, coppia massima di 1,2 Nm e risoluzione di 2.000 posizioni/giro.
Il Mac 34 si compone di due parti: motore brushless con encoder ed elettronica di pilotaggio. Tensione da 22 a 160 VDC con coppia massima fino a 10 Nm; risoluzione 10.000 posizioni/giro; velocità 4-6.000 giri/min.

The DPI 1 Division of Delta Omega proposes two integrated brushless systems, comprising a motor, encoder, drive and control. Called the Mac 23 and Mac 34, they eliminate all problems inherent in motor-electronics connections. Both have speed and position control. The parameters for the execution of the movements are entered by means of an upper unit (PC or other) via the RS 232 C serial port (34,000 bauds) or via a Can Bus (1 M baud) for high performance. The Mac 23 integrates the motor, encoder and piloting electronics to form a compact unit. Power supply ranging from 12 to 45 VDC with speeds of between 4 and 6,000 rpm, maximum torque of 1.2 Nm and resolution of 2,000 positions/rev. The Mac 34 consists of two parts: the brushless motor with encoder and the piloting electronics. Power supply ranging from 22 to 160 VDC with maximum torque of up to 10 Nm; resolution of 10,000 positions/rev; speed 4-6,000 rpm.

Eidos presenta Coditherm 95: una stampante elettronica con marcatura a caldo, per oggetti di plastica o metallo plastificato, legno, cuoio, carta, nonché astucci, sacchi e confezioni di cartone in genere. Sfruttando un brevetto esclusivo, che si basa sull’impiego di un doppio nastro, è possibile creare elettronicamente, in una prima fase di stampa, un’immagine positiva sul nastro termico inchiostrato, che viene poi trasferita a caldo (a mezzo di tamponi o rulli riscaldati) sull’oggetto da marcare. Coditherm 95 serve a codificare con testi, codici a barre e loghi variabili, i vari lotti di produzione con estrema flessibilità ed elevata qualità di stampa; il suo vantaggio principale è la possibilità di variare rapidamente e facilmente i testi, impostati direttamente da tastiera o, se complessi, tramite apposito software per PC. La macchina stampa caratteri alfanumerici, bar code, loghi, tutti orientabili nei 4 quadranti.
| | Digital printer with hot-marking
Eidos presents its Coditherm 95: an electronic printer with hot-marking for plastic, plasticised metal, wood, leather or paper objects, as well as cartons, bags and cardboard packs in general. Covered by exclusive patent based on the use of a double tape, the printer lets one electronically create a positive image on the inked thermal tape to begin with and this is then heat-transferred (using heated inkballs or rollers) onto the object to be marked. The Coditherm 95 lets one code the various production lots with variable text, bar-codes and logos, with extreme flexibility and high print quality; its main advantage is the possibility to change the text quickly and easily, entered directly from keyboard or, if complex, via special PC software.
The machine prints letters and numbers, bar-codes and logos, all orientable in the 4 quadrants.

La confezionatrice verticale a tubo inclinato M92/INC della Imasezzadio è nata per confezionare prodotti delicati. La macchina consente di formare il sacchetto termosaldato di tipo flow-pack o il sacchetto a fondo quadro partendo da bobina e, contemporaneamente, di applicare - in base alle esigenze produttive - un sigillo di filo ritorto o a piattina. Abbinandola a sistemi di dosaggio come bilance in linea, o a multiteste a tecnologia avanzata, è possibile confezionare pasta, pasticceria secca e altri prodotti. Caratteristiche tecniche: fascia massima della bobina 700 mm; fascia minima della bobina 420 mm; lunghezza massima del sacchetto 500+500 mm; lunghezza minima 100 mm; velocità massima con confezione flow-pack o a fondo quadro 50 cpm; velocità massima con flow-pack e ciuffo 30 cpm; velocità massima con fondo quadro e ciuffo 25 cpm.

The M92/INC, a vertical inclined tube packing machine from Imasezzadio, was designed to pack delicate products. This machine lets one form a heatsealed bag (flow-pack) or square-based bag straight from the spool and, at the same time, applies - depending on production needs - a twist-tie or rip cord seal. When combined with metering systems, such as linear scales or hi-tech multi-head scales, the machine lets one pack pasta, dry confectionery and other products. Technical features: max 700 mm spool band; min 420 mm spool band; max bag length of 500+500 mm; min length of 100 mm; max 50 cpm with flow-pack or square-based pack systems; max 30 cpm with flow-pack and flounce; max 25 cpm with square-based packs and flounce.

Mimi presenta la nuova confezionatrice A/655, caratterizzata da un tunnel di retrazione con bocca da 550x250h mm, una cappa lunga 800 mm e un nastro trasportatore a rete teflonata da 1.000x500 mm. La saldatura è effettuata da una barra saldante da 500x650 mm con apertura massima di 180 mm. La saldatrice è completata da un nastro di alimentazione motorizzato da 930x370 mm. Questa macchina utilizza film monopiega di PVC, PE e PP e si aggiunge alla gamma di confezionatrici angolari a campana della Mimi, comprendente tre modelli A44, A45 e A55 da 200-300 pz/h, con sistema di saldatura e termoretrazione in un’unica operazione. Le tre confezionatrici a campana si differenziano principalmente per potenza elettrica, dimensioni della barra saldante e altezza massima del pacco, rispettivamente di 100, 210 e 260 mm.

Mimi presents its latest packing machine, the A/655, featuring a shrink tunnel with an inlet of 550x250h mm, a hood 800 mm long and a Teflon-coated mesh conveyor belt measuring 1,000x500 mm. The packs are sealed by a 500x650 mm seal bar with max aperture of 180 mm. The sealing unit is completed with a 930x370 mm driven conveyor belt. This machine uses single-fold PVC, PE and PP film and is the latest addition to the range of angular bell packing machines from Mimi, including three models A44, A45 and A55 with speeds of 200-300 pcs/h, a sealing and heat shrink system in a single operation. The three bell packing machines differ mainly in terms of electrical power, the size of the sealing bar and max pack height (100, 210 and 260 mm respectively).

Montpack ha messo a punto una nuova macchina automatica per il confezionamento con film termoretraibile di prodotti a base regolare come bottiglie, flaconi, vasetti, lattine, ecc. (la versione “Stacker” è dedicata ai prodotti a base quadrata o rettangolare). Denominata Exa 400, è costituita da un unico basamento su cui sono installati i gruppi di spinta, avvolgimento e saldatura, e il tunnel di retrazione. Il nastro di alimentazione è perpendicolare all’asse della macchina, montato a destra o a sinistra. Caratteristiche principali: movimento pneumatico di spintore; barra saldante e pressino per bloccare il prodotto; tunnel riscaldato da resistenze corazzate di tipo alettato; circolazione dell’aria nella camera tramite ventola e a circuito chiuso. La rete del forno è motorizzata con velocità regolabile tramite inverter; la temperatura del forno e della barra saldante sono controllati da una sonda collegata a un termoregolatore.

Montpack has developed a new automatic packing machine using heatshrink film for regular-based products, such as bottles, flacons, pots, cans, etc. (the “Stacker” version is devoted to products with a square or rectangular base). Called the Exa 400, it has a single base housing the pusher, the wrapping and the sealing units, plus the shrink tunnel. The infeed belt is perpendicular to the axis of the machine, fitted on the right or left. Main characteristics: pneumatic pusher movement, seal bar and press to stop the product; tunnel heated by armored finned resistors; fand and closed circuit circulation of the air in the chamber. The oven mesh is motorized with inverter speed control; the temperatures of the oven and the seal bar are checked by a probe connected to a thermoregulator.
| | 333 Robot a due assi per l’imballaggio
Inpack Imola ha presentato a Emballage 2000 il robot manipolatore AR40, ovvero un robot articolato a due assi, dedicato alle operazioni di packaging e particolarmente adatto alla movimentazione veloce di bottiglie, flaconi, sacchetti, flowpack, ecc. tramite opportuni organi di presa.
Il movimento a due assi avviene attraverso due motori c.c. brushless, controllati in posizionamento spaziale, velocità e accelerazione da un microprocessore a 32 bit.
La programmazione può avvenire direttamente dall’operatore attraverso la speciale consolle portatile in autoapprendimento, oppure da host remoto. L’area di lavoro è molto ampia e sviluppata verso il basso; il robot può essere montato con la base orizzontale o inclinata di 45°. Le prestazioni sono elevate, con una velocità di 40 cicli di prelievo e deposito/min e un peso pagante di 30 kg.

At Emballage 2000 Inpack Imola presented its AR40 manipulator robot, or that is a robot on two axes, dedicated to packaging operations and particularly suited to speedy bottle, bag, flowpack movement etc., by way of special grippers.
The biaxial action is by way of two c.c. brushless motors, controlled in spatial positioning, speed and acceleration by 32 bit microprocessor.
Programming can be directly by operator through a special portable console with selflearning, or by a remote host.
The work area is very broad and develops downwards; the robot can be mounted with a horizontal or 45° tilted base. Performance is high, with a speed of 40 cycles of pick-up - deposit/min and a payload of 30 kg.

Ocme ha sviluppato un sistema di palettizzazione per l’industria delle bevande che permette di trattare fino a 150 fardelli/min di bottiglie di PET da 1,5 litri, nella tipica configurazione di sei bottiglie per pacco. Una delle configurazioni standard di trasporto adottate nell’industria delle acque minerali è la paletta di 1.200x800 mm, con 4 o 5 strati a 21 fardelli per strato. Considerando una linea in cui la riempitrice abbia una produzione effettiva di 36.000 bottiglie/h, la potenzialità di questo robot soddisfa per più del 30% la capacità produttiva dell’intera linea. La flessibilità della macchina, che è in grado di sostenere fino a 400 kg di portata (incluso il gruppo di presa), permette inoltre di configurare il sistema per ricevere le confezioni sia da linee sopraelevate che da livello operatore. Per linee con capacità inferiori, il robot può provvedere autonomamente all’alimentazione delle palette e alla posa degli intercalari.
| | Palletising robot for fast lines
Ocme has developed a palletising system for the drinks industry that lets one treat up to 150 bundles/min of 1.5-litres PET bottles, in the typical configuration of six bottles per pack. One of the standard shipping configurations adopted in the mineral water industry is the 1,200x800 mm pallet, with 4 or 5 layers of 21 bundles per layer. If one considers a line where the filling machine has an effective output of 36,000 bottles/h, the potential of this robot easily satisfies more than 30% of the output of the entire line. The flexibility of this machine, which can bear loads of up to 400 kg (including the pick-up unit), means the system can also be configured to receive the packs from both overhead lines and on a level with the operator. In the case of lines with lower capacity, the robot can autonomously feed the pallets and insert the separators.
| | 335 Intubettatrice semiautomatica
L’intubettatrice semiautomatica Puma 40 della P&D riempie con una cadenza sino a 2.400 pz/h (per il metallo) tubi d’alluminio, PE e laminati, con diametro fra 10 e 50 mm e altezza fra 50 e 250 mm (tappo compreso). La macchina effettua una dosata da 3 a 300 ml, con una tramoggia d’acciaio inox da 35 l. Puma 40 adotta un gruppo di dosaggio completamente smontabile senza utensili, e monta cammes a doppio movimento senza molle di richiamo.
La struttura portante, in senso verticale, permette di accedere comodamente agli organi meccanici ed è completata dalla costruzione “a balcone” della zona di lavoro. Inoltre, la rotazione del piatto porta-tubetti è comandata da un intermettitore Fergusson, che non richiede manutenzione. Nessuna catena è stata utilizzata per la trasmissione del moto; l’uso di cinghie dentate aumenta la durata del sistema e riduce di molto il rumore. Optional: caricatore automatico dei tubetti.

The Puma 40 semiautomatic tube packing machine from P&D fills aluminium, PE and laminate tubes at rates of up to 2,400 pcs/h (metal version), with diameters of between 10 and 50 mm and heights between 50 and 250 mm (including cap). The machine meters the products (from 3 to 300 ml) using a 35 l stainless steel hopper. The Puma 40 has a metering unit that can be dismantled fully without the need for tools and double-movement cams without return springs. The vertical bearing structure allows for easy access to the mechanical organs and is completed with a “cantilevered” construction in the work area. Moreover, the rotation of the tube-holder plate is driven by a Fergusson maintenance-free intermitter. No chain has been used for the motion transmission; the use of positive drive belts increases the life of the system and greatly cuts noise levels. Optionals: automatic tube feeder.

Tratta contenitori di vetro, banda stagnata e materiali plastici di diametro da 45 a 170 mm, con etichette fino a 210 mm di larghezza utile, ed è ideale per piccole serie e lotti particolari nei settori enologico, chimico e conserviero. L’uso, le regolazioni e la pulizia sono semplicissimi: una cassetta amovibile contiene il rullo collante e il dispositivo di regolazione del velo di colla. Le etichette si caricano senza particolari precauzioni su un pianale inclinato dotato di guide, dove un selettore, regolabile a seconda dello spessore della carta, le preleva una alla volta per l’incollaggio e l’applicazione. Il cambio formato richiede pochi secondi.

The BTL 210 from PK Imaballaggi is a semiautomatic glueing machine for labeling cold bottles, jars and cylindrical bodies in general with stickers. It can handle containers made from glass, tin and plastic ranging in diameter from 45 to 170 mm, using labels up to 210 mm in useful width, and is ideal for small series and special lots in the wine, chemicals and preserves sectors. Use, adjustments and cleaning are simple: a detachable tray contains the glue roller and the device that adjusts the layer of glue. The labels are quickly and easily loaded on a tilted tray with guides where a pick-up, that can be adjusted to suit the thickness of the paper, picks up one label at a time for glueing and application. The size change takes just a few seconds.
