La serie FAE di sensori di precisione è composta da tre famiglie principali: MIC, con campi nominali fra 250 e 6.000 mm, in custodia metallica filettata, con possibilità di programmazione da tastiera o PC tramite software e adattatore appositi; LCS con campi nominali fra 250 e 1.300 mm, in custodia di plastica rettangolare, programmabile da PC tramite software e adattatore ad hoc; IBS con gli stessi campi e custodia della precedente versione e possibilità di interconnessione in Interbus nonché programmazione diretta da PLC. I sensori a ultrasuoni MIC e LCS sono disponibili in custodia miniaturizzata cilindrica o a parallelepipedo, con programmazione tramite tasti on-board oppure tramite interfaccia su PC-controllo di presenza (min+max) e misure di distanza da 30 mm fino a 8 m. FAE presenta anche il laser ODS che effettua misure di distanza, profilo e spessore, con risoluzioni fino a 1 nanometro e campi di misura fino a 10 m.

The FAE series of precision sensors comprises three main families: the MIC, with nominal fields of between 250 and 6,000 mm, in a threaded metal case with the possibility of programming from keyboard or PC thanks to special software and adapters; the LCS, with nominal fields between 250 and 1,300 mm, in a rectangular plastic case, PC programmable using ad hoc software and adapters; the IBS with the same fields and case as the LCS and offering the possibility of interconnection via Interbus as well as direct PLC programming. The MIC and LCS ultrasound sensors come with either a cylindrical or parallelepiped miniature case, with programming via on-board keys or via PC interface with presence control (min+max) and measurement of distances from 30 mm to 8 m. The FAE also has a laser ODS that measures distance, profile and thickness with resolution of up to 1 nanometre and fields of measurement up to 10 m.

Phoenix Contact presents Quix, quick-fastening terminals for up to 60% savings in time as they avoid the need to use special tools or the stripping of the conductor.
Alongside its screw connection terminals and the quick-fastening terminals, Phoenix also offers a vast range of spring-loaded connections. One of these is the new ST range featuring the innovative “mini spring” system, making it possible to save space without losing advantages such as the wide connection area. Then there are the screw terminals for almost all applications, including the new four-layer DLK 4-PE, letting one connect appliances to a three-phase current in very small places. Finally, the Quix-Hybrid is a series of hybrid terminals allowing for free combination of various different types of connection systems.

I rulli estensori spandipiega tipo CG della FBF Officina Meccanica sono indicati per prevenire e rimuovere le pieghe che si formano durante la lavorazione dei film plastici, dei tessuti anche plastificati e della carta. Inoltre sono utilizzati con la funzione di separare i film dopo il taglio a lama, garantendo un’ottima bobinatura senza sovrapposizioni. I rulli della FBF garantiscono massima durata per l’alta qualità dei componenti e materiali impiegati, la massima scorrevolezza nei vari impieghi e prezzi competitivi, grazie a processi di fabbricazione ad hoc. Il rivestimento standard è di gomma sintetica antistatica, resistente all’ozono e ai solventi da stampa.
FBF produce anche i rulli estensori spandipiega a freccia variabile tipo CGV, disponibili in più diametri per l’utilizzo in svariati impieghi in quanto la variazione della freccia consente di adattarsi ai frequenti cambi di lavorazione (es. aumentare o diminuire il numero dei tagli, cambio materiale da distendere o diversi spessori o grammatura).
| | Crease-flattening rollers
The CG crease-flattening rollers produced by FBF Officina Meccanica are recommended for preventing and removing creases that form during the processing of plastic films, normal or plasticised fabrics and paper. They can also be used to separate the film after cutting with a blade, thus guaranteeing excellent spool preparation without overlapping. The FBF rollers guarantee maximum life thanks to the high quality of the components and materials used, maximum smooth operation in the various applications and a competitive price, thanks to ad hoc manufacturing processes. The standard coating is made from anti-static synthetic rubber, resistant to both ozone and printing solvents.
FBF also produces CGV variable arrow crease-flattening rollers, available in a selection of diameters for many different applications as the variation in the arrow means the device can be adapted to frequent changes in processing (e.g., with an increase/decrease in the number of cuts, a change in the material to be flattened or different thickness or weight).
| | 134 Sistema per identificare componenti elettrici
Realtà di rilievo nella componentistica elettrica, attiva da oltre 35 anni sui mercati internazionali e certificata ISO 9002, Grafoplast presenta il sistema TRASP come l’unico sistema manuale in grado di identificare - con lo stesso procedimento e uguali elementi siglanti - ogni tipo di cavo o filo, morsetti elettrici, apparecchiature elettriche in genere e superfici che non offrono agganci. Esso perciò prevede una gamma di supporti dedicati alle varie esigenze, da applicare agli stessi componenti di base. In sintesi, si prelevano gli elementi siglati mediante una linguetta. La siglatura, costituita da uno o più elementi, si compone interamente su tale linguetta, quindi si inserisce nell’apposita cavità del tubetto o dell’astuccio da marcare. Infine, si effettua una leggera pressione del pollice sull’estremità del tubetto per consentire l’uscita della linguetta.

An important figure in electrical components, with more than 35 years’ experience on international markets and with ISO 9002 certification, Grafoplast presents its TRASP system as the only manual system capable of identifying - with the same procedure and the same type of marking elements - each cable or wire, electrical terminals, electrical equipment in general and surfaces that do not offer a decent grip. It therefore involves a range of dedicated backings to meet the various needs, to be applied directly to the basic components. In brief, the marking element is picked up by means of a tab. The marking itself, made from one or more elements, is fully contained on the tab and so is inserted in the appropriate hollow in the tube or casing to be marked. Finally, the tab can be extracted by applying a little pressure to the edge of the tube with one’s thumb.

Le macchine per il confezionamento di saponette costruite dalla Guerzè, a seconda dei modelli, possono effettuare l’avvolgimento, il confezionamento in astucci di cartone o flow-pack, nonché realizzare l’avvolgimento multipack.
Il modello Packsavon è un’avvolgitrice/ astucciatrice progettata sia per l’avvolgimento con o senza fascetta di saponette standard e per hotel con chiusura tradizionale a doppia piega utilizzando materiale termosaldabile proveniente da bobina, sia per il confezionamento di saponette per hotel in astucci di cartone con prelievo del materiale da bobina.
Packsavon è dotata di un sistema di lubrificazione centralizzato ed effettua il cambio formato in 30 minuti. Le velocità operative sono di 300 pz/min per le saponette per hotel avvolte con fascetta; 220 pz/min per le saponette standard senza fascetta o quelle per hotel; 200 pz/min in caso di astucci senza fascia per hotel.

Guerzè produces various machines for the different aspects of soap packaging: wrapping, packaging in flow-pack or carton boxes, and multipack wrapping.
The Packsavon wrapper/cartoner was designed for both wrapping, banded and bandless standard soaps and hotel-pack soaps with double-point end fold style using reel-fed materials suitable for heat sealing, as well as carton-boxed soaps for hotels with material from reels.
Packsavon is equipped with a centralised lubricating system and takes just thirty minutes to change format. Operating speeds are 300 pcs/min for wrapped bandless standard soaps; 220 pcs/min for wrapped bandless standard soaps or hotel packages; and 200 pcs/min for cartoned bandless hotel soaps.
