La serie Logica della Tosh comprende macchine tampografiche completamente elettriche studiate per impieghi specifici fra cui figura un impianto per la stampa ad alta velocità di tappi per bottiglie di plastica (per bibite). Realizzato per aumentare produttività e flessibilità e per ridurre la mano d’opera, è composto da un’unità Logica Micro a funzionamento elettrico e meccanico, con sistema di inchiostrazione ermetico a bassa emissione di vapori. Compatto e dotato di ruote per una più agevole movimentazione, può stampare ad alta precisione da 1 a 4 colori, con cambi estremamente veloci. Altre caratteristiche: tavola rotante a controllo numerico con 18 stazioni e movimenti da singolo a quadruplo; velocità fino a 36.000 tappi/h in monocolore (24.000 a 2 colori e 16.000 a 3 colori); alimentazione automatica a orientamento meccanico su 2 file direttamente su tavola rotante.

The Logica series from Tosh includes 100% electric inkball printing machines designed for specific needs, including a plant for high speed printing of tops for plastic bottles (soft drinks). Created to increase productivity and flexibility and to cut labour requirements, this system consists of a Logica Micro electric and mechanical operation unit, with a low vapor emission hermetic inking system. Compact and fitted with wheels for easier movement, it can print in 1 to 4 colors with excellent precision and extremely quick changes. Other features: NC turntable with 18 stations and single/quadruple motion; speeds of up to 36,000 caps/h in single color (24,000 for 2 colors and 16,000 for 3 colors); automatic mechanical oriented feed in 2 lines, direct to turntable.

Gerosa 3 produce linee complete per il trattamento di contenitori d’acciaio per liquidi alimentari, semiautomatiche (20 fusti/h) o automatiche (35, 60, 120, 240 e 400 fusti/h). La sterilizzazione dei fusti è assicurata da lavaggi caustici e/o acidi e da un trattamento con vapore sterile e privo di additivi. Le valvole che controllano i cicli di lavaggio, progettate in Gerosa 3, sono a doppio effetto con molla di chiusura e, in caso di mancanza d’aria o energia, interrompono il flusso dei liquidi. Il riempimento si effettua con una testa brevettata, che permette di limitare a 30 cc la quantità di prodotto espulsa a fine ciclo e che evita l’assorbimento di ossigeno nel prodotto. Dopo la verifica del peso e l’etichettatura, i fusti vengono trasferiti alla stazione di capsulatura e chiusi con capsule prestampate o da banda stagnata.
| | Drum treatment lines
Gerosa 3 produces complete lines for the treatment of steel containers for liquid food, either semi-automatic (20 drums/h) or automatic (35, 60, 120, 240 and 400 drums/h). The sterilisation of the drums is guaranteed by caustic washing and/or acid and a sterile, additive-free steam treatment. The valves controlling the washing cycles - developed by Gerosa 3 - are dual action with a closing spring and, if the air or energy fails, also interrupt the flow of the liquids. A patented head is responsible for the filling process, making it possible to limit the quantity of product expelled at the end of the cycle to 30 cc and avoiding the absorption of oxygen in the product. After checking the weight and labeling, the drums are transferred to the capping station and then closed with pre-moulded or tin caps.

Ascon ha lanciato la nuova serie “gammadue” di regolatori composta da 8 modelli garantiti per tre anni, disponibili in due colori a scelta e caratterizzati da ingresso custom con sensori IR, fuzzy e adaptive-tuning, configurazione da PC, protezione frontale IP65. Il regolatore, indicatore e trasmettitore C1 comprende ritrasmissione analogica e comunicazione seriale, mentre M1 è un regolatore di temperatura con 2 uscite a relé e configurazione rapida a codice. Per applicazioni più sofisticate, M3 è un regolatore di termperatura caldo-freddo, con 3 uscite a relé, start-up, timer e controllo del carico con TA (stesse funzioni per il più essenziale X1). Ad essi si aggiungono modelli progressivamente sempre più complessi, fino al più completo regolatore-programmatore con dual loop, rapporto, cascata Profibus, Canbus e Modbus (50 programmi e 300 segmenti).

Ascon has launched its new “gammadue” series of regulators consisting of 8 models with the 3-year warranty, available in a choice of two colors and featuring custom input with IR, fuzzy and adaptive-tuning sensors, PC setup and IP65 front protection. The regulator, indicator and transmitter C1 has analog re-transmission and serial communication, while the M1 is a temperature regulator with 2 relay outputs and fast coded setup. For more sophisticated applications, the M3 is a hot/cold temperature regulator with 3 relay outputs, a timer and load control with TA (same functions for the more basic X1). Then there are increasingly more complex models, to finish with the most complete regulator/programmer with dual loop, ratio, Profibus cascade, Canbus and Modbus (50 programs and 300 segments).

L’astucciatrice verticale Aver 11 proposta da Curti è caratterizzata da un cambio formato più rapido e facile, senza l’uso di utensili. Particolarmente curato, inoltre, l’aspetto igienico, per facilitare la pulizia evitando che residui di prodotti rimangano in angoli inaccessibili. L’alimentazione degli astucci è di tipo rotativo, con apertura positiva, in modo che siano completamente aperti quando incontrano l’alveolo di trasporto; in questo modo la scatola non deve essere urtata da organi in movimento per potersi aprire e può essere realizzata anche con cartoncini di grammature bassissime. La macchina lavora astucci con i più svariati tipi di chiusura, con colle hot-melt o viniliche e chiusure a incastro, può essere abbinata a piegaincolla per alimentazione con fustellato steso e dotata di dosatori volumetrici, a coclea e contapezzi.
| | Vertical cartoning machine
The vertical cartoning machine - Aver 11 - from Curti has a faster and easier size-change, without the need to use tools. In addition, great care has been taken in the hygienic aspects, making it easier to clean to avoid residues of products in inaccessible corners. The Aver 11 has rotary carton feed with positive opening so that the cartons are fully open when they meet the transport cell; this means that the box doesn’t have to be hit by moving parts in order to open it and so boxes can even be made with ultra-lightweight cardboard. The machine handles cartons with all types of closure, with hot-melt or vinyl glues and slot-in flaps, plus it can be flanked by a fold&glue device to feed the cartons in the form of a flat die-cut and be fitted volumetric, screw or piece counter metering systems.

These are Cartesian manipulators - with 2, 3 and 4 axes - capable of covering straight lines, arcs and circles, touching points learnt during “teach-in” or transmitted from CAD systems. Eurotherm Drives ha semplificato il design e la configurazione di quadri e armadi con il lancio dell’opzione DRV per i convertitori in corrente continua 590Plus. In un unico drive sono integrati tutti i componenti di elettromeccanica necessari a un sistema di azionamenti in corrente continua: contattori di linea AC, fusibili di linea AC e di armatura DC, fusibili di controllo e campo, trasformatore tensione ausiliaria.
590Plus DRV consente di eliminare i tempi di cablaggio e montaggio dei componenti di controllo, ed è in grado di soddisfare le applicazioni più complesse.
Convertitori e inverter dispongono della stessa interfaccia uomo-macchina, struttura, software e opzioni: ciò consente di semplificarne notevolmente l’utilizzo.

Eurotherm Drives has simplified the design and configuration of panels and cabinets with the launch of the DRV option for its 590Plus DC convertors. All the electromechanical components needed for a DC drive system are now integrated in a single drive: AC line contactors, AC line fuses and DC armouring, control and field fuses, auxiliary voltage transformer.
The 590Plus DRV lets one eliminate the time spent wiring and mounting the control components and satisfies even the most complex of applications.
Convertors and inverters use the same man/machine interface, structure, software and options: greatly simplifying their use.
