Stora Enso ha realizzato un nuovo cartone denominato Ensoven PET, facilmente riciclabile, utilizzato per il confezionamento dei prodotti da forno della svedese Pågen AB. Rispetto ai materiali finora utilizzati (alluminio e carta resistente ai grassi), Ensoven può essere personalizzato con stampe a quattro colori e utilizzato sia nei forni a microonde che in quelli tradizionali.
La confezione, realizzata dalla CC Pack, contiene 4 focacce precotte, riscaldabili in forno a 200 °C per 8 minuti circa. Il cartoncino pesa 210 grammi e ha un rivestimento di PET da 40 grammi. Il nuovo materiale è disponibile anche in grammature inferiori.

Stora Enso has produced a new carton called Ensoven PET that’s easily recyclable for packing bakery products produced by Pågen AB of Sweden.
Compared to the materials used to date (aluminium and grease-proof paper), Ensoven can be personalised with four-colour prints and used in both conventional and microwave ovens.
The pack produced by CC Pack contains 4 pre-baked focaccia breads for heating in the oven at 200 °C for about 8 minutes. The card weighs 210 grams and is coated with 40 grams of PET. The new material is also available in lower weights.

Kongskilde ha messo a punto un sistema che taglia e trasporta i residui di rifilatura sulle lunghe distanze.
Il sistema gestisce la raccolta e il convogliamento sottovuoto dei residui della rifilatura all’unità Multicutter, che taglia le strisce in pezzetti, riducendone drasticamente il volume e i conseguenti costi di compattazione/magazzinaggio. Le unità Multiair, Multicutter e Multiseparator possono essere collocate in qualsiasi punto lungo la linea di convogliamento, senza generare problemi di installazione e integrazione.
Capacità, flusso d’aria in entrata e di aspirazione sono dimensionati per poter trasportare i residui provenienti dalle più veloci rifilatrici dell’industria cartaria, della plastica e della stampa.
Inoltre, il sistema della Kongskilde è in grado di prelevare residui da più punti e di convogliarli per centinaia di metri verso l’area di raccolta.
| | Multicutter for machining trim
Kongskilde has developed a system that cuts and removes trim over long distances. The system manages the collection and vacuum conveyance of the trim to the Multicutter unit, which then cuts the strips into pieces, drastically cutting the volume and consequent compacting/storage costs. The Multiair, Multicutter and Multiseparator systems can be placed at any point along the conveyor line, without creating installation or integration problems. The capacity, intake and suction air flow can be adjusted to allow for the conveyance of trim coming from the fastest of trimming machines in the paper, plastic and printing industries. Moreover, Kongskilde’s system can pick up the trim at several points and then take it many hundreds of metres to the collection area.
| | 431 Alimentatore di bacchette
L’alimentatore di bacchette AB1 della A.R.D. System raccoglie bacchette tonde di vari diametri e lunghezze e le indirizza a macchine operatrici di varia natura.
L’immagazzinamento non richiede alcuna attenzione particolare, in quanto i rulli effettuano un movimento continuo, alternato o cadenzato, inviando ciascun tondo su un caricatore pneumatico o un nastro trasportatore (entrambi opzionali).
Un quadro elettrico converte l’automazione del sistema e il conteggio delle bacchette scaricate, regolando lateralmente, mediante volantino, la larghezza tra i rulli. L’attrezzatura accetta diametri fra 1,5 e 12 mm e larghezze fra 200 e 600 mm.
Altre caratteristiche: spalle di sostegno d’acciaio brunito; rulli di alimentazione comandati da cilindro pneumatico; guide laterali con spostamento manuale. Velocità max 300 pz/min.
| | Rod feeder
The AB1 rod feeder from A.R.D. System collects round rods of various diameters and lengths and sends them to different types of operating machines. The feeder doesn’t require any special servicing, as the rollers work with continuous, alternating or timed motion, sending each rod to a pneumatic loader or conveyor belt (both optional accessories).
A control box is responsible for the automation of the system and counts the delivered rods, while the width between the rollers can be adjusted laterally, using a handwheel.
The equipment accepts diameters from 1.5 to 12 mm and widths from 200 to 600 mm.
Other features: burnished steel support shoulders; feed rollers driven by pneumatic cylinder; lateral guides with manual shift. Max speed: 300 pcs/min.

Lapis Megaprinter II - distribuita in esclusiva in Italia da Maff System - è indicata per la sovrastampa a trasferimento termico su film di testi, codici a barre, loghi e grafica, durante il processo di confezionamento. La macchina opera in modo semplice e veloce (600 mm/s) e permette di utilizzare foil di diverso colore, per stampe più attraenti e una chiara identificazione dei dati. Progettata per l’uso in ambienti industriali, si può posizionare nel punto desiderato della linea di produzione ed è collegabile a PC o utilizzabile stand-alone. Fra le varie funzioni figurano il “risparmio foil” e la possibilità di regolare la pressione di stampa a seconda dello spessore del materiale. Caratteristiche: risoluzione 300 dpi; larghezza stampa di 54, 128 o 213 mm; interfaccia seriale RS-232 o 486, SPS connection; driver per Windows 95, 98, NT.

Lapis Megaprinter II - distributed in Italy exclusively by Maff System - is suitable for heat transfer overprinting of text, barcodes, logos and graphics on film during the packing process.
The machine works simply and quickly (600 mm/s) and lets one use differently colored foil to get more attractive prints and clear identification of the data. Designed for industrial use, it can be placed in the most suitable position on the production line and can be connected to PC or used on a stand-alone basis. Its many functions include “foil saving” and the chance to adjust the printing pressure to suit the thickness of the material. Css-Teca-Print produces tampographic printing machines that boast numerous strong points: a simplified working system that does away with the use of skilled labour; extremely fast job preparation thanks to the Teca-Print special color unit (that also protects the color from dust and prevents the evaporation of solvents); a rational registering system; use of both steel clichés and the cheaper nylon versions; highly evolved control electronics. Specializzata nella produzione di componenti pneumatici, oltre ai prodotti standard Airon è in grado di proporre soluzioni specifiche, eventualmente progettate ad hoc. Un esempio riguarda i dispositivi di cambio formato in macchine automatiche per il confezionamento, ottenuti assemblando componenti standard. Il sistema di movimentazione è composto da un cilindro pneumatico con il dispositivo di blocco meccanico dello stelo, in cui è inserito un trasduttore potenziometrico di posizione che permette di comunicare a un PLC l’esatta posizione del pistone.
Questo, tramite un segnale, comanda il bloccaggio meccanico dello stelo nella posizione desiderata. Il suddetto cilindro viene abbinato a un’unità di guida ad “H” che permette il fissaggio della barra, realizzata in funzione delle dimensioni della confezione.
| | Pneumatics for automation
Specialized in the production of pneumatic components, Airon can propose specific ad hoc solutions as well as its standard products. A good example of this are the change-over devices for automatic packing machines, obtained by combining standard components. The conveyance system consists of a pneumatic cylinder with a mechanical rod locking device, with a position potentiometer transducer on this to inform a PLC of the exact position of the piston. This uses a signal to control the mechanical locking of the rod in the position required. This cylinder is flanked by an “H” guide unit that allows for the bar to be fixed to suit the size of the pack.
