La francese Novacel, certificata ISO 9001, produce film autoadesivi per la protezione temporanea di superfici utilizzabili nei settori industriali.
I film, commercializzati nel nostro paese da Novacel Italia, mantengono inalterate le superfici degli apparecchi durante le fasi di trasformazione, manipolazione e installazione
Il film è applicabile a diversi materiali, quali acciaio inox, metalli preverniciati o preplastificiati, alluminio, materie plastiche, superfici serigrafate e vetro.
Su richiesta le pellicole protettive possono essere stampate, riportando istruzioni tecniche e/o il marchio del produttore, diventando così un efficace supporto di comunicazione visiva.
Il film Novacel, fornito in bobine con larghezza max 2600 mm e con spessore 50÷100 micron, è facilmente rimuovibile senza lasciare alcuna traccia sulla superficie.

Novacel of France, with ISO 9001 certification, produces self-adhesive films for temporary protection of surfaces for industrial applications. These films, sold in Italy by Novacel Italia, keep the surfaces of equipment unaltered during converting, handling and installation.
The film can be applied to various different materials, such as stainless steel, pre-painted or pre-plasticized metals, aluminium, plastics, silk-screened surfaces and glass.
On request, the protective films can be printed with technical instructions and/or the producer’s trademark, thus becoming an effective means of visual communication.
The Novacel film is supplied on reels max 2600 mm wide and 50÷100 microns thick and is easily removable without leaving any traces on the surface.

Facente capo al gruppo Nord-Est (Harwanne), Ileos è quotata alla borsa di Parigi, sviluppa un turnover che si avvicina ai 1.400 milioni di FF con circa 2.200 effettivi e realizza la quota principale del proprio business nella cosmesi e nella profumeria. Messersì Packaging produce reggia di PP e altri materiali plastici per macchine automatiche; inoltre, offre un’ampia gamma di attrezzature per l’imballaggio. La reggia di PP isotattico, disponibile in vari colori e dimensioni e personalizzabile con stampa fino a tre colori, presenta un peso specifico di 0,91 g/cm3, una resistenza fra i 28 e i 32 kg/mm2 e un allungamento del 15-25% con recupero elastico del 90-95%. Disponibile in bobine di vari diametri, mantiene le proprie caratteristiche fra i -40 e i +100 °C. Recentemente Messersì ha lanciato Superband, una nuova reggia di PET che presenta caratteristiche di particolare tenacità e insensibilità ai raggi ultravioletti e agli sbalzi di temperatura. Risulta particolarmente indicata in tutte le situazioni in cui la reggia di PP risulti eccessivamente sollecitata, e come alternativa alla reggia di ferro.

Messersì Packaging produces straps made from PP and other plastic materials for automatic machines; it also offers a wide range of equipment for packaging. The isotactic PP strap, coming in a variety of colors and sizes, can be personalised by printing in up to 3 colors and has a specific weight of 0.91 g/cm3, resistance of between 28 and 32 kg/mm2 and stretch of 15-25% with 90-95% springback. Available on reels of various diameters, it retains its characteristics at between -40 and +100 °C. Messersì has recently launched the Superband, a new PET strap with high tenacity and resistance to UV rays and wide variations in temperature. Especially suitable for all situations where PP strap is excessively stressed and as an alternative to ferrous straps.

Minini Imballaggi da molti anni distribuisce in esclusiva in Italia la gamma completa di Big Bag prodotti dalla società turca Isbir Sentetik. Minini ha recentemente presentato il nuovo Big Bag Conduttivo di polipropilene, in grado di risolvere i numerosi problemi legati all’elettricità statica, che talvolta può formarsi all’interno degli imballaggi durante le fasi di riempimento e svuotamento. Questo Big Bag è realizzato con filati a bassa resistenza conduttiva e con particolari geometrie nella tessitura.
Il tessuto utilizzato contiene numerose lamelle di PE caricate al carbonio, che convogliano l’elettricità statica a una specifica zona di scarico, dotata di messa a terra. Ogni Big Bag Conduttivo riporta un’etichetta sulla quale è indicato il valore in ohm (&Mac189;). L’azienda propone anche un Big Bag tubolare modello “Pearl”, privo di cuciture laterali, indicato per prodotti polverosi, granulari e a elevata fluidità.

Minini Imballaggi has for many years been the exclusive distributor in Italy for the entire range of Big Bag products from Isbir Sentetik of Turkey. Minini has recently presented its new polypropylene Conductive Big Bag, resolving many problems linked to the static electricity that sometimes forms inside the bags during filling and emptying. This Big Bag is made from yarns with low conductivity resistance and special weaving patterns. The resulting fabric contains numerous carbon-charged PE bars that convey the static electricity to a specific discharge area with its own earth system. Each Conductive Big Bag has a label indicating the value in ohm (&Mac189;). The company also proposes a tubular, seamless Big Bag - the “Pearl” model - suitable for powdery, granulate and high-flow products.

Orobica Plast-Gom nasce nel 1980 con una produzione di articoli tecnici per l’industria dell’imbottigliamento, per avviare poi quella di ventose e di componenti per vuoto. Certificata ISO 9001, è nota in tutto il mondo e dispone di due unità produttive che utilizzano macchinari dell’ultima generazione (fra cui presse per lo stampaggio di elastomeri, poliuretani e termoplastici e forni di post-vulcanizzazione). Il reparto R&S è a disposizione dei clienti per la progettazione di prodotti speciali, mentre in un laboratorio interno viene controllata la qualità dei manufatti e dei processi. I prodotti della società bergamasca vengono utilizzati nell’industria dell’imbottigliamento, alimentare, dell’automazione e della robotica. Attualmente sono in produzione oltre 7.000 articoli standard fra ventose, testine prensili, membrane e guarnizioni.

Orobica Plast-Gom was set up in 1980 with a product line of industrial items for the bottling industry, followed by suction cups and vacuum components. With ISO 9001 certification, it enjoys global recognition and has two production centres using cutting-edge machinery (including presses for elastomer, polyurethane and thermoplastic moulding and post- vulcanizing ovens). Its R&D department is at the service of its customers for the design of special products, while an in-house lab controls the quality of the goods and the processes. Mobil Plastics Europe lancia Lithor 50XA002: un nuovo film trasparente antistatico per etichette avvolgenti pretagliate.
Una nuova tecnologia gli conferisce un potere antistatico particolarmennte elevato, assicurando un ottimo disimpilaggio delle etichette.
50XA002 è destinato a tutte le applicazioni che utilizzano hot melt, in alternativa alle etichette di carta. Fra gli altri, il mercato delle acque minerali potrebbe apprezzarne l’elevata trasparenza, simbolo di purezza e di freschezza, a cui si aggiungono la resistenza alla lacerazione e all’umidità, e le opportunità di riciclo. Prodotto con uno spessore di 50 micron, che gli conferisce rigidità e resistenza, questo film può essere stampato con varie tecnologie, si lavora sulle cut & stack esistenti ed è disponibile anche in bobina.

Mobil Plastics Europe launches Lithor 50XA002: a new, transparent and antistatic film for pre-cut wrap labels. A new technology gives the film powerful antistatic properties, guaranteeing excellent unstacking of the labels. The 50XA002 is destined for applications using hot melt, as an alternative to paper labels. Of the many possible markets, the mineral water industry could appreciate the high transparency of the labels, the symbol of purity and freshness, not to mention the tear-resistance and humidity resistance of the film, and its suitability for recycling. Produces in a single thickness of 50 microns, giving it rigidity and strength, this film can be printed using various technologies, can be used on existing cut & stack machines and is also supplied spooled.

UPM Kymmene è un gruppo finlandese integrato cartario-trasformatore, composto da 3 divisioni dedicate ai materiali da stampa, al converting e all’industria del legno, che trovano in Europa il principale mercato di sbocco. Le attività di trasformazione sono molteplici, e vengono indirizzate ai settori più diversi. L’etichettatura (autoadesiva e non) costituisce una delle principali applicazioni, per cui è stata sviluppata un’ampia gamma di carte variamente trattate (per esempio contro l’umidità) e stampabili con diverse tecnologie. Le carte UPM vengono inoltre utilizzate per la produzione di sacchetti e sacchi, come supporto a una gran varietà di prodotti industriali così come nell’imballaggio alimentare. Ad esse si aggiungono il cartone ondulato e il cartoncino, anche accoppiati o estrusi con altri materiali.

UPM Kymmene is an integrated paper mill/converter group from Finland, with 3 divisions dedicated to printing materials, converting and the timber industry, with Europe its main outlet market. The converting activities it offers are many and are directed at a wide range of different sectors. Labeling (self-adhesive and otherwise) is one of the main applications, hence the group has developed a vast range of papers with a variety of treatments (e.g., anti-moisture) that can be printed with different technologies. UPM papers are also used for the production of bags and sacks, as well as a backing for a great variety of industrial products and in food packaging. The paper products are accompanied by corrugated cardboard and card, that can also be either laminated or extruded with materials.
