Toppy è un dispositivo messo a punto da Diesse, che consente di svolgere l’operazione di cambio pallet sfruttando il principio della rotazione del carico. Questo sistema non richiede forti pressioni sul carico, permettendo così di effettuare l’operazione in modo semplice, sicuro e veloce. Il dispositivo di rotazione è integrato nella struttura di un robusto transpallet elettronico, il che consente di impiegare Toppy anche per la funzione di movimentazione e ne rende possibile l’uso in diverse zone dello stabilimento. L’impianto è operativo in migliaia di esemplari in diversi settori di applicazione e risponde alle più severe normative europee e americane.

Toppy is a device developed by Diesse that lets one exploit the principle of load rotation when carrying out the pallet change operation. This system does not require strong pressure on the load, thus making it very simple, safe and fast to do. The rotation device is integrated in the structure of a strong electronic transpallet, allowing the Toppy to be used also for movement functions and suitable for use in various different areas of the factory. The system is already being used in thousands of examples in different areas of application and fully meets the strictest European and American standards.

Mach 400E è una confezionatrice orizzontale elettronica del tipo flow-pack, prodotta da Otem per operare a una velocità massima di 800 pz/min (ma anche 400 o 200 a seconda dei modelli), con bobine da 400 mm di diametro e fascia variabile fra 300, 600 o 800 mm. I tre modelli disponibili si distinguono anche per larghezza della lama di taglio (200, 300 o 400 mm) e per altezza del prodotto (60 o 170 mm max). L’equipaggiamento standard comprende catena di alimentazione a saltarelli mobili, tre coppie di rulli saldanti di cui la prima inclinabile e la seconda calda, giunto di sicurezza elettronico sulle masse saldanti, regolazione della macchina in movimento, apertura automatica dei rulli saldanti caldi, fotocellula per il centraggio della stampa, doppio portabobine e rullini piegalembo motorizzati.
| | Electronic horizontal flow-pack
The Mach 400E is an electronic horizontal flow-pack machine produced by Otem to work at a top speed of 800 pcs/min (also at 400 or 200 depending on the model), with 400 mm diameter spools of variable width (300, 600 or 800 mm). There are three models that differ in terms of the width of the cutter blade (200, 300 or 400 mm) and height of the product (max 60 or 170 mm). Standard features include a mobile ratchet feed chain, three pairs of sealing rollers (the first tiltable, the second hot), an electronic safety coupling on the sealing mass, adjustment of the machine in movement, automatic opening of the hot sealing rollers, print centring photoelectric cell, dual spool holder and motorized flap-folding rollers.

Il codificatore laser Lightjet di Imaje assicura una stampa indelebile su qualsiasi tipo di superficie e di imballaggi (carta, cartone ondulato, vetro, PET, PVC, ceramica, gomma ecc.).
La macchina è facilmente installabile e integrabile su varie linee di produzione grazie a un braccio articolato allungabile, costruito in alluminio anodizzato, mentre la consolle è in acciaio inossidabile.
Lightjet stampa fino a 5 righe con caratteri di altezza da 2 a 15 mm. È possibile scegliere tra numerose disposizioni (contrasto, definizione e altezza carattere) con un risultato di stampa ottimale anche se la superficie da stampare non è perfettamente piana e se il movimento del trasportatore non è uniforme. La manutenzione richiede solo il controllo del livello dell’acqua e la pulizia del dispositivo di raffreddamento può essere effettuata una volta all’anno.

The Lightjet laser coder from Imaje guarantees indelible printing of any surface and packaging (paper, corrugated cardboard, glass, PET, PVC, ceramics, rubber etc.).
The machine is easy to install and can be integrated on various production lines thanks to an articulated extendable arm, built in anodised aluminium, while the console is made from stainless steel.
Lightjet prints up to 5 lines with characters ranging in height from 2 to 15 mm. Many configurations are possible (contrast, definition and character height) for optimal print results even if the surface to be printed is not perfectly flat or if the movement of the conveyor is not consistent. Maintenance consists simply of checking the level of the water, plus cleaning the cooling device even just once a year.

StarLight rappresenta l’ultima generazione di confezionatrici orizzontali a lungo tempo di saldatura progettate e prodotte da Iman Pack. Concepite con un nuovo design e una tecnologia più evoluta, le StarLight soddisfano specifiche esigenze di confezionamento nel settore alimentare in termini di affidabilità, flessibilità, produttività, semplicità d’uso, manutenzione e pulizia. Il sistema di alimentazione, il trascinamento del film e i movimenti del tagliacuce sono autonomi e controllati da motori coordinati da controllore Allen-Bradley, il che aumenta ulteriormente la versatilità e le possibilità di applicazione della confezionatrice. La confezionatrice può essere integrata con sistemi automatici di alimentazione, etichettatrici, stampanti e altro. Fra gli optional: doppio portabobina con cambio automatico, funzione “no product-no bag” e “no gap-no seal”.

StarLight represents that latest generation of horizontal packaging machines with long seal times designed and produced by Iman Pack. Conceived with a new design and a more evolved technology, the StarLights satisfy the specific packaging needs of the food sector in terms of reliability, flexibility, productivity, simplicity of use, maintenance and cleaning. The feed system, the film draw and the movement of the cutter-stapler are independent and controlled by motors coordinated by an Allen-Bradley controller, a point that increases the versatility and the possible application of the packaging machine. The StarLight machine can be integrated with automatic feed systems, labelers, printers and other devices. Optionals: double reel carrier with automatic change, the “no product no bag” function and the “no gap no seal” phase.

Akroflex ha messo a punto Green Skin, un film estensibile prestirato accoppiato e macroforato che, in fase di utilizzo, assume una struttura reticolata a maglie molto ampie. Disponibile in diversi spessori, è la soluzione ideale per il confezionamento di prodotti ortofrutticoli o di merci molto umide, infatti facilita lo scambio d’aria con l’esterno ed evita fenomeni di condensazione, muffe, ossidazioni. La conformazione di Green Skin consente di effettuare diversi trattamenti anche dopo il confezionamento quali, ad esempio, umidificazione, idratazione, essiccazione, iperventilazione.
Nonostante venga prestirato durante la sua lavorazione, il film raggiunge livelli molto alti di allungamento, compattando in modo ottimale i carichi palettizzati. Green Skin, brevettato da Akroflex, è atossico e riciclabile e se bruciato non genera gas nocivi.

Akroflex has devised Green Skin, a prestretched macroholed laminated film that assumes a broadmeshed structure on use. Available in different thicknesses, it is the ideal solution for packing market garden produce or very damp goods, in fact it facilitates the exchange of air with the outside and avoids phenomenon such as condensation, mold or oxidation. Green Skin’s conformation enables one to carry out different processes even after the packing, such as for instance, humidification, hydration, drying and hyperventilation. Despite the fact it is prestretched when used the film reaches very high levels of stretch, compacting the palletized loads in an optimum way. Green Skin, patented by Akroflex, is non-toxic and recyclable and if burnt does not give off harmful gas.
