OM ha messo a punto una nuova serie di elevatori a colonna, denominata CL, con portate da 1.050 e 1.200 kg, e sollevamenti grande visibilità fino a 4.300 mm. Grazie a una progettazione meccanica effettuata con l’analisi degli elementi finiti, l’elevatore presenta un’ottimale disposizione e distribuzione dei pesi, che ha permesso di ottenere un’elevata stabilità del carrello e portate residue migliori. Il CL è equipaggiato con il timone ergonomico già adottato sulla serie TL, equipaggiato con pulsanti a membrana ad alta sensibilità senza contatti meccanici, e con scheda integrata per la trasmissione seriale dei segnali elettrici. Le funzioni di trazione carrello e sollevamento-discesa forche sono a controllo elettronico e vengono gestite da un’unica scheda a transistor, che permette di personalizzare i parametri di controllo.

OM has developed a new series of column forklift trucks called the CL, with load capacities of between 1,050 and 1,200 kg, and highly visible lifting of up to 4,300 mm. Thanks to the mechanical design done with finite element analysis, the new forklift truck offers the best possible layout and distribution of the weights, making it possible to have excellent carriage stability and better residue load capacities. The CL is equipped with the ergonomic steering wheel already fitted on the TL series, plus high-sensitivity touch-screen buttons without mechanical contacts and an integrated board for serial transmission of the electrical signals. The carriage traction and lift/lower fork functions are controlled electronically and are managed by a single transistor board that lets one personalise the control parameters.

Wenglor Sensoric amplia la gamma di sensori a luce laser con due nuovi modelli della serie YN a tasteggio diretto regolabile, con soppressione del fondo, rispettivamente con portata massima di 300 (YN33) e 400 mm (YN44). La regolazione con soppressione del fondo garantisce differenze minime nella distanza di commutazione, anche passando da oggetti bianco lucido a nero opaco. Inoltre, consente di escludere l’eventuale superficie di trasporto, per rilevare oggetti trasportati anche quando le differenze di altezza rispetto al piano sono nell’ordine del millimetro. La luce laser conferisce precisione e ripetibilità del punto di commutazione all’avvicinamento laterale, e un diametro dello spot di soli 5 mm anche a 400 mm di distanza. La serie YN è disponibile in custodia di plastica rinforzata con fibre di vetro, con grado di protezione IP67, e può essere fornita di spia di segnalazione delle eventuali anomalie.

Wenglor Sensoric extends its range of laser beam sensors with two new models belonging to the YN series with directly adjustable sensitivity, background suppression and max 300 (YN33) and 400 mm (YN44) capacity respectively. Adjustment with background suppression guarantees minimal differences in tripping distances, even when passing from a bright white object to a matt black one. What’s more, it lets one exclude the carrying surface to detect carried objects even when these differ by just a few millimetres in height from the surface. Laser beams make for precision and repeatability of the switch point with lateral advance, and a spot diameter of just 5 mm even at distances of 400 mm. The YN series comes with a fibreglass reinforced plastic cover, offering a safety factor of IP67, and can also be supplied with a warning light for possible malfunctions.

Pactur - distribuita in Lombardia da Area - ha messo a punto la confezionatrice a campana Lady Pack Infra Red 550, caratterizzata da una camera di retrazione che, grazie al riscaldamento per induzione prodotto da lampade a infrarossi, raggiunge temperature elevate in tempi ridotti. Questa caratteristica permette di utilizzare indifferentemente film di PVC, PP o PE, con buoni risultati estetici e garantendo le massime prestazioni (velocità max 500 pz/h). Inoltre, mantiene costante la temperatura della camera di retrazione, evitando sia la formazione di buchi sul film, sia una retrazione incompleta e con grinze. L’aria riscaldata viene riassorbita a fine ciclo, prima che l’operatore risollevi la campana per estrarre il prodotto termoretratto.

Pactur - distributed in Lombardy by Area - has developed its Lady Pack Infra Red 550, a bell packing machine featuring a shrink chamber that reaches high temperatures very quickly thanks to infrared lamp heating triggered by product induction. This characteristic means it can handle PVC, PP or PE film indifferently, with good final results, guaranteeing max performance (max speed = 500 pcs/h). What’s more, it keeps the temperature of the shrink chamber constant, thus avoiding the formation of holes in the film and the risk of incomplete shrinking with creases. The heated air is reabsorbed at the end of each cycle, before the operator can lift the bell to extract the heatshrinked product.

Industrial Automation ha adottato i cilindri senza stelo P1R della Parker Pneumatic per il controllo delle operazioni di taglio sul nuovo sistema Destrapper DS2. Prevalentemente utilizzato nell’industria della birra, il DS2 posiziona, trattiene, taglia e rimuove - in tutta sicurezza e con una tolleranza di ± 60 mm - i nastri di contenimento di nylon, che fissano il prodotto sui pallet. Quest’apparecchiatura realizza cicli di 15” ed è integrabile nei più diffusi sistemi di trasferimento pallet. Con un ingombro di soli 1.200 x1.200 mm, può gestire pallet alti fino a 2.400 mm ed è disponibile in più versioni, anche con struttura cantilever o a portico, granulatore nastri, contenitore nastri tagliati e rimozione dei nastri orizzontali. Ciascun Destrapper DS2 è dotato di quattro cilindri senza stelo P1R con alesaggio da 32 a 100 mm e corsa da 200 a 1400 mm, per il controllo del movimento e del posizionamento dei carrelli di taglio.

Industrial Automation has adopted the P1R rod-less cylinders produced by Parker Pneumatic for the control of cutting operations on its new Destrapper DS2 system. Mainly used in the beer industry, the DS2 places, holds, cuts and removes - in total safety and with a tolerance of just ± 60 mm - the nylon straps fixing the product to the pallet. This device has 15” cycles and can be integrated in the most commonly used pallet transfer systems. With overall dimensions of just 1,200 x 1,200 mm, it can handle pallets up to 2,400 mm high and comes in various versions, featuring cantilever or portico structure, with tape granulators, cut tape containers and removal or horizontal tapes. Each Destrapper DS2 is fitted with four P1R rod-less cylinders with 32 to 100 mm bore and 200 to 1,400 mm stroke, controlling the movement and positioning of the cutting carriages.

La confezionatrice automatica con film termoretraibile AM80AZC della Vacuum Pump, con alimentazione laterale a nastro, è una macchina a funzionamento elettropneumatico per pacchi di prodotti diversi con supporto di cartone piano, ideale per bottiglie, flaconi, barattoli e vasetti.
La saldatrice per chiusura a manica è dotata di una barra saldante sempre calda di 810 mm (l’innalzamento si adegua all’altezza del pacco da confezionare) dotata di termostato, con temperatura e tempo di saldatura regolabili a seconda delle caratteristiche del film.
L’alimentazione avviene tramite nastro trasportatore a catena d’acciaio inox o resina, azionato da motovariatore; un gruppo pneumatico provvede alla composizione del pacco a più file, selezionando i prodotti provenienti da un’unica fila, secondo uno schema preordinabile. La macchina è dotata anche di un commutatore di ciclo automatico, per la lavorazione con cartone o senza.

The AM80AZC, an automatic heatshrink packing machine from Vacuum Pump, with lateral belt infeed, is an electropneumatic machine for preparing packs of different products sitting on a flat card support, ideal for bottles, flacons, jars and trays.
The sleeve-sealing machine has an 810 mm ever-hot sealing bar (its height adjusts to suit each pack) and is fitted with a thermostat, plus adjustable sealing temperature and time to suit the characteristics of the film being used. A stainless steel or resin chain conveyor belt driven by a motovariator, is responsible for feeding the machine; a pneumatic unit arranges the layout of the pack in several rows, selecting the products coming from a single row in accordance with a preset pattern. The machine is also equipped with an automatic cycle switchover for working with or without the card support.

Le principali caratteristiche delle pompe per vuoto ad aria compressa della Piab sono la compattezza e la modularità (che consente di installare le funzioni desiderate). Il sistema si basa su un modulo di pompaggio del vuoto, azionato ad aria compressa e costruito secondo la tecnica Coax della Piab, che costituisce lo sviluppo di una struttura brevettata, con tre eiettori che espandono l’aria in diverse fasi. Questa tecnica consente di utilizzare una minor quantità di aria compressa rispetto alle pompe di tipo tradizionale, ossia 28 l/min a 3 bar, con un flusso massimo di 84 l/min. Il modulo viene fissato a una rotaia “a scatto”, che permette di montare fino a quattro pompe senza l’ausilio di attrezzatura, ed è abbinabile a un’ampia gamma di accessori. Queste pompe hanno uno spessore di 16,5 mm e pesano 98 g. Possono raggiungere un grado di vuoto di -90 kPa a 3,14 bar e lavorano con una pressione fra 1,7 e 7 bar.
| | Compressed air vacuum
The main characteristics of the compressed air vacuum pumps by Piab are their compact size and modularity (meaning functions can be installed at will). The system is based on a vacuum pumping module, driven by compressed air and built using the Coax technique developed by Piab, which involves the development of a patented structure with three ejectors that expand the air at different stages. This technique lets one use less compressed air than is the case with conventional pumps, i.e., 28 l/min at 3 bar, with max flow of 84 l/min. The module is fixed to a “snap-in” track that can hold up to four pumps without the need for tools and can be fitted with a wide range of accessories. These pumps are 16.5 mm thick and weigh 98 g. They can deliver a vacuum of -90 kPa at 3.14 bar and work with pressure levels of between 1.7 and 7 bar.

Il secondo componente è il sistema di presa del carico, con possibilità di preimpostare il peso o con dispositivo autobilanciante, che può essere di tipo meccanico, elettromeccanico, elettromagnetico, elettropneumatico e a depressione, nonché standard o progettato per esigenze particolari. Liftronic is a fully electronic weight zero-setter produced by Scaglia, consisting of three basic elements. First, there’s the load balancer - available in four versions, with load capacity of up to 80, 160, 240 or 320 kg - that differs from the normal solutions based on a pneumatic piston in that it’s driven by an electric motor and controlled by electronic logic. The second component is the load transfer system, offering the possibility to preset the load or be fitted with a self-balancing device that can be mechanical, electromechanical, electromagnetic, electropneumatic or depression-activated, as well as standard or designed for specific needs. The third element is the suspension system, available in various standard versions (articulated arm, monorail, bridge crane) or built to design.

Disponibile anche nelle versioni inox e CE, questo modello visualizza il peso tramite un terminale elettronico collocato a bordo e collegato a una rete di alimentazione autonoma. Il terminale - che permette d inserire, programmare e memorizzare descrizioni alfanumeriche - mostra data e ora, codice a 4 cifre che richiama dalla memoria una descrizione alfanumerica di 16 caratteri, codice generico a 6 cifre, numero progressivo, peso lordo, tara, peso netto, totali per codice merce e generico, totale parziale e generale. È possibile selezionare anche tare multiple, funzione contapezzi e pesatura in somma. La rilevazione del peso avviene tramite quattro celle di carico d’acciaio inox IP 67, con elevate caratteristiche di precisione; inoltre, il sistema è dotato di opportuni riscontri meccanici di sicurezza.

Società Cooperativa Bilanciai presents its electronic PTM-V system for weighing manual steerable transpallets. Available also in stainless steel and CE versions, this model displays the weight on an onboard electronic terminal connected to an autonomous power supply network. The terminal - that lets one enter, program and save alphanumerical descriptions - shows the date and time, a 4-digit code that recalls a 16-digit alphanumerical description from the memory, a generic 6-digit code, the consecutive number, gross weight, tare weight, net weight, totals for goods and generic codes, partial and general totals. One can also select multiple tare, piece-counting and summed weighing functions. The weight is detected by four IP 67 stainless steel load cells with excellent precision and the system is also fitted with suitable mechanical safety checks.
