Da pochi mesi sul mercato, la stampante etichettatrice print-apply DLM-06 prodotta da Delta Service Srl (Monza, MI) ha già riscosso un notevole interesse da parte delle aziende produttrici, in particolare nei settori cosmetico, farmaceutico, chimico e alimentare. Dotata di una testa da stampa a trasferimento termico da 304 DPI NE, è in grado di stampare in alta risoluzione e alla velocità di 300 mm/sec codici a barre, loghi, testi e tutto ciò che serve per la personalizzazione del prodotto. Il modello DLM-06 permette di lavorare con etichette di larghezza massima 100 mm (fino a 150 si utilizza il modello DLM-09). Oltre alla flessibilità, il vero punto di forza rimane il rapporto qualità prezzo. DLM-06 è solo una delle tante soluzioni sviluppate da Delta Service che opera nel settore della progettazione e produzione di sistemi per l’etichettatura automatica dal 1991.

After just a few months on the marketplace, the DLM-06 print-apply labeling machine from Delta Service Srl (Monza, Milan) has already received a lot of interest from producers, especially those in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food sectors. Fitted with a 304 DPI NE heat transfer print head, the machine can print barcodes, logos, copy and everything else that is needed to personalise a product with high resolution and at speeds of up to 300 mm/sec. The DLM-06 model can handle labels measuring max 100 mm (up to 150 with the DLM-09 model). In addition to its flexibility, the machine’s real strength remains its value for money. The DLM-06 is just one of the many solutions developed by Delta Service, a company that’s been operating in the field of design and production of automatic labeling systems since 1991.

PK Imballaggi presenta tre modelli di incollatrice elettrica per etichette. Nella EME 180 N l’etichetta viene inserita dall’operatore sotto l’alberino antistante il cilindro gommatore; il funzionamento a rotazione continua trascina e incolla contemporaneamente l’etichetta, porgendola all’operatore pronta per essere applicata. Un apposito dispositivo permette la regolazione micrometrica della colla, per una gommatura ideale e la massima pulizia dell’etichetta. Invece, EME 210 A (per grandi etichette) ed EME 230 A (per etichette fino a 5-600 mm di lunghezza e larghezza utile di 230 mm) prelevano in automatico un’etichetta alla volta dal contenitore montato a bilico, per mezzo di un rullo ricoperto di gomma. Un pedale-interruttore può avviare o arrestare il ciclo d’incollatura; la velocità di emissione varia fra 800 e 1000 pz/h a seconda del formato. Tutte le versioni sono costruite in acciaio inox e ottone, mentre le parti a contatto con la colla sono a incastro e si smontano facilmente, senza l’ausilio di utensili.
| | Electrical label gluing machines
PK Imballaggi presents three models of an electrical label gluing machine. In the case of the EME 180 N the operator introduces the label under the shaft in front of the gluing cylinder; the continuous rotation draws the label in and applies the glue at the same time, delivering the label ready for application. A special device allows for micrometric adjustment of the glue for perfect gluing and super-clean labels. Instead, the EME 210 A (for large labels) and the EME 230 A (for labels measuring up to 5-600 mm in length and 230 mm useful width) take the labels automatically, one at a time, from the pivoted container by means of a rubber-lined roller. A footswitch can be used to start/stop the gluing cycle; the delivery speed varies between 800 and 1000 pcs/h depending on the size of the label. All versions are built in stainless steel and brass, while the parts coming into contact with the glue are slot-in components and can be detached easily, without the need for tools.

Deltaomega Divisione Motion Control presenta i sistemi di controllo della Serad France impiegati, fra l’altro, nell’industria delle macchine per il processo e l’imballaggio alimentare. Installati - per esempio - sui dosatori su nastro o su stampo di macchine per la produzione di biscotti, effettuano il controllo millimetrico delle lunghezze grazie all’utilizzo di encoder sui nastri di alimentazione e su tutti i motori. In questo modo si ottiene sia un’impostazione diretta delle misure in mm sia l’indipendenza dalla velocità dei nastri di trasporto, che possono così essere soggetti a transitori e rampe senza alterare le proporzioni del manufatto. I controllori Serad sono caratterizzati da albero elettrico con algoritmo di elevata qualità, movimento sincronizzato con finestra di lancio, rifasamento continuo degli assi slave e cambox (programmable limit switches).

Deltaomega Divisione Motion Control presents the control systems produced by Serad France, used in the food processing and packaging machinery industry, among others. For instance, when installed on metering units on conveyor belts or on moulds on biscuit machines, they allow for millimetric length control thanks to the use of encoders on the infeed belts and all motors. This results in both direct setting of the measurements in mm and independent speed control of the conveyor belts, that can thus be subject to transient states and ramps without altering the proportions of the product. Serad controllers feature an electric shaft with top quality algorithm, synchronised movement with a launch window, continuous retiming of the slave axes and cambox (programmable limit switches).

Emmedi (Caravaggio, BG) distribuisce la reggiatrice semiautomatica modello 2800 della spagnola Reisopack per la legatura orizzontale di bancali. Innovativa per semplicità di funzionamento, la 2800 è montata su ruote pivottanti che ne permettono il posizionamento accanto ai bancali, nel punto più utile ad agevolarne la reggiatura. La praticità di regolazione della testa di saldatura in senso verticale permette di effettuare reggiature fra 135 e 2000 mm dal suolo. In più, la macchina è dotata di due batterie da 12 V che le conferiscono un’autonomia di 600 legature, senza necessità di cavi di collegamento alla rete elettrica. Ideale per il settore ortofrutticolo, grazie al costo contenuto può essere utilmente adottata in tutti i settori dove, sino a oggi, l’operazione di reggiatura veniva effettuata manualmente.

Emmedi (Caravaggio, Bergamo) distributes the 2800 semiautomatic strapping machine produced by Reisopack of Spain for horizontal strapping of pallets. Innovative in terms of its simple operation, the 2800 is mounted on castor wheels allowing it to be positioned up against the pallets in the most appropriate and comfortable position for strapping. Easy vertical adjustment of the sealing head means it can strap at between 135 and 2000 mm from the ground. What’s more, the machine is fitted with two 12 V batteries giving it autonomy for 600 strapping cycles without the need for cables linking it to the electricity line. Ideal for the fruit and vegetable sector, thanks to its low cost, it can be used to profit in all sectors where, until now, the strapping operation was done by hand.

Lo scanner PLS della Sick presenta dimensioni contenute, è facile da usare ed è in grado di proteggere una vasta area, garantendo sicurezza e affidabilità sia in applicazioni fisse che a bordo di carrelli. Nelle prime, l’utilizzo del PLS è alternativo ai tappeti sensibili, svincolando l’utilizzatore da ogni necessità di controlli, manutenzioni e sostituzioni.
Il suo impiego su carrelli assicura invece una sicurezza attiva come anticollisione verso persone o cose, senza necessità di contatto fisico (come avviene invece con i Bumpers). L’alimentazione a 24 V d.c., le uscite a transistor, l’omologazione in Classe 3 di sicurezza, consentono l’utilizzo di questo scanner in tutti gli ambienti industriali. Sick è in grado di ampliare ulteriormente le caratteristiche del PLS abbinando lo scanner alla centralina LSI. Questa può supportare fino a quattro PLS e ha una memoria molto ampia, in grado di memorizzare fino a 8 aree di allarme e altrettante di preallarme, liberamente gestibili. Tutti i dati gestionali vengono memorizzati nella LSI, consentendo, fra l’altro, di connettere una nuova unità senza programmarla.

The PLS scanner from Sick is very compact, easy to use and can protect a vast area, guaranteeing safety and reliability both in fixed applications and onboard trucks.
In the first case, the PLS can be used as an alternative to weight-sensitive mats, thus relieving the user from the need to check, service and replace these. When used on trucks, it guarantees active protection against collision with people or objects, without the need for physical contact(as happens with Bumpers). The 24 V d.c. power supply, the transistor outputs and safety Class 3 type approval make this scanner suitable for use in all industrial environments. Sick can further extend the characteristics of the PLS by connecting the scanner to the LSI control unit.
This can accommodate up to four PLS scanners and has ample memory, capable of saving up to 8 freely manageable alarm areas and as many prealarm areas. All control data are saved in the LSI, with the advantage of being able to connect a new sensor to this without the need to program it, among others.

Per il proprio impianto di imbottigliamento in Tailandia, Perrier ha scelto un magazzino vuoti della Netra Systems che offre superiori garanzie igieniche. Basato sul sistema FIFO, permette infatti l’uscita delle bottiglie verso la riempitrice senza rischi di contaminazione, con un soggiorno minimo dei contenitori al proprio interno. Protetto da un carter che ne assicura la tenuta, utilizza tecnologie e materiali destinati alle sale bianche, fra cui superfici a tenuta, resistenti e lisce, facilmente lavabili. I materiali utilizzati non rilasciano particelle e sono stabili nel tempo. Il sistema garantisce anche il riciclo dell’aria e la permanenza di una pressione minima di almeno 20 PA; inoltre, una serie di filtri sono installati nei punti di aspirazione e rinvio. L’impianto è in grado di gestire bottiglie da 1, 1,5 e 0,5 litri, con una capacità di 2-3.000 bottiglie.

For its own bottling plant in Thailand, Perrier has chosen an empty bottle store produced by Netra Systems that offers superior guarantees of hygiene. Based on the FIFO system, it allows for the delivery of bottles to the filling machine without any risk of contamination, with the bottles remaining inside for as short a time as possible. Protected by a cover that guarantees tightness, it uses technologies and materials intended for clean rooms, such as water-tight, tough and smooth surfaces that are easily cleaned. The materials used release no particles and are stable over time. The system also guarantees air circulation and the permanence of a minimum pressure of at least 20 PA; moreover, a series of filters have been installed at the suction and return points. The system can manage 1, 1.5 and 0.5 litre bottles and hold 2-3,000 bottles at any one time.

Kongskilde ha messo a punto il sistema Multicutter che taglia e trasporta i residui di rifilatura sulle lunghe distanze. Il sistema gestisce la raccolta e il convogliamento sottovuoto dei residui della rifilatura all’unità Multicutter, che taglia le strisce in pezzetti, riducendone drasticamente il volume e i conseguenti costi di compattazione/magazzinaggio. Le unità Multiair, Multicutter e Multiseparator possono essere collocate in qualsiasi punto lungo la linea di convogliamento, senza generare problemi di installazione e integrazione. Capacità, flusso d’aria in entrata e di aspirazione sono dimensionati per poter trasportare i residui provenienti dalle più veloci rifilatrici dell’industria cartaria, della plastica e della stampa. Inoltre, il sistema della Kongskilde è in grado di prelevare residui da più punti e di convogliarli per centinaia di metri verso l’area di raccolta.
| | Multicutter for machining trim
Kongskilde has developed the Multicutter system that cuts and removes trim over long distances. The system manages the collection and vacuum conveyance of the trim to the Multicutter unit, which then cuts the strips into pieces, drastically cutting the volume and consequent compacting/storage costs. The Multiair, Multicutter and Multiseparator systems can be placed at any point along the conveyor line, without creating installation or integration problems. The capacity, intake and suction air flow can be adjusted to allow for the conveyance of trim coming from the fastest of trimming machines in the paper, plastic and printing industries. Moreover, Kongskilde’s system can pick up the trim at several points and then take it many hundreds of metres to the collection area.

Freesby è una tavola rotante per avvolgimento dei pallet con film estensibile, progettata e prodotta da Noxon seguendo criteri di praticità ed economicità. La tavola garantisce il sincronismo della velocità di rotazione con il movimento di salita e discesa del carrello (regolabile da pannello), nonché della velocità del piatto rotante, sia in fase di accelerazione che di decelerazione, per una sicura gestione dei carichi instabili. Inoltre, la macchina permette un notevole risparmio di film per ogni avvolgimento, con estensibilità fino al 250-300%. Freesby è disponibile in tre modelli differenziati per modalità di stiro del film, ma accomunati dalla praticità (sono trasportabili con muletto), facilità di regolazione, robustezza garantita ed estrema flessibilità (sono programmabili il numero di giri alla base e alla sommità del pallet, e della sovrapposizione delle spire). | | Wrapping pallet with strech film
Freesby is a turntable for wrapping pallets with stretch film, designed and produced by Noxon meeting criteria of practicality and low cost. The table guarantees timing of the rotation speed with the up/down movement of the carriage (adjusted from the control panel), as well as the speed of the turntable both during acceleration and deceleration for safe management of unstable loads. Moreover, the machine allows for significant savings in film with each wrapping cycle, stretching it by up to 250-300%. Freesby comes in three models that differ in terms of the film stretching method used, but all sharing the same practicality (they can be carried around on a forklift truck), easy adjustment, guaranteed strength and extreme flexibility (the number of rpm can be set at the base and top of the pallet and the overlapping of the spirals).
