Dal 1973 Giflor è attiva nel settore dello stampaggio delle materie plastiche, producendo imballaggi e articoli tecnici. Della linea cosmetica, si segnalano i tappi a funghetto flip top - con vaschetta salvagoccia e cerniera a molla che agevola l’apertura e chiusura con una sola mano - dotati di erogatore con diametro di 5 mm per i prodotti più cremosi, e i tappi conici flip top che, oltre alle stesse caratteristiche tecniche, presentano un design moderno e funzionale. La gamma produttiva comprende inoltre i tappi ad apertura child proof e sigillo di garanzia, con collo da 48 mm; i sottotappi erogatori per polveri con diametro da 15 mm; e i flip top con colli di diametro diverso, anche con foro chiuso e con erogatore a forma di flauto.

Giflor has been operating in the plastics moulding sector since 1973, producing packaging and industrial items. Its cosmetics line includes flip top mushroom caps - with a drip tray and spring-loaded hinge for easy opening and closing with just one hand - fitted with a 5 mm diameter dispenser for creamier products and tapered flip top caps that, in addition to the above characteristics, also have a modern and functional design. The product range also includes child-proof caps with tamper-evident seals and a neck measuring 48 mm; 15 mm diameter dispensing undercaps for powders; and flip tops with various neck diameters, also with a closed hole and flute-shaped dispenser.

Muller & Koster is a multinational with offices and factories in Italy and France that has specialised in the development and production of aromas destined for the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as raw materials - both natural and chemical - for selective and functional perfumery. With ISO 9002 certification, the firm has introduced organoleptic and gaschromotography controls for raw materials, end product analysis and all the procedures required by the relevant EEC, RIFR and IFRA standards, accompanying each product with a quality sheet. Moreover, Muller & Koster’s factories have 50 - 200 l distillers and 100 - 1,000 l reactors to control both large scale and short production run. Specializzata nella produzione di dispenser di varia tipologia, Calmar ha proposto Lokatop 23: un erogatore con chiusura del beccuccio in posizione alta, erogazione di 2,3 ml e un design particolare ed ergonomico. Può essere utilizzato per saponi liquidi, creme per le mani, lozioni per il corpo, creme liquide, saponi per l’igiene intima, lozioni per il viso, shampoo e dopo shampoo, gel e prodotti curativi per capelli. L’erogatore versatile P 1000 MD, personalizzabile nel colore e in diversi componenti, chiudibile con beccuccio alto ed eventuale cappuccio protettivo, è disponibile anche con un nuovo tipo di beccuccio posizionabile sia in basso sia in alto. Infine, un cenno all’erogatore D1T a flusso elevatissimo (da 10 a 30 cc) e alla pompa a flusso elevato Sprayette IV per tre possibili erogazioni (0,35 - 0,5 - 0,7 ml).

Specialised in the production of various types of dispenser, Calmar has proposed its Lokatop 23: a dispenser with closure of the spout when high, delivery of 2.3 ml and a special ergonomic design. It can be used for liquid soaps, hand creams, body lotions, cream fluids, vaginal douches, face lotions, shampoos and hair conditioners, gels and other hair care products. The versatile P 1000 MD dispenser, which can be personalised in color and choice of different components, closed with the spout in the top position and with the possibility of a safety cap, also comes with a new type of spout that can be positioned both high and low. Finally, the D1T high-flow dispenser (from 10 to 30 cc) and the high-flow Sprayette IV pump with three delivery options (0.35 - 0.5 - 0.7 ml) both deserve a special mention.

GFL è specializzata nella produzione di articoli di cortesia per alberghi, catene alberghiere e distributori. Dell’ampia gamma di prodotti (contenitori, bustine, astucci di plastica o di cartone per saponette e accessori vari), tutti personalizzabili, si segnalano i flaconi di PET da 20 ml con tappo cilindrico e a sfera per shampo-doccia, bagnoschiuma, docciaschiuma, o body lotion. Si tratta di flaconi trasparenti, decorabili con stampa serigrafica a uno o più colori, stampa a caldo o etichetta. Dello stesso materiale e indicati per prodotti analoghi, GFL produce anche flaconi da 30 ml, con tappo cilindrico o a sfera, così come da 35, 40 e 55 ml (questi ultimi tre, solo con tappo a sfera). La forma delle boccette varia per misure e forme (cilindrica, a goccia, sagomata, con spalla arrotondata, spalla scesa, ecc.).

GFL is a specialist in the production of courtesy items for hotels, hotel chains and distributors. Its ample range of products (containers, sachets, plastic cases and card boxes for soaps and various accessories), all of which can be personalised, includes the 20 ml PET flacons with cylindrical and round caps for shampoo/shower gels, bubble bath, or body lotion. These are transparent flacons that can be decorated with silk-screen printing in one or more colors, hot print and labels. Using the same material, GFL also produces 30, 35, 40 and 55 ml flacons for similar products, with cylindrical or round caps (the latter three sizes are only available with round tops). The shape of the bottle varies in shape and size (cylindrical, pearl-drop, shaped, with round or sloping shoulders, etc.).
| | 920 Lastra alveolare di polipropilene
Nata nel 1998, Plastecopack produce lastre alveolari di PP per varie applicazioni: cassette per l’ortofrutta e imballaggi per alimenti in genere (prodotti avicoli e caseari, carne, pesce), scatole americane, contenitori industriali, pallet, giroscatola, ecc. Le lastre sono personalizzabili, non temono l’umidità (sono stoccabili in celle frigorifere) e possono essere facilmente assemblate in loco.
Plastecopack dispone di quattro silos di stoccaggio granuli, linee di estrusione con taglio della lastra su misura, macchine per la sigillatura a caldo e fustellatura della lastra, formatrici di plateaux e imballi da fustellati a canna chiusa o aperta.
Con questi impianti, Plastecopack è in grado anche di realizzare l’estrusione di lastre con l’interno in materiale riciclato e lo strato esterno vergine.
| | Polypropylene honeycomb sheet
Set up in 1998, Plastecopack produces honeycomb sheets made from PP for various applications: trays for fresh produce and packaging for general food products (poultry, cheese, meat and fish), boxes, industrial containers, pallets, box borders, etc. The sheets can all be personalised, are resistant to humidity (they can be stacked in refrigerator cells) and can be easily assembled on site.
Plastecopack has four granule storage silos, extrusion lines with tailored sheet trimming, heatseal machines and sheet diecutting machines, machines for forming crates and packs from die-cuts with open or closed fluting. With these systems, Plastecopack can also extrude sheets with an internal layer of recycled materials and exterior made from virgin materials.
