Presto disponibile anche con protezione IP 54 a polvere ed acqua, Twin Line è configurabile su misura, con il motore più adatto alle diverse esigenze, ed è programmabile e messo in funzione in maniera semplice e rapida, con identiche operazioni per entrambi i tipi di motore. Fanno parte dell’apparecchio filtro di rete, dissipatori, sistema frenante “intelligente” e i vari moduli che definiscono le modalità operative (punto-a-punto, velocità, asse elettronico, vari tipi di collegamento bus...). Principali vantaggi: completezza di funzioni ed economicità di struttura, semplice gestione e ridotta manutenzione.

Twin Line is a step modular position controller devised by SIG Positec, that combines control functions, start-up and positioning in a single solution for all applications up to 8 kW. It will soon be available with IP 54 protection against dust and water. Twin Line can be configured to measure, its motor now being more suited to the different needs, it is programmable and operates simply and rapidly, with identical operations for both types of motor. Filter devices, dissipators, “intelligent” braking systems and the various modules that define its operative modes (point-to-point, speed, electronic axes, various types of bus connection...) are all part of the system. Main advantages: completeness of functions, economical structure, easy to manage and low maintenance requirements.

OMB ha presentato un’isola robotizzata per il riempimento dall’alto di casse americane, vassoi e display-box, caratterizzata dalla modularità della struttura portante - composta da blocchi longitudinali cavi di lega leggera - configurabile a piacere. I moduli cavi alloggiano tutti i componenti elettrici e pneumatici, evitando l’installazione di armadi aggiuntivi, riducendo gli ingombri e facilitando pulizia e sanitizzazione. Un robot pick&place di nuova concezione è collocato a due metri d’altezza, permettendo così il massimo sfruttamento dell’area. OMB propone inoltre una formatrice-chiuditrice modulare di casse americane, comandata da motori brushless, che effettua in elettronico il prelievo fustellati da magazzino, la formatura a trazione (positiva) e il trasporto alla stazione di nastratura. Velocità fino a 25 casse/min; cambio formato mediate volantini o da pannello operatore.

OMB presented a robotized island for the top loading of American boxes, trays and display boxes, featuring a loadbearing structure built on modular construction principles, made up of longitudinal hollow blocks of light alloy that can be configured as wished. The cable sections lodge all electrical and pneumatic components, avoiding the installation of additional cabinets and reducing and facilitating cleaning and sanitization operations. A new concept pick&place robot is situated at a height of two metres, thus allowing the maximum exploitation of the area. OMB also proposes a modular forming-closing machine for American case run on a brushless motor, that electronically picks up the blanks from storage as well as carrying out forming, (positive) traction and transportation to the taping station. Speed of up to 25 boxes/min; format change by fly-wheel or from control panel.

Akro Flex ha messo a punto Green Skin, un film estensibile prestirato accoppiato e macroforato che, in fase di utilizzo, assume una struttura reticolata a maglie molto ampie. Disponibile in diversi spessori, è la soluzione ideale per il confezionamento di prodotti ortofrutticoli o di merci molto umide, infatti facilita lo scambio d’aria con l’esterno ed evita fenomeni di condensazione, muffe, ossidazioni. La conformazione di Green Skin consente di effettuare diversi trattamenti anche dopo il confezionamento quali, ad esempio, umidificazione, idratazione, essiccazione, iperventilazione.
Nonostante venga prestirato durante la sua lavorazione, il film raggiunge livelli molto alti di allungamento, compattando in modo ottimale i carichi palettizzati. Green Skin, brevettato da Akro Flex, è atossico e riciclabile e se bruciato non genera gas nocivi.

Akro Flex has devised Green Skin, a prestretched macroholed laminated film that assumes a broadmeshed structure on use. Available in different thicknesses, it is the ideal solution for packing market garden produce or very damp goods, in fact it facilitates the exchange of air with the outside and avoids phenomenon such as condensation, mold or oxidation. Green Skin’s conformation enables one to carry out different processes even after the packing, such as for instance, humidification, hydration, drying and hyperventilation.
Despite the fact it is prestretched when used the film reaches very high levels of stretch, compacting the palletized loads in an optimum way. Green Skin, patented by Akro Flex, is non-toxic and recyclable and if burnt does not give off harmful gas.

Solianiemc di Como è un’impresa commerciale costituita da due divisioni, una dedicata ai prodotti per la schermatura e una alla distribuzione, in esclusiva in tutta Europa, di una vasta gamma di lubrificanti per uso professionale dell’americana SSP (grassi e composti siliconici). Fra i numerosi prodotti si segnala il grasso siliconico Heavy Duty SG 323, adatto a diverse applicazioni fra cui la lubrificazione di metalli, gomma, plastiche e materiali compositi. Il grasso siliconico aerosol SA 323, senza CFC, conforme alle norme FDA e quindi utilizzabile anche dalle industrie alimentari e farmaceutiche. L’SG 101 è invece progettato per applicazioni difficili, in ambienti a temperature molto alte, e che richiedono un contatto ottimale fra le superfici. Le sue applicazioni tipiche sono, tra l’altro, i nastri trasportatori, gli essiccatori e gli impianti a vapore.
| | Grease and silicon compounds
Solianiemc of Como is a commercial concern split into two divisions: one dedicated to screening products and the other to the exclusive distribution right across Europe of a broad range of lubricants for professional use produced by SSP of America (grease and silicon compounds). One of the many products on offer is the Heavy Duty SG 323 silicon grease, suitable for many different applications such as the lubrication of metals, rubber, plastics and compound materials. The SA 323 silicon grease aerosol, CFC-free, complies with FDA standards and is thus also suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Meanwhile, the SG 101 has been designed for difficult applications, at extremely high temperatures and where excellent contact between surfaces is required. Its typical applications are, among others, conveyor belts, dryers and steam plants.

Cryovac ha sviluppato un film termoretraibile “ultrasottile” (8 o 11 micron) denominato LD935, multistrato a base poliolefinica e reticolazione elettronica ottenuto con un processo di coestrusione brevettato. Il film non è corrosivo, evita la formazione di depositi di carbonio e non provoca esalazioni nocive. Queste caratteristiche, abbinate alla brillantezza e trasparenza, ne fanno una “seconda pelle” dalla superficie liscia, indicata per il confezionamento di prodotti leggeri o che non temono manipolazioni (software, audio/videocassette, articoli da ufficio e da disegno, ecc.); inoltre è indicato per l’affardellaggio di prodotti alimentari confezionati, di peso ridotto. LD935 presenta buona macchinabilità, saldature resistenti e può essere impiegato su macchine manuali, semiautomatiche o automatiche. È disponibile in versione a foglia singola o monopiega.
Cryovac ha messo a punto anche il D940 a termoretraibilità controllata, un coestruso multistrato a base poliolefinica e a reticolazione elettronica, di grande resistenza, trasparenza e lucentezza, con buona memoria elastica. È quindi ideale per articoli che, se confezionati con film ad elevata retraibilità, sono soggetti a deformazioni e rigonfiamenti. In più, il D940 ha eccellenti caratteristiche di flessibilità a freddo e resta facilmente pieghevole anche a temperature molto diverse, è trasparente e le saldature risultano resistenti e senza sbavature. È disponibile in spessori da 15 a 19 micron.
| | Heatshrink films
Cryovac has developed an “ultra-thin” heatshrink film (8 or 11 microns) called the LD935, a multilayer film on a polyolefin base and electronic reticulation obtained with a patented coextrusion process. The film is non corrosive, prevents the formation of carbon deposits and doesn’t cause harmful emissions. These characteristics, combined with its shine and transparency, make it a “second skin” with a smooth surface, ideal for packing lightweight products or those suitable for handling (software, audio/videocassettes, office and drawing equipment, etc.). It’s also suitable for bundling lightweight, pre-packed food products. LD935 offers good workability, strong seals and can be used on manual, semiautomatic and automatic machines alike. It comes in single sheet or single fold versions. Cryovac has also developed the D940 film with controlled heatshrinkability: this is a multilayer coextruded with a polyolefin base and electronic reticulation, offering great strength, transparency and shine and a good elastic memory. It’s therefore ideal for items that, if wrapped with high stretch films, may become deformed and swell. What’s more, the D940 has excellent cold flexibility and is easy to fold even at widely ranging temperatures, it’s transparent and it offers strong seals without snags. It comes in thicknesses of 15 to 19 microns.
