l La nuova versione dell’affermata confezionatrice VR-1 Mini Flow è stata progettata da RGD per risolvere i problemi di confezionamento della piccola e media industria. Fra le caratteristiche innovative: l’aumento della produzione oraria; il rinnovo, secondo nuovi standard hi-tech, dell’elettronica e la maggiore scorrevolezza e precisione dei gruppi saldanti, nonché il sistema a palettine che consente di inserire il variatore della lunghezza del sacchetto. VR-1 Mini Flow utilizza tutti i film termosaldanti adatti alle macchine flow pack orizzontali, come cellofan, polipropilene, carta, microforato accoppiato, alluminio, eccetera. La macchina carica bobine standard da 450 mm, con diametro esterno max di 350 mm e diametro interno di 60 mm. La velocità meccanica è variabile tramite potenziometro e raggiunge le 90 confezioni/min (a seconda del prodotto).

l The new version of the tried and tested packaging machine VR-1 Mini Flow has been designed by RGD to solve the packaging problems of small-and-medium companies. Machine’s new features: the increased hourly production rate, renewed electronics in line with the latest hi-tech standards and the smoother action and precision of the sealing groups, and the blade system which makes it possible to insert the bag length adjuster. VR-1 Mini Flow can work with all types of heatshrink film for horizontal flow pack machines like cellophane, polypropylene, paper, micro-pore laminates, aluminium, etc. The machine mounts standard 450 mm reels with a maximum external diameter of 350 mm and an internal diameter of 60 mm. A potentiometer means that the mechanical speed can be adjusted, guaranteeing an output of up to 90 packages/min (depending on product type).

l Tra le novità più significative di Wenglor Sensoric si trovano le barriere di sicurezza in classe di protezione II, con muting e blanking, i sensori a regolazione tramite tasto e i laser. Le barriere sono di ultima generazione, decisamente evolute e con un apprezzabile rapporto qualità-prezzo. I sensori, grazie al tasto di autoapprendimento, garantiscono la massima semplicità di utilizzo. Al lettore di tacca si affianca una barriera con catarifrangente e 4 m di campo e un M18 con soppressione del fondo e teach-in con portata massima di 120 mm unico nel suo genere. La già completa gamma laser viene arricchita da nuovi modelli sempre più dedicati a specifiche applicazioni.
| | Safety barriers and sensors
l Among the most important novelties presented by Wenglor Sensoric are the protection class II safety barriers with muting and blanking, key-adjusted sensors and lasers. The latest generation barriers are decidedly evolved and represent remarkably good value for money. The sensors, thanks to the self-learning key, guarantee maximum simplicity of use. The centring mark reader is flanked by a barrier with reflector and has a field of 4 m, plus an M18 with background suppression and teach-in having a maximum range of 120 mm, to make it one of its kind. The already complete range of lasers has been enhanced with new models that are increasingly dedicated to specific applications.

l TEC 6100 è il nome del rivoluzionario applicatore elettropneumatico della Power Adhesives (Emanuele Mascherpa in Italia) per colle hot melt in stick dal diametro di 43 mm. Migliorato nelle prestazioni, sostituisce il vecchio modello TEC 4000. La capacità di estrusione è di 4,1 kg/h, regolabile mediante la pressione dell’aria (da 2 a 8 bar max). Il rivestimento in PTFE interno e il materiale antiadesivo del pistone di spinta abbassano notevolmente i costi di manutenzione. La velocità di riscaldamento e la potenza sono date da una resistenza da 500 W e la temperatura è controllata da un termostato preregolato. TEC 6100 è dotato di un segnale sonoro di avviso per la ricarica della colla e di una lampadina che indica quando il termostato ha raggiunto la temperatura di utilizzo.
| | Electropneumatic glue gun
l TEC 6100 is the name of the revolutionary electropneumatic applicator from Power Adhesives for sticks of hot melt glue measuring 43 mm in diameter. Featuring improved performance, it replaces the former TEC 4000. The extrusion rate is 4.1 kg/h, adjustable by varying the pressure of the air (from 2 to max. 8 bar).
The internal PTFE lining and the non-stick material on the thrust piston cut servicing costs significantly. A 500 W resistor makes for fast heating and power, while an easily preset thermostat controls the temperature. The TEC 6100 is fitted with an acoustic signal that warns when the glue needs to be refilled and a light indicates when the thermostat has reached the working temperature.

l La nuova macchina avvolgitrice ad anello rotante modello AVR 400 di Pieri si distingue per alcune novità rivoluzionarie nel settore dell’avvolgimento automatico di carichi palettizzati. La solidità della struttura in acciaio a quattro montanti e la progettazione innovativa del sistema di rotazione dell’anello permettono di raggiungere elevate velocità di avvolgimento. Con la AVR 400 il limite dei 100 pallet all’ora viene ampiamente superato grazie anche al nuovo carrello di prestiro motorizzato, migliorato sia nel design che nelle prestazioni. La novità più rivoluzionaria introdotta da Pieri è costituita dal brevetto del nuovo “Gruppo Pinza Ecologica”, che consente la chiusura del ciclo di avvolgimento in maniera totalmente automatizzata, senza fare ricorso a dispositivi saldanti, con la massima garanzia di tenuta del lembo finale del film.
| | Rotating ring wrapping system
l The new Pieri AVR 400 model rotating ring pallet wrapping system stands out for a variety of new features, in their builder’s opinion bringing a mini-revolution to the sector of automatic wrapping systems for palletised loads. Thanks to the robust 4-column main steel frame and the innovative design of rotating ring system, high speeds can now be attained. The improved design and performance of its new pre-stretch film carriage enables the AVR 400 wrapping system to easily exceed speeds of 100 pallets per hour. However the most revolutionary innovation introduced by Pieri is its patented, ecological film cutting and sealing system. This feature permits a totally automatic wrapping cycle with the complete absence of any film-sealing mechanism, but with an absolute guarantee of a secure film tail inside the wrapping.

l Tradex propone 2000 EVP2000, un print apply che coniuga, in un’unica postazione di lavoro, la stampa ad alta risoluzione (300 dpi) su etichette autoadesive formato A5 e l’applicazione automatica sui due lati adiacenti del pallet. Inoltre, la macchina incorpora l’esclusiva funzione di verifica dei codici a barre stampati, con la ripetizione del ciclo in caso di mancata applicazione o non-leggibilità del codice a barre. Le prove sul campo hanno sicuramente arricchito il software di gestione dell’EVP2000, che include funzioni inedite per un impianto di etichettatura. Dagli archivi prodotti residenti sul sistema, al collegamento in rete del PC che gestisce l’impianto, fino alla comunicazione verso l’esterno attraverso schede di rete e porte seriali, EVP2000 è estremamente pratico ed affidabile.

l Tradex presents its EVP2000, a print apply that combines high resolution printing (300 dpi) on selfadhesive A5 format labels and automatic application on two adjacent sides of the pallet. Furthermore, the machine incorporates the exclusive function for checking printed barcodes with repetition of the cycle in the event of non application or non legibility of the barcode. The testing in the field has surely enriched the software for managing the EVP2000, that includes unique functions for a labeling system. From the products archives resident in the system to the network linking of the PC that runs the system, up to the external communication through network boards and serial ports, the EVP2000 is the very definition of experience and practicality.

l Presente da oltre 20 anni sul mercato delle macchine semiautomatiche e automatiche per il riempimento e la chiusura di tubetti flessibili di metallo, polietilene, polyfoil e laminati, TGM produce macchine per confezionare prodotti alimentari e non (siliconi, colle, pomate, creme, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, dentifrici, gel) e versioni speciali per mascara, cartucce, flaconi di alluminio, dispenser, siringhe. L’intubettatrice S400 è il modello più versatile della gamma TGM di intubettatrici, in grado di raggiungere una produttività di 4.200 pz/h (per i tubi di metallo) e di 3.000 pz/h (per i tubi di polietilene, polyfoil e laminati). Può lavorare con tubetti di altezza compresa fra 50 e 235 mm; e accettare diametri di 10-42 mm (nel caso di tubi di metallo) e di 10-50 mm (nel caso di tubi di plastica).
