L’unità MaxxD di FrymaKoruma (gruppo Romaco) può produrre emulsioni e sospensioni in un’ampia gamma di viscosità e trova applicazione nel settore alimentare (maionese, ketchup, salse) e cosmetico (lozioni, gel, creme).
Grazie al sistema multifunzione e multicamera, MaxxD è estremamente flessibile, basta selezionare la configurazione ottimale per ottenere il prodotto di cui si necessita, con una qualità costante per ogni lotto.
La dispersione delle materie prime, sia umide che secche, avviene con l’introduzione diretta nell’omogeneizzatore, che può essere cambiato in appena 20 minuti. La conformazione della zona di premiscelazione assicura che gli ingredienti siano miscelati immediatamente, persino prima di raggiungere la testa di omogeneizzazione, mentre l’agitatore è stato disegnato per ottenere il massimo movimento del prodotto in tutte le direzioni.

The MaxxD unit by FrymaKoruma (Romaco group) can produce emulsions and suspensions in a vast range of viscosities and finds applications in the food (mayonnaise, ketchup and sauces) and cosmetics (lotions, gels and creams) sectors.
Thanks to the multifunction, multichamber system, MaxxD is extremely flexible, can select the optimum configuration in order to obtain the product needed, with a quality that is constant for every batch. The dispersion of raw materials, both humid and dry, is by way of direct introduction into the homogenizer, that can be changed in just 20 minutes. The conformation of the premixing zone ensure that the ingredients are mixed immediately, even before reaching the homogenization head, while the agitator has been designed to obtain maximum movement of the product in all the directions.

Swirl della Tecnicoll è un monoblocco per il riempimento a caldo di prodotti cosmetici in grado di dosare contemporaneamente, mantenendoli separati tra loro, due o tre colori in flaconcini trasparenti o fondelli metallici. L’impostazione dei parametri di dosaggio (combinazione di due o tre colori) avviene tramite consolle a bordo macchina. Swirl, con funzioni gestite da PLC, è dotato di tavola rotante a 8 stazioni, è molto versatile e può dosare: da temperatura ambiente fino a 200 °C, con precisione +/- 1 °C; in vasetti/flaconi di diametro max di 67 mm e altezza max di 100 mm, con alimentazione di carico/scarico manuale (ideale per fondi tinta, mascara, lucida labbra, gel colorati); in fondelli metallici di diametro max di 67 mm, con alimentatore di carico a vibrazione e scarico automatico (ideale per fondi tinta solidi, lucida labbra, cere colorate). Il cambio di tipologia di contenitore o bottiglietta da riempire avviene in pochi minuti, con componenti di serie della macchina.

Swirl by Tecnicoll is a monobloc for the hot filling of cosmetic products that is also capable of dosing two or three colors in transparent bottles or metal bases at the same time while keeping them separate from each other. The setting of the dosing parameters (combinations of two or three colors) is by way of a consol on board machine. Swirl, with PLC run functions, has an 8 station turntable, is very versatile and can dose from ambient temperatures up to 200 °C with a precision of +/- 1 °C; in jars/bottles of a max diameter of 67 mm and a max height of 100 mm, with manual load/unload feed (ideal for foundation cream, mascara, lip varnish and colored gels). The change in type of container or bottle to be filled takes just a few minutes, involving standard machine components.

TGM Technomachine arricchisce la propria gamma di riempitirici-chiuditrici per tubetti con il nuovo modello S 420 Compact. La macchina realizza una produzione massima di 4.600 pz/h se si tratta di tubi di metallo, e di 3.600 pezzi/h nel caso di contenitori di PE, polifoil e laminati. Variabile anche la misura dei tubetti trattabili, a seconda del materiale utilizzato (10÷42 mm per il metallo, oppure 10÷60 mm per la plastica), mentre la lunghezza è in entrambi i casi compresa tra i 50 e i 236 mm. Tutte le macchine TGM, sia nelle versioni standard sia in quelle speciali, sono costruite secondo le più recenti direttive CEE per le industrie chimiche, farmaceutiche e omeopatiche, veterinarie, cosmetiche e alimentari.

TGM Technomachine has extended its range of fill&seal machines for tubes with its new model, the S 420 Compact. This machine is capable of max output speeds of 4,600 pcs/h in the case of metal tubes and 3,600 pcs/h for PE, polyfoil and laminated products. It can also deal with a wide range of tube sizes, depending on the material used (10÷42 mm for metal, or 10÷60 mm for plastic), while the length in both cases is between 50 and 236 mm. All TGM machines, whether standard or special versions, are built in accordance with the latest EEC directives for the chemical, pharmaceutical, homeopathy, veterinary, cosmetics and food industries.

Le nuove stampanti GLP per etichette della Bizerba possono essere impiegate nell’industria alimentare come in quella chimico/farmaceutica e della subfornitura, come stampanti di etichette identificative o come prezzatrici manuali in combinazione con ricettore di carico. Emblematico della flessibilità di progetto, il modello GLP 80/160 realizza, con stampa termica o a trasferimento termico, etichette da 56, 80, 104 o 160 mm di larghezza, a una velocità che raggiunge i 250 mm/s e con una risoluzione di 240x64 pixel.
Facili da programmare e da gestire, e predisposte per tutti i tipi di collegamento EDP/PC, queste macchine possono realizzare etichette di prezzatura a prezzo, valore e peso fisso, per peso variabile o eguagliate nel peso secondo l’ordinanza sul preconfezionamento.
Inoltre consentono di stampare etichette per logistica, dichiarative (EHI), decorative, per scatole, per pallet e di essere impiegate come stampanti stand alone o di rete.

Emblematic its project flexibility, with thermal printing or transfer printing the GLP 80/160 creates labels of a breadth of 56, 80, 104 or 160 mm, at speeds of up to 250 mm/s and with a resolution of 240x64 pixel. Easy to program and to handle, designed for all types of EDP/PC connections, these machines can create pricing labels at a set price, value and weight, or variable or equal weight according to prepacking instructions. As well as that they can print labels for logistics, declaration (EHI) and decorative labels, labels for cans, for pallets and be used as stand-alone or network linked printers.

Protector è un sistema di componenti e profilati d’alluminio progettato e prodotto da Porsa Italy per protezioni antinfortunistiche a bordo macchina e a pavimento. Tutti gli accessori che lo completano (cerniere, maniglie, cricchetti, guarnizioni, blocchetti, giunzioni, ecc.) sono a norma. In particolar modo le giunzioni, che costituiscono il fulcro del sistema, presentano spigoli arrotondati e sono composte da un’anima di pressofuso d’alluminio in lega UNI 5079, rivestita di materiale plastico. Questo conferisce resistenza alla corrosione e una rigidità e solidità superiori. Porsa ha inoltre messo a punto due serie di giunti specifici per profilati d’acciaio inox da 25x25 mm, con spessori di 1,2 o 1,5 mm, dedicati in particolare al settore alimentare e dell’imbottigliamento.
| | Components for safety barriers
Protector is a system of aluminium components and profiles designed and produced by Porsa Italy for onboard and stand-alone safety barriers. All accessories making up the system (hinges, handles, jacks, seals, blocks, joints, etc.) comply with the relevant norms.
The joints making up the heart of the system have rounded corners and consist of a UNI 5079 aluminium alloy die-cast core coated with plastic. This offers resistance to corrosion and superior stiffness and solidity.
Porsa has also developed two series of specific joints for stainless steel profiles measuring 25x25 mm, 1.2 or 1.5 mm thick, dedicated to the food and bottling sector in particular.

PG-Beta della New.Mec. è una piegatrice imbustatrice automatica, brevettata, per il confezionamento di maglieria, che garantisce un’alta precisione operativa, paragonabile a quella eseguita manualmente, con formati di piegatura variabili tramite semplici regolazioni.
Avvalendosi di un sistema esclusivo, PG-Beta realizza un’imbustatura precisa e aderente in buste preconfezionate di polietilene o polipropilene con patella. La macchina è controllata da un impianto elettrico con logica programmabile e visualizzatore messaggi, e offre la possibilità di eseguire il ciclo manuale o automatico con temporizzazione. Le dimensioni delle confezioni sono comprese tra 170x220 e 320x400 mm, per una produzione di 720 capi/ora.

PG-Beta by New.Mec. is a patented automatic folding and packaging machine for packing knittings that guarantees a high working precision, comparable to that by hand, with variable fold settings.
Using an exclusive system PG-Beta creates close adherent packaging in preconstructed polythene or polypropylene bags with flap.
The machine is controlled electronically with programmable logic and message display with the possibility of carrying out timed manual or automatic cycles. Pack sizes run between 170x220 and 320x400 mm, at an output of 720 items/hour.
