RIEMPIMENTO
Sono diverse le aziende che Finpac rappresenta, in esclusiva, in Italia.
Arcil (Francia) - Impegnata da anni nella fabbricazione di linee FFS dedicate all’alimentare (per prodotti quali yogurt, formaggio, dessert, acqua, bevande ecc.), nel 1988 Arcil ha lanciato con successo le prime linee ad alta velocità (che ora raggiungono velocità di 90.000 vasetti/h). Oggi Arcil non è solo un leader in questa tecnologia ma è anche il principale produttore mondiale di linee FFS. Di recente, ha sviluppato una nuova linea che produce vasetti tronco-conici di plastica, con decorazione integrata; ciò significa che partendo dal film steso è possibile ottenere vasetti tronco-conici (nella configurazione singola o a gruppi da 2, 4, 6, 8 o 10), riempirli, sigillarli e successivamente etichettarli… il tutto con un’unica linea.
Serac (Francia) - Costruttrice di sistemi di riempimento ponderale e volumetrico per prodotti liquidi, polveri e viscosi in contenitori di plastica, metallo e vetro, vanta il maggior numero di impianti asettici in funzione per il riempimento di latte, succhi di frutta, tè, salse ecc.
SIG Hamba (Germania) L’azienda tedesca offre macchine fill-seal rotative o lineari per prodotti freschi e sistemi asettici per prodotti a lunga conservazione in vasetti preformati di plastica o vetro.
Thimonnier (Francia) - Produce macchine per la fabbricazione e il riempimento di sacchetti flessibili tipo "Pillow pouch" e “Doypack” per prodotti liquidi o viscosi. È leader assoluto nella fabbricazione di macchine per il confezionamento e riempimento di sacche medicali.
DECORAZIONE
Nel campo della decorazione dei prodotti lattiero-caseari, Finpac offre i sistemi più innovativi.
Etichette termoretraibili (shrink sleeves) - Si tratta della soluzione più “elegante” per il prodotto che vuole farsi notare. Sleeve e sigilli termoretraibili: infinite soluzioni per la decorazione e la sicurezza dei prodotti. Sono disponibili anche macchine ad alta velocità per l’applicazione delle shrink. I materiali utilizzati sono PET, PVC e OPS, stampati in rotocalco fino a 9 colori.
Etichette Roll-Fed - Questo tipo di “decorazione” è la più conveniente per i grandi volumi: etichettatura da bobina per contenitori di plastica, vetro e metallo. La velocità di applicazione arriva a 50.000 bph. Si utilizza sia OPP sia PET. Anche in questo caso la tecnica di stampa è rotocalco fino a 9 colori. Naturalmente Finpac fornisce anche le relative macchine per l’applicazione delle etichette roll-fed.

FILLING
Finpac exclusively represents various foreign concerns in Italy.
Arcil (F) - Committed for years to the manufacture of FFS lines dedicated to foodstuffs (for products such as yoghurt, cheese, desserts, water, beverage, etc.) in 1988 Arcil successfully launched its first high speed line (that now achieve speeds of 90,000 cups/h). Today Arcil is not only a leader in this technology but is also the main world producer of FFS lines. Recently it has developed a new line that produces conic cups with integrated decoration; this means that starting from the plain film conic cups can be obtained (in the single or group configuration of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10), filled, sealed and after that labeled… all on the same line.
Serac (F) - Manufacturers of weighing and volumetric filling systems for liquid products, powders and viscous products in plastic, metal and glass containers, can boast the greatest number of aseptic systems operating for filling milk, fruit juices, tea, sauces etc.
SIG Hamba (D) - The German company offers rotary or linear fill seal machines for fresh products and aseptic systems for longlife products in preformed plastic or glass jars.
Thimonnier (F) - Produces machines for the manufacture and the filling of flexible “Pillow pouch” and “Doypack” type bags for liquid or viscous products. It is absolute leader in the manufacturing of machines for making and filling medical bags.
DECORATION
In the field of decoration of dairy products, Finpac offers the most innovatory systems.
Shrink sleeves - This is the most elegant solution for the product that wishes to make itself known. Shrink sleeves and tamper evidents: infinite solutions for product decoration and safety. High speed machines also available for shrink application. The materials used are PET, PVC and OPS, printed in rotogravure in up to 9 colors.
Roll-fed labels - This type of “decoration” is the most convenient for large volumes: roll-fed labels for plastic, glass and metal containers. Application speed up to 50,000 bph. Both PET and OPP used. Here too rotogravure printing up to 9 colors. Naturally Finpac also provides the relative machines for the application of roll-fed labels.
