CO.PACK si è presentata al Cosmoprof con una rinnovata gamma di macchine.
La macchina rotativa per il confezionamento degli smalti Rotopack 30Eex ha i principali automatismi di tipo meccanico e prevedono: l’inserimento di una o due biglie nelle boccette, riempimento volumetrico e a livello, inserimento del pennello e del tappo, avvitatura con controllo di coppia. Può controllare inoltre la presenza di: biglie, setole sul pennello, pennello nella boccetta ecc. Realizzata con apparecchiature antideflagranti, Rotopack 30Eex ha una velocità di 3.200-3.600 pz/h. Altra novità è la Rotopack 35 Mascara, caratterizzata da elevata produzione (2.400–2.700 pz/h), grande versatilità e velocità nel cambio formato. La macchina, con le parti più importanti in acciaio Inox Aisi 304, comprende: gruppo di dosaggio, inserzione automatica del raschiatore e avvitatore tappi con controllo elettronico della coppia di serraggio.

CO.PACK was present at Cosmoprof with a renewed range of machines. The Rotopack 30Eex rotary machine for packing nail varnish has mechanical devices and provides for: the insertion of one or two marbles in the bottles, volumetric and level filling, insertion of brush and cap, screw closing with control of torque. It can also check the presence of the marbles, hairs on the brush, brush in the bottle etc. Made in antideflagrating material, Rotopack 30Eex has a speed of 3,200-3,600 pcs/h. Another new feature is the Rotopack 35 Mascara, featuring high production (2,400-2,700 pcs/h), great versatility and speed in format change. The machine, with all its most important parts in Aisi 304 stainless steel, includes: dosing units, automatic insertion of the scraper and screwing of top with electronic control of the closing torque.

Diverse le novità della Tria di Cologno Monzese nell’ambito delle tecniche di riciclo. La serie di granulatori BLM, dedicata alla tecnologia del soffiaggio, comprende cinque versioni, dopo l’aggiunta del nuovo modello 50-40. Questo granulatore ha un profilo del taglio molto tangenziale: infatti il taglio a forbice delle lame rispetto alle controlame, realizzato con due inclinazioni, permette una presa rapida e assicura un’azione di taglio e non di rottura degli scarti, con un minore assorbimento di energia e limitata produzione di polvere e rumore.
Nuovo anche il granulatore senza lama Scutter, di produzione giapponese. Il modello SA23 ha un funzionamento del rotore a fresa con aspi rotanti.
Per il settore dell’iniezione, inoltre, Tria distribuisce in esclusiva in Italia i granulatori Getecha, indicati per polimeri addittivati con fibra di vetro.
| | Granulators
Tria of Cologno Monzese offers many novelties in the field of recycling techniques. The BLM series of granulators, dedicated to blowing technology, now consists of five versions with the addition of the latest model, the 50-40. This granulator has a highly tangential cutter profile: in fact, the scissors cutting movement of the blade against the counter-blade, at two different inclinations, allows for fast grip and guarantees perfect trimming without the risk of tears or breakage, using less energy and cutting the production of dust and noise.
The Scutter bladeless granulator of Japan is also new. The SA23 model features a milling rotor with rotating wheels.
What’s more, Tria is also the exclusive distributor in Italy of the Getecha granulators for the injection sector, ideal for fibreglass polymers.
| | 733 Pesatrici multitesta
Woodman, noto costruttore statunitense di pesatrici e insacchettatrici per l’industria alimentare e degli snack, rappresentato in Italia dalla Panbro di Guanzate (CO), ha recentemente introdotto la nuova famiglia di pesatrici multitesta Spectra e l’ultima versione dei sistemi form-fill-seal verticali ad alta velocità Quasar.
Le pesatrici Spectra, a 8, 12 o 16 teste, sono semplici da gestire, grazie all’interfaccia PC basata su Windows, e facilmente sanitizzabili grazie alla superficie delle tramogge, realizzate in materiale termoplastico non abrasivo stampato a iniezione. Le Spectra effettuano fino a 150 pesate/min e possono memorizzare fino a 100 programmi.
La gamma di formatrici di sacchetti, invece, si è arricchita della versione Quasar a moto intermittente o continuo, capace di realizzare fino a 150 sacchetti/min con una larghezza massima del sacchetto di 300 mm.
| | Multihead weighing machines
Woodman, a renowned American producer of weighing machines and bag-packing machines for the food and snack industry and represented in Italy by Panbro of Guanzate (Como), has recently introduced a new family of multihead weighing machines - the Spectra - and the latest version of its Quasar high-speed vertical form-fill-seal systems. Spectra weighing machines, with 8, 12 or 16 heads, are simple to manage thanks to Woodman’s Windows based PC compatible control system and are easy to clean thanks to the non-abrasive surfaces of the injection-moulded thermoplastic hoppers. The Spectra machines offer up to 150 weighing operations/min. and can store up to 100 programs. The range of bag makers, on the other hand, has been extended with the jogging/continuous motor version of the Quasar, capable of producing up to 150 bags/min with a max bag width of 300 mm.
| | 734 Motori passo-passo e brushless
La API Gettys ha introdotto una nuova gamma di motori passo-passo e brushless, abbinata ad una elettronica digitale e/o intelligente della API Controls. I nuovi motori Turbo Stepper e Brushless sono disponibili in tre taglie con coppie da 0.17 a 8.5 Nm per i motori passo–passo e da 0,22 a 0,55 Nm per i motori brushless. Sono caratterizzati da: coppie elevate in dimensioni contenute rispetto ai classici motori, utilizzo di magneti a terre rare e certificazione UL e CE.
Gli azionamenti sono ideali per applicazioni singole (con memoria interna programmabile), o multiasse (sino ad un massimo di 32 schede, collegate in seriale con un singolo PC). Grazie a questo metodo si può far partire e fermare più assi contemporaneamente cambiandone anche la velocità.
I motori API Gettys e l’elettronica API Controls sono commercializzati da Deltaomega, divisione DPI 1 (Divisione prodotti industriali).
| | Stepping and brushless motors
API Gettys has introduced a new range of stepping and brushless motors, along with digital and/or smart electronics from API Controls. The new Turbo Stepper and Brushless motors come in three sizes with torque of from 0.17 to 8.5 Nm for the stepping motors and from 0.22 to 0.55 Nm for the brushless motors. These motors feature: high torque rates in compact sizes compared to classic motors, the use of rare earth magnets and UL and CE certification.
The drives are ideal for single applications (with an incorporated programmable memory) or multiple-axis applications (up to max 32 boards with serial connection to a single PC). Thanks to this method, several axes can be started up and stopped at the same time, also changing their speeds as required.
API Gettys motors and API Controls electronics are sold in Italy by the DPI 1 division of Deltaomega (Industrial Products Division).
