Nespak ha lanciato la linea Maxipack di cestelle per frutta e verdura, da chiudere con coperchio o retina, dotate, se necessario, di un efficace sistema di ventilazione salvafreschezza. Concepite per agevolare la logistica, le cestelle Maxipack sono facilmente stoccabili e disimpilabili, permettono di presentare con efficacia i prodotti e sono personalizzabili. Nespak ha inoltre realizzato un alveolato denominato Nestipak Plus, per l’esposizione di frutta e verdura su piani inclinati senza rischi di caduta del prodotto, anche dopo aver prelevato i primi pezzi. Caratteristiche tecniche: elevata resistenza meccanica che permette il confezionamento automatico; compatibilità con le misure delle casse da trasporto; nuova geometria più avvolgente e protettiva; perforazioni per ventilare il prodotto, e sovrapponibilità.
|  | Baskets and honeycomb packs for fresh produce
Nespak has launched its Maxipack line of baskets for fruit and vegetables, sealable with either a lid or netting and fitted with an effective ventilation system to keep the product fresh where required. Conceived to make logistics easier, the Maxipack baskets are easy to stack and extract, let one display the products effectively and can be personalised. Nespak has also produced a special honeycomb pack called Nestipak Plus for the display of fruit and vegetables on tilted surfaces without the risk of the product falling, even once the first items have been removed. Technical details: excellent mechanical strength allowing for automatic packing; compatibility with shipping crate dimensions; new geometry for better encircling protection; perforations for ventilation of the product and stackability.

Dopo la versione atmosferica, Valois ha realizzato la pompa “évolutíon” nella nuova versione airless (da aggraffare o a clic); évolutíon è una pompa cosmetica caratterizzata da una nuova estetica, dolcezza di funzionamento e da un meccanismo autonomo della pompa indipendente dai vari modelli. È indicata per creme “difficili” e di formulazione complessa che fino ad ora erano destinate ad essere confezionate in tubi o vasetti. È stata infatti omologata per prodotti cosmetici con viscosità da 40 a 30.000 cps nel caso della versione atmosferica e da 40 a 80.000 cps per la versione airless. L’estetica colpisce per la forma arrotondata e l’aspetto satinato, ma anche per il suo ingombro ridotto, è infatti più bassa, sia all’interno che all’esterno, delle pompe attualmente sul mercato di dose comparabile.
La forma dei differenti modelli permette il montaggio di un cappuccio o di una clip di sicurezza.
| | Cosmetics pump
After its atmospheric version, Valois now also produces its “évolutíon” pump in a new airless version (clinched or snap-on). The évolutíon is a new look cosmetics pump with gentle operation, an autonomous mechanism in the independent pump and comes in various models. Recommended for “difficult” creams and those with complex formulations that, until now, could only be packed in tubes and jars. In fact, this pump has been approved for use with cosmetic products with viscosity of 40-30,000 cps in the atmospheric version and 40-80,000 cps in the airless version. The pump is striking thanks to its round shape and glazed look, but also for its compact size as it’s lower both inside and out than the pumps offering the same dose currently on the market.
The shape of the different models allows for the assembly of a cover and a safety clip.

La società olandese NNZ Industriële Verpakkingen realizza dal 1922 imballaggi per alimenti, prodotti agricoli e industriali, offrendo numerose soluzioni di packaging: sacchi, rete tubolare, buste di plastica o scatole, utilizzando diversi materiali come ad esempio juta, cotone, PP o PE, carta o legno.
Tra le realizzazioni più recenti troviamo Carry-Fresh, una nuova rete per imballaggio in piccole confezioni (form-fill-seal) che ha vinto l’Oscar dell’imballaggio in Olanda (Noce d’Oro). Carry-Fresh - commercializzato in Italia da NNZ Imballaggi Industriali - viene fornito in bobine di polietilene della lunghezza massima di 8.500 m e di altezza standard per confezioni da 250 g a 5 kg. Si può scegliere tra diversi colori: bianco/trasparente, giallo, miele, mandarino, rosso, violetto, blu, verde, beige e marrone.

The Dutch firm, NNZ Industriële Verpakkingen, has produced packaging for food, agricultural and industrial products since 1922, offering a large number of packaging solutions: bags, tubular nets, plastic bags or boxes, using a wide range of materials, such as jute, cotton, PP or PE, paper or timber.
One of its more recent products is the Carry-Fresh, a new type of net for single/small portion packs (form-fill-seal) that won the Dutch Packaging Oscars (Golden Nut). Carry-Fresh - sold in Italy by NNZ Imballaggi Industriali - is supplied in spools of polyethylene, max 8,500 m long, standard widths, for packs from 250 g to 5 kg. Several colours are available: white/transparent, yellow, honey, tangerine orange, red, violet, blue, green, beige and brown.

Ghelfi Ondulati, di Buglio in Monte (SO), ha prodotto un nuovo plateau di cartone rinforzato denominato No-Crash, che associa a un vassoio tradizionale una coppia di rinforzi angolari di testata. Il sistema garantisce così elevata resistenza a costi contenuti e risolve il problema dello schiacciamento dei vassoi sui bancali a perdere. L’inserimento dei rinforzi è effettuato automaticamente. Ghelfi produce anche Milla, un vassoio espositore a geometria ottagonale che assicura una maggiore visibilità e circolazione dell’aria fra le confezioni palettizzate, con un conseguente minor shock termico durante la refrigerazione. Milla è costituito da un sistema completo vassoio-formatrice automatica, che può essere ampliato con dispositivi per il riempimento, filmatura o retinatura, pesatura, prezzatura e palettizzazione.

Ghelfi Ondulati of Buglio in Monte (Sondrio) has developed a new crate made from reinforced cardboard - the No-Crash - that associates a conventional tray with a pair of corner reinforcements. This system guarantees high strength at low cost and resolves the problem of the trays being crushed on non-returnable pallets. The reinforced corners are automatically inserted. Ghelfi also produces the Milla, an octagonal display tray that guarantees maximum visibility and air circulation between the palletised packs, resulting in less thermal shock during refrigeration. The Milla consists of a complete tray/automatic forming system that can be extended with filling, wraparound or netting, weighting, pricing and palletising devices.

Maplast produce contenitori e chiusure di materia plastica per l’industria cosmetica. La stretta collaborazione con il proprio ufficio di design ha permesso la realizzazione di una gamma di contenitori eleganti e innovativi, dai rivestimenti intercambiabili. Fra i flaconi, Duo è composto di due corpi separati, per il confezionamento di prodotti incompatibili. Duo può essere dotato di doppio erogatore e conserva inalterato il contenuto sino all’ultima erogazione. Maplast ha messo a punto anche un flacone unico per liquidi e polveri da miscelare all’atto dell’uso, che contiene due flaconi separati ermeticamente, rispettivamente destinati a contenere i principi attivi in polvere e la soluzione di base. Al momento dell’uso viene premuto un pulsante che provoca la miscelazione dei due componenti; l’erogazione avviene tramite pompa e/o altri sistemi tradizionali.
| | Plastic containers and closures
Maplast produces plastic containers and closures for the cosmetics industry. Close cooperation with its own design office has resulted in the creation of a range of elegant and innovative containers with interchangeable features. Of the flacons, the Duo has two separate bodies so that two incompatible products can be packed together. The Duo can also be fitted with a double dispenser and keeps the contents unaltered until completely used up. Maplast has also refined the design of a single flacon for liquids and powders that need to be mixed just before using. This contains two separate, hermetically sealed flacons, one to contain the powdered active ingredients and the other the basic solution. To use the product, the consumer presses a button which mixes the two components; the resulting product is then delivered using a pump and/or other conventional systems.
