Igus fornisce un sistema completo di trasporto energia e trasmissione dati, che comprende la fase di progettazione, l’individuazione della soluzione ottimale e arriva alla fornitura di catene portacavi, cavi e tubi per posa mobile. Igus offre anche il sistema preassemblato, costituito dalla catena portacavi montata, munita degli opportuni separatori e sistemi di fissaggio, con cavi e tubi posati e ancorati, ed eventualmente completa di connettori e sistemi di trascinamento. Il cliente si rivolge così a un solo fornitore, e riceve in un’unica consegna la catena pronta per l’installazione.

Cable- bearing chains, cables and tubes
Igus Srl is the Italian trade branch of Igus GmbH, company specialised in the production of systems for cable-bearing chains for mobile laying. Igus supplies a complete system of energy transport and data transmission. The service goes from the design phase to the location of the optimum solution, up to the supply of the assembled cable-bearing chain, supplied with special separators and fixing systems, with cables and tubes laid and anchored, if required fitted with connectors and draw systems.
The customer hence has dealings with one sole supplier and receives the chain ready for installation in one single delivery.

Proposti da REA nelle serie Junior M, Junior T, Super, Special 2, Maxi 3 e Maxi 4, i generatori elettronici di vapore saturo della linea Saturno sono la risposta ecologica alla sfida del grasso e dell’unto più persistenti.
L’impiego del vapore saturo a 180- 200° con pressione di 8- 10 bar, abbinato a detergenti biodegradabili, permette infatti di pulire e sgrassare qualsiasi tipo di superficie o macchina, consentendo inoltre di effettuare trattamenti di passivazione di lamiere e impianti (prima della verniciatura) e fosfatazione dopo decapaggio.
L’ufficio tecnico di REA è a disposizione per effettuare studi specifici per la realizzazione di impianti automatici o semiautomatici di lavaggio su nastri, giostre e tunnel, anche con dimostrazioni pratiche gratuite in tutta Europa.

Steam generator for cleaning
Proposed by REA in the Junior M, Junior T, Super, Special 2, Maxi 3 and Maxi 4 series, the Saturno series line of saturate vapor electronic generators are the ecological response to the challenge of the most persistent grease and fat. The use of saturate steam at 180- 200° with pressure at 8- 10 bar, combined with biodegradable detergents, in fact allow one to clean and degrease any type of surface or machine, and to also carry out passivisation of sheet metal and systems (prior to lacquering) and phosphatization after cleaning.
The REA technical office is available to carry out specific studies for the creation of automatic or semiautomatic systems on belts, turntables and tunnels, also with free practical demonstrations throughout Europe.

Nicotra Meccanica SpA distribuisce in esclusiva per l’Italia gli attrezzi “a ginocchiera” AMF, ideali per svariate applicazioni nell’industria meccanica e della lavorazione del legno e della plastica. La linea comprende attrezzi a ginocchiera verticali, orizzontali, ad asta di spinta e di chiusura, che si contraddistinguono per le leve di sicurezza di acciaio inox (che garantisce il bloccaggio dell’attrezzo sia chiuso che aperto), le impugnature ergonomiche, l’affidabilità e la lunga durata, ma anche per la disponibilità di una vasta gamma di strumenti utili per molteplici lavorazioni manuali e pneumatiche. Nicotra Meccanica SpA exclusively distributes AMF “knuckle-joint” equipment throughout Italy, ideal for various applications in the engineering industry, for working wood and plastic.
The line includes vertical, horizontal knuckle-joint equipment, with thrust and closure shaft, that stand out for their stainless steel safety levers (that ensure the locking of the piece of equipment both open and closed), the ergonomic handgrips, reliability and long lifespan, but also the availability of a vast range of tools helpful for many manual and pneumatic operations.
Each tool is finely finished: stainless steel rivets, tempered steel ferrules, gaskets treated with special grease in the assembly phase, tempered fixing screws with oil resistant rubber tips.
