CFM SpA (Zocca, MO), presente in Italia e in oltre 50 paesi al mondo, ha messo a punto la nuova serie 08 di aspiratori industriali trifase.
L’accuratezza del design conferisce robustezza alla linea, così come i materiali utilizzati contribuiscono ad aumentarne resistenza e durata nel tempo. Progettata specificamente per essere in linea con le nuove esigenze delle classi L, M, H, la nuova serie è stata realizzata impiegando solo di materiali di prima qualità. Supportata da una vasta gamma di sistemi opzionali di sicurezza e di insaccaggio, rappresenta una soluzione valida e “personalizzata” per lo sviluppo delle aziende.
Threephase industrial vacuum cleaners
CFM SpA (Zocca, MO), present in Italy and in over 50 countries the world over, has devised its new series of 08 threephase industrial vacuum cleaners.
Their skilful design makes the line robust, and the materials used contribute to increasing sturdiness and duration in time.
Designed specifically to be in line with the new L, M, H class demands the new series has been made using only prime quality materials. With a vast range of safety and bagging systems, the new device represents a valid and “customised” solution for company growth.
Estrusori per hot melt
Coatem produce, dal 1981, impianti di fusione per incollaggio con colle a caldo e a estrusione, per tutti i settori produttivi ove sia possibile utilizzare queste applicazioni. L’obiettivo dell’azienda di Corsico (MI) è quello di realizzare macchine all’avanguardia tecnologica e al passo con i progressi qualitativi di ogni settore; l’offerta si contraddistingue per la capacità di semplificare un ciclo produttivo rendendolo economicamente vantaggioso per i clienti. Gll estrusori della famiglia CE Syncro 200, in particolare, sono la risposta ai problemi che normalmente si verificano lavorando con hot melt a base poliestere, poliammide e polipropilene. Grazie alla facilità d’uso e alla loro manutenzione ridotta consentono di diminuire i fermi macchina derivanti dalla carbonizzazione dei prodotti usati. CE Syncro 200 ha una capacità di fusione pari a 200 kg/h e si distingue per le sei zone riscaldate e i ventilatori.

The extruders of the CE Synchro 200 family, in particular, are the response to problems that normally arise working with polyester, polyamide and polypropylene based hot melts. Thanks to their ease of use and their limited maintenance they enable the reduction of machine stops caused by the carbonization of the products used. CE Syncro 200 has a melt capacity standing at 200 kg/h and stands out for its six heated areas and ventilators.

L’azienda di Cassina Nuova di Bollate (MI) esegue infatti fustellature da 35x50 a 102x142 e incollature da 50 a 1250 mm, oltre a finestrature da 100 a 1050 mm. Le produzioni comprendono strutture esagonali e coniche, nonché a 2, 4 e 6 angoli, cartelli espositori rinforzati, buste a soffietto, per dischi e CD, con doppio fondo automatico. Notevole il parco macchine: autoplatine Bobst SP 142 ER e 1260 E; Bobst Easy Press; piegaincolla Bobst Alpina 75 A2; inscatolatrice Bobst Cartonpack; piegaincolla Grassi 1250 Matic, Studio 110, 90 6A e 90 4A; finestratrici Kohmann F 105 Matic e V 80 PS.
Paper&cardboard converting
FustelPrinz Cartotecnica Srl makes paper, solid board and microcorrugate, PPL, PET, PVC, cork and Laminil packaging for a whole range of product sectors. The company, based at Cassina Nuova di Bollate (MI) in fact carries out diecutting from 35x50 and 102x142 and gluing from 50 to 1250 mm, as well as window cutting from 100 to 1050 mm.
Their output includes hexagonal and conical shaped as well as 2, 4, 6 cornered structures, reinforced display signs, gusseted bags, bags for records and CDs with automatical double bottom. They have a considerable machine yard: Bobst SP 142 ER and 1260 E autoplatens; Bobst Easy Press; Bobst Alpina 75 A2 glue&fold; Bobst Cartonpack boxing machine; Grassi 1250 Matic glue&fold, Studio 110, 90 6A and 90 4A; Kohmann F 105 Matic and V 80 PS window cutting machines.
