Nata nel ‘92, Foreco si è specializzata nella produzione di adesivi per il metal packaging, puntando sin dagli inizi sull’innovazione e sulla qualità. La gamma produttiva comprende le linee: Foreseal Can (adesivi utilizzati nella produzione di latte e fusti di metallo per il confezionamento e la conservazione di alimenti, prodotti generici e bevande), Foreseal Cap (adesivi impiegati nei tappi a corona per bevande, sia di alluminio che di plastica, anche di grandi dimensioni) Foremelt (hot-melt per tappi rotondi e coperchi di fusti o secchi in grado di garantire igiene, sicurezza ed ermeticità) Foreseal PVC (adesivi di PVC per specifiche produzione di tappi). Accanto a questa serie di prodotti Foreco sta introducendo sul mercato una nuova linea di inchiostri e vernici per il packaging.

Set up in ‘92, Foreco has specialised in the production of adhesives for metal packaging, concentrating right from the start on innovation and quality. The product range includes the following lines: Foreseal Can (adhesives used in the production of metal cans and tins for packing and preserving food, generic products and drinks), Foreseal Cap (adhesives used for crown caps for drinks, both in aluminium and plastic, even in large sizes), Foremelt (hot-melt for round caps and covers for bins or buckets to guarantee hygiene, safety and tightness) and Foreseal PVC (PVC adhesives for specific cap production). Alongside these series of products, Foreco is also introducing a new line of inks and paints for packaging on the market.

Termografica ha sviluppato una grande esperienza nel settore della progettazione grafica, stampa, fustellatura, confezionamento in blister, blister ad alta frequenza, termoformati e flow pack. Il ciclo di lavoro, completamente svolto all’interno, comprende la selezione della materia prima e la stampa e parte dalla progettazione grafica del prodotto. Il reparto cartotecnico, attrezzato di fustellatrici automatiche Bobst e piegaincolla, crea i fustellati piani e poi gli astucci (o gli altri prodotti richiesti) di cartoncino teso o microonda o di PVC stampato, che poi passano al reparto confezione. L’azienda dispone anche di un’ampia area dedicata alla produzione di termoformati di qualsiasi forma e dimensione, per ogni esigenza.
| | Blister packs and cartons
Termografica has built up great experience in the sector of graphic design, printing, die-cutting and packing in blister packs, high-frequency blister packs, thermoformed items and flow packs. The work cycle is 100% in-house and covers all stages, from selection of the raw materials to printing, starting from the graphic design of the product. The paper conversion department is equipped with automatic Bobst diecutters and folder&gluers, creates flat blanks and then the cartons (or other products required) from flat or microwave card or press-moulded PVC, which it then sends to the packing department. The company also has a large area dedicated to the production of thermoformed items of all shapes and sizes to meet all needs.

Da oltre 30 anni Rodan produce termoformati di qualità, supportata da un ufficio dedicato allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e soluzioni tecniche ed è in grado di realizzare modelli e campioni ad hoc. Utilizzando ABS, PST, PVC e PETG, l’azienda produce espositori, interni scatola, contenitori e blister e diverse linee di astucci e valigette. Il parco macchine comprende 2 termoformatrici per materiale in lastre da 1.000x1.500 e 1.200x1.600 mm, 1 centro di taglio a controllo numerico computerizzato, 1 termoformatrice vuoto pressione formato 500x700 mm, 2 termoformatrici formato 640x730 mm per la produzione di grandi, medie e piccole serie con materiali in bobina di spessore massimo 2 mm. Rodan produce anche cartelle campionario di cartone rivestito o PVC elettrosaldato, raccoglitori e soluzioni speciali per la presentazione di piastrelle.
| | Thermoformed containers and display stands
Rodan has produced quality thermoformed products for more than 30 years, with an office dedicated to the development of new products and technical solutions, and produces mock-ups and samples ad hoc. Using ABS, PST, PVC and PETG, the company produces display stands, box inserts, containers and blister packs, plus several lines of cases and boxes. It has various installed machines, including 2 thermoforming machines for products made from sheet material (size 1,000x1,500 and 1,200x1,600 mm), 1 CNC cutting centre, 1 vacuum pressure thermoforming machine (size 500x700 mm), 2 thermoformers (size 640x730 mm) for the production of large, medium and small series with spooled material and 2 mm max thickness. Rodan also produces sample sheets of coated cardboard or electrosealed PVC, ring files and special solutions for the presentation of paving tiles.

I cuscini ad aria ACT 3000, realizzati da Pactiv e commercializzati da OPI, sono stati progettati per proteggere dagli urti prodotti imballati in scatole. Il loro formato può variare da 100x200 a 990x200 mm, così come gli spesori del polietilene (LDPE da 62, 70 e 90 micron), permettendo all’utilizzatore di adattare di volta in volta le prestazioni dell’ACT 3000 (comprese le proprietà antielettrostatiche) in funzione delle esigenze del momento. I cuscini vengono realizzati da una macchina compatta, leggera e facile da instalare, che partendo da bobina produce, in continuo o a richiesta, fino a 3.000 pezzi all’ora ed è ceduta all’utilizzatore in leasing. Il sistema vanta un’economicità complessiva che si traduce in risparmi di magazzinaggio, costo, trasporto, energia e lavoro.
| | Impact absorbing air bags
The ACT 3000 air bags produced by Pactiv and sold by OPI have been designed to protect products packed in boxes against impact. They range in size from 100x200 to 990x200 mm and the thickness of the polyethylene used also varies (LDPE - 62, 70 and 90 microns), letting the user adapt the performance (including anti-static properties) of the ACT 3000 each time to suit the needs of the moment. The bags are made by a compact, lightweight and easily installed machine, that starts with a reel to produce up to 3,000 bags an hour, with continuous operation or to order, and is leased to the user. This system offers the advantage of overall economy in terms of savings in storage, cost, transport, energy and labour.

Faros produce una gamma di imballi di protezione, realizzati in polietilene espanso, che comprende materiale laminato e stratificato, compatto, estruso in profili o in foglia, reticolato e non, film a bolle d’aria e agglomerato di prodotto riciclato. L’azienda, inoltre, sviluppa e produce packaging di presentazione con i materiali più disparati (legno, plastica, gomma, alluminio, metallo, lastre acriliche, vetro, ecc.), eseguendo diversi tipi di lavorazione: tranciatura, fustellatua, serigrafia, stampaggio di materie plastiche, tampografia, incisione, punzonatura, taglio computerizzato e taglio a getto d’aria. Faros opera nelle due sedi di San Giuliano Milanese e di Gordona (SO).

Faros produces a range of protection packaging made from foamed polyethylene, including laminate and layered material, compact, profile or sheet-extruded material, reticulated or otherwise, bubble-wrap film and agglomerate made from recycled product. The company also develops and produces packaging for presentation using all descriptions of material (wood, plastic, rubber, aluminium, metal, acrylic sheet, glass, etc.), carrying out various types of processing: shearing, die-cutting, silk-screen printing, plastic moulding, ink-ball printing, engraving, punching, computerised cutting and air-jet cutting. Faros operates from two sites, one in San Giuliano Milanese and the other in Gordona (Sondrio).

Con sede a Barzago (LC), Praim produce articoli per l’imballaggio. La sua gamma comprende varie linee di reggette di metallo, bancali, sigilli (overlap, aperti e di sicurezza, di PP e di PET), reggiatrici, carrelli portareggetta e altri complementi di imballaggio fra cui angolari di plastica, nastri adesivi e biadesivi, reggette di plastica, dentate, forate. In particolare, le reggette di metallo si differenziano per misure, resistenza, lunghezza, ecc. e per materiale, che può essere ferro lucido, zincato a caldo e inox oppure acciaio blu, zincato elettrolitico e verniciato. Praim opera con una gestione informatizzata di ordini, magazzino e produzione, ed effettua accurati controlli e collaudi del prodotto finito.

Based in Barzago (Lecco), Praim produces packaging items. Its product range includes various lines of metal strap, pallets, seals (overlap, open and safety, made from PP and PET), strapping machines, strap trolleys and other components for packaging, including plastic corners, adhesive and biadhesive tapes, plastic, serrated and perforated straps. In particular, the metal straps come in different sizes, strengths, lengths etc., and different materials, which can be polished, hot galvanized, stainless iron or blue, electrolyte zinc-plated, painted steel. Praim has computerised order processing, warehouse management and production and carries out accurate checks and tests on the end products.
