416 Film per imballaggi flessibili
La Venfin, attiva nel campo dell’imballaggio flessibile, si è specializzata in particolare nella produzione di film sottile di PVC non plastificato, idoneo al contatto alimentare. Denominata VenFILM, la gamma comprende film trasparenti, colorati, argento e oro metallizzato. Questi film, disponibili con larghezze massime di 1.500 mm e spessori di 15-100 mm, non sono utilizzati esclusivamente per l’industria di trasformazione (stampa di incarti per l’avvolgimento twist di caramelle o di imballaggi per saponette) ma anche per impieghi tecnici.
VenFILM è caratterizzato da: elevata resistenza ai prodotti chimici, agli UV e alla luce, barriera al vapore, proprietà antistatiche e isolanti, retrazione bassa e controllata, e buona saldabilità.
Venfin, in ogni caso, non si propone solo come produttore di film ad elevato contenuto tecnologico per il packaging. Grazie all’esperienza maturata nel proprio ambito, la società è infatti in grado di offrire impianti chiavi in mano, secondo le specifiche esigenze dei clienti.

Films for flexible packaging
Venfin operates in the field of flexible packaging and is particularly specialised in the production of unplasticised thin PVC film, approved for food wrapping applications. Its name is VenFILM. The complete range of VenFILM (transparent, colored, silver or gold metallized) and with max width 1,500 mm and thickness range 15-100 mm is not only used by the converting industry for printing twist wrapping for candies or packaging rolls for soaps, but also for highly technical uses.
VenFILM has important properties such as: high resistance to chemicals, UV and light, high barrier to vapors, high antistatic or insulating effects, low and controlled shrinkage, heat sealing property.
But Venfin is not only a mere producer of highly technological films for packaging. Learning from its direct experience, the company can also supply turnkey plants to its customers, according to their needs.

417 Pallet-box
Boxlite di Videoplastic è un pallet stampato a iniezione dotato di pareti di PP (ripieghevoli e disponibili nell'altezza richiesta) e di un coperchio. Realizzato interamente in plastica, risulta facilmente smontabile una volta svuotato e si distingue per versatilità, praticità d'impiego ed economicità.
I pallet, incastrati l'un nell'altro in pile da 34 pezzi, le cinture anulari ripiegate e impilate e i coperchi accatastati separatamente, possono essere stoccati anche all'aperto in spazi relativamente contenuti, senza essere danneggiati da acqua e agenti atmosferici. Disponibile in diversi formati, Boxlite trova applicazione in numerosi settori industriali: automobilistico, manifatturiero, farmaceutico e alimentare.

Pallet-box
Boxlite from Videoplastic is an injection moulded pallet with PP walls (fold-away and available in the height required) and lid. Made entirely from plastic, it's easily knocked down once empty and offers great versatility, practical use and cost-effectiveness.
The pallets can be stacked one on top of the other in piles of 34; the ring belts folded and stacked; the lids stored separately, even outdoors taking up very little room, without being damaged by the water or weather.
Coming in various sizes, Boxlite panels can be used in numerous industrial sectors: the car industry, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and food sectors.

418 Imballaggi metallici
Nata negli anni ’60, Asa San Marino si è imposta come una delle grandi realtà italiane del settore imballaggi metallici per prodotti tecnici e olio alimentare.
Grazie a una politica di acquisizioni e alla nascita di nuove imprese, si è quindi formato il Gruppo Asa, con oltre 200 dipendenti e 6 stabilimenti su 50.000 m2 coperti, attrezzati con linee litografiche e di verniciatura e linee monoformato per la produzione di imballaggi e componenti. Il gruppo opera tramite la divisione General Line, dedicata alle scatole per olio alimentare e prodotti tecnici (smalti, diluenti, vernici, inchiostri, lubrificanti e simili), e la Divisione Food, focalizzata sulle scatole per conserve vegetali, frutta, carni, pesce, zuppe, grassi e pet food. I contenitori possono essere di banda stagnata o alluminio, con coperchio open top o ad apertura facile, in tre o due pezzi e di varie forme.

Metal packaging
Set up in the sixties, Asa San Marino has won a name for itself as one of the large Italian concerns in the metal packaging sector for technical products and food oils. Thanks to a policy of buy-ups and the creation of new firms, the Asa Group has come to be formed, with over 200 employees and 6 works with 50,000 m2 of covered area, equipped with lithography and lacquering lines and monoformat lines for producing packaging and components. The group works through a General Line division, dedicated to food oil and technical product cans (enamels, diluting agents, lacquers, inks, lubricants and the like), and the Food Division, focussed on cans for vegetable-, fruit-, meat- and fish preserves as well as soups, fats and pet food. The containers are in tin or aluminium, with open top or easy open covers in three or two pieces and come in various formats.

419 Film ad ampio range di saldatura
Radici Film ha completato lo sviluppo dell’ultimo film metallizzato bassosaldante ad ampio range di saldatura. Nato come prodotto sperimentale col nome di Radil S158, ora è disponibile nella gamma dei prodotti standard con il marchio Radil ZLS. Le sue caratteristiche principali sono la bassa temperatura minima di saldabilità (95 °C), le buone proprietà barriera alla luce, all’umidità e all’ossigeno, e l’ottima macchinabilità, confermata dai test effettuati, in collaborazione con un importante produttore italiano di confezionatrici, su imballi di snack al cioccolato. Fra i primi prodotti confezionati con questo film si trovano i cracker Delser Line Catering (The Quality Food Group SpA), il cui packaging è stato realizzato dalla Mach Srl accoppiando Radil ZLS da 20 micron con PET da 12 micron.

Films with broad seal range
Radici Film has completed the development of its latest low seal metalized film offering broad seal possibilities.
Created as an experimental product with the name Radil S158, it is now available in a range of standard products under the brand Radil ZLS. Its main features are low min. seal temperature (95 °C), good barrier properties against light, damp and oxygen, and great machineability, confirmed by the tests carried out in cooperation with an important Italian packaging machine producer on chocolate snacks and chocolates. Among the first products packed with this film one finds the Delser Line Catering crackers (The Quality Food Group SpA), the packaging having been created by Mach Srl by laminating 20 micron Radil ZLS with 12 micron PET.

420 Contenitori per l’industria cosmetica
Baralan, attiva da quarant'anni nel "total packaging service", si è affermata nel settore del packaging standard cosmetico. I clienti, infatti, possono creare le proprie linee scegliendo tra le innumerevoli proposte sempre disponibili a magazzino: oltre 150 modelli di flaconi di vetro e più di 300 versioni di capsule, sovracapsule, pompe spray, contenitori di plastica e accessori vari. Tra i lanci più recenti ricordiamo i nuovi modelli di flaconi per smalto dalle linee molto pulite e moderne ma anche dalle forme bizzarre e alquanto difficili da realizzare. I nuovi contenitori per make-up o per body care, caratterizzati da linee molto alte e ristrette, squadrate o ovali, consentono di ottimizzare la presa e gli spazi a scaffale.
Grazie agli impianti di metallizzazione e stampa di cui dispone, Baralan è in grado di eseguire le lavorazioni più complesse rendendo i contenitori standard degli articoli praticamente unici.

Containers for the cosmetics industry
Baralan, with its forty years in “total packaging service”, has won a name for itself in the sector of standard cosmetic packaging. Their customers can in fact create their own lines choosing from the numerous proposals always available in store: over 150 models of glass flacons and more than 300 capsule, overcapsules, pump sprays, plastic containers and various accessories. Among the most recent launches we cite the six new models of flacons for nail varnish with a clear, modern design though also offering bizarre shapes equally difficult to make. The new containers for make-up or bodycare feature a tall-slim, squarish or oval design that enable grip and shelf space optimization. Thanks to Baralan’s metallization and print systems the concern is able to carry out the most complex processes making their standard containers practically unique every time.
