Nella gamma di codificatori laser offerti da Nimax, il modello Domino DSL1 è ideale per la marcatura su carta, cartone, plastica e vetro nei settori alimentare, delle bevande, cosmetico e farmaceutico. Questo laser ha un grado di protezione IP54 e risulta dunque affidabile anche negli ambienti industriali difficili; inoltre i tubi sigillati CO2 riducono le necessità di manutenzione. Una tecnologia esclusiva garantisce la stampa nitida e indelebile su prodotti fermi e on line, con velocità fino a 396 m/min. DSL1 può stampare numerazioni progressive, numeri di lotto, codici a barre, logo e immagini grafiche, scegliendo la potenza più adatta all’applicazione. Illimitato il numero di righe di testo, in qualsiasi orientamento e con una gamma di font di altezza fra 0,5 e 60 mm. Semplicissime, infine, l’impostazione e la lettura dei messaggi, e l’installazione della macchina sulle linee esistenti, con possibilità di controllo remoto e di operare in rete.

Laser codifier
In the range of codifiers offered by Nimax, the model Domino DSL1 is ideal for marking paper, cardboard, plastic and glass in the food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. This laser has a protection grade IP54 and is therefore also reliable in difficult industrial atmospheres; furthermore the CO2 sealed tubes reduce the need for maintenance. Exclusive technology guarantees clear, indelible printing on immobile, on-line products, with speeds up to 396 m/min. DSL1 can print progressive numbers, batch numbers, bar codes, logos and graphic images, selecting the power best adapted to the application. There is no limit to the number of lines of text, in any direction and with a range of font styles from 0.5 to 60 mm high. Setting up and reading messages is thereby rendered simple, as is installing the machine on ready, existing lines, with the additional possibility of remote control and of network linking.

347 Etichettatrice autoadesiva
L’etichettatrice autoadesiva rotativa ET 3000R della OMB applica etichette adesive con una produzione oraria di 3000 bott/h. La macchina, costruita in acciaio inox, è costituita di stazione per l’apposizione dell’etichetta di corpo, stazione per contro etichetta e 4 piattelli porta bottiglie. È possibile installare anche una terza stazione di etichettatura e fra gli optional figurano anche stampante, distributore e movimentazione testata. ET 3000R è corredata di attrezzature per bottiglie cilindriche, è completa delle protezioni antinfortunistiche ed è pronta per essere inserita in linea. Il senso di lavoro è da sinistra a destra. La macchina accetta bottiglie con altezza da 200 a 370 mm e con diametro fra 50 e 120 mm. Le etichette presentano un’altezza massima di 150 mm.

Auto-adhesive labeling machine.
The rotary auto-adhesive labelling machine ET 3000R from OMB applies adhesive labels with an hourly production of 3000 bott/hr. The machine is built in stainless steel, and is made up of stations for the positioning of the body label, stations for counter labels and 4 bottle carrying pans. It is possible to install a third labeling station and among the options there is also a printer, a distributor and cylinder head handling. ET 3000R is supplied with equipment for cylindrical bottles, is complete with accident protection and is ready to be installed on line. The machine works from left to right and accepts bottles with a height of 200 to 370 mm and a diameter between 50 and 120 mm. The labels have a maximum height of 150 mm.

348 Monoblocco di riempimento
Oeno è un monoblocco di riempimento per vino e liquori messo a punto da Procomac, in cui le varie macchine possono essere combinate a piacere. Il lay out di macchina consente di ottenere un ergonomico fronte lineare e la tecnologia brevettata di alimentazione delle bottiglie non richiede cambi formato. Infatti, il sistema di trasporto tramite stelle con pinze a presa positiva, senza controguide, evita ogni oscillazione dei contenitori e il trasferimento degli stessi alla sciacquatrice si effettua con un sistema brevettato senza coclea. Oeno è disponibile con riempitrice a gravità (per vini piatti e liquori) o isobarica (per vini frizzanti e piatti), e con sciacquatrice Gripstar. Si segnalano il quadro di controllo a leggio, d’acciaio inox, collegato con innesti rapidi e posizionabile a piacere, e il circuito C.I.P. chiuso, basato su false bottiglie e su un canale ad hoc per lavaggi separati delle valvole di riempimento e del serbatoio.

Monobloc for filling
Oeno is a monobloc for filling for wine and liqueurs built by Procomac, in which the various machines can be combined as one wishes. The layout of the machine allows for an linear ergonomic front to be obtained and the patented technology for bottle feeding requires no format changes. In fact, the system of transportation by means of stars with positive socket pincers, without counterguides, avoids any oscillation of the containers and the transferring of these to the rinser is carried out by a patented system without an Archimedian screw. Oeno is available with a gravity filler (for flat wines and liqueurs) or isobaric (for sparkling and flat wines), and with Gripstar rinser. Also worthy of note are the lectern control panel, the stainless steel, connected with quick couplings that can be positioned as one likes, and the C.I.P. closed circuit, based on false bottles and on an ad hoc channel for separate washing of the filling valves and the tank.

Orobica Plast-Gom nasce nel 1980 con una produzione di articoli tecnici per l’industria dell’imbottigliamento, per avviare poi quella di ventose e di componenti per vuoto. Certificata ISO 9001, è nota in tutto il mondo e dispone di due unità produttive che utilizzano macchinari dell’ultima generazione (fra cui presse per lo stampaggio di elastomeri, poliuretani e termoplastici e forni di post-vulcanizzazione). Il reparto R&S è a disposizione dei clienti per la progettazione di prodotti speciali, mentre in un laboratorio interno viene controllata la qualità dei manufatti e dei processi. I prodotti della società bergamasca vengono utilizzati nell’industria dell’imbottigliamento, alimentare, dell’automazione e della robotica. Attualmente sono in produzione oltre 7.000 articoli standard fra ventose, testine prensili, membrane e guarnizioni.

Suction cups, heads, membranes and gaskets
Orobica Plast-Gom was set up in 1980 with a product line of industrial items for the bottling industry, followed by suction cups and vacuum components. With ISO 9001 certification, it enjoys global recognition and has two production centres using cutting-edge machinery (including presses for elastomer, polyurethane and thermoplastic moulding and post- vulcanizing ovens). Its R&D department is at the service of its customers for the design of special products, while an in-house lab controls the quality of the goods and the processes. The products from this Bergamo-based firm are used in the bottling, food, automation and robotics industries. It currently produces over 7,000 standard products including suction cups, prehensile heads, membranes and gaskets.

Parma Controls presenta due nuovi sistemi di misura e controllo della UltraScan Technology. Ultrachek è un sistema di ispezione geometrica a contatto per contenitori di plastica o vetro e ad uso farmaceutico, configurato come sistema a 2 assi con tavola girevole. Misura altezza, larghezza, fori, angoli e conicità, profili, contorni, filetti, perpendicolarità, ovalità, planarità, disassamenti, ecc. Ultrabore è stato progettato per ispezionare al 100% bottiglie di plastica e vetro e per applicazioni di misurazione di calibri simili. Si integra facilmente negli attuali sistemi di misura a doppia testata on line e consente di misurare fori in 8 posizioni radiali e 4 verticali, selezionabili con il software. Per esempio, sostituendo calibri a tampone passa/non passa nel sistema di misurazione a doppia testata di potenza Emhart, Ultrabore fornisce le misure del diametro interno e le analisi di ovalità, profilo e conicità (con gli optional si verificano anche i fori più piccoli di 5 mm e anche le profondità superiori ai 30 mm).

Measuring and control systems
Parma Controls presents two new measuring and control systems from UltraScan Technology. The Ultrachek is a geometric contact inspection system for plastic or glass containers and for the pharmaceuticals sector, with 2-axis and turntable configuration. It measures height, width, holes, angles and tapering, profiles, outlines, threading, verticality, ovality, flatness, misalignment, etc. The Ultrabore has been designed for 100% inspection of plastic and glass bottles and for measuring applications of a similar gauge. Easily introduced in current on line dual-head measuring systems, it lets one measure holes in 8 radial and 4 vertical, selected using the software. For instance, by replacing the go/not go plug gauges in the Emhart dual-head power measuring system, Ultrabore measures the inside diameters and analyses the ovality, profile and tapering (fitted with optional devices, it can even check holes smaller than 5 mm and depths of more than 30 mm).

351 Sistemi multipli di capsulatura
Poker è una capsulatrice realizzata da Robino & Galandrino per garantire il trattamento completo delle capsule a medie ed alte produzioni. La macchina è in grado di trattare le innumerevoli varietà di capsule attualmente in uso, mediante un sistema modulare che permette di attivare di volta in volta le combinazioni di lavoro opportune. Sulla prima torretta di capsulatura sono installati vari kit di teste a innesto rapido, del tipo termico per termoretrazione, pneumatico per il preplissettaggio, meccanico per la chiusura dei capsuloni da spumante e, infine, per la chiusura di capsule plissettate (tipo birra). Un’eventuale seconda torretta viene munita delle nuove teste rullanti brevettate Robino & Galandrino, che portano la velocità operativa a 1.500 b/h per testa. Principali vantaggi: minori ingombri, rumorosità e costi di esercizio; miglior funzionamento e facilità di controllo.

Multiple capsuling systems
Poker is a capsuling machine produced by Robino & Galandrino to guarantee complete treatment of capsules for medium/high output. The machine can treat innumerable different types of capsules currently in use thanks to a modular system that lets one activate the various combinations to suit the specific product. The first capsuling turret is fitted with various quick-coupling head kits, such as thermal heads for heat-shrink, pneumatic heads for pre-pleating, mechanical heads for closing the large capsules on sparkling wine bottles and, finally, for the closure of pleated capsules (beer). A second turret (optional) can be fitted with the new Robino & Galandrino patented rolling heads that take working speeds to 1,500 b/h per head. The main advantages: less space, less noise and lower running costs; better functioning and easy control.

La sua gamma comprende macchine lineari e rotative, monoblocchi e macchine con applicazioni speciali. Le etichettatrici lineari comprendono sistemi con colla a freddo (Line LE) adatti ad applicare un’etichetta parziale o avvolgente su contenitori cilindrici in materiali diversi, con sistema di incollaggio totale o a strisce orizzontali. Il magazzino etichette può essere mobile o fisso e la produzione nominale raggiunge le 13.000 b/h. Invece, le lineari per etichette autoadesive a marchio Line LA applicano una o più etichette direttamente su contenitori di varie forme e materiali, a una velocità che varia fra i 30 e i 60 m/min.

Linear and rotary labeling machines
SCM Costruzioni Meccaniche has, since 1981, produced labeling machines using cold glue, hot melt and self-adhesive labels, capable of operating at speeds of between 1,000-1,500 and 25,000 b/h. Its product range includes linear and rotary machines, monoblocs and machines with special applications. Its linear labeling machines include systems with cold gluing (Line LE) suitable for applying partial or wrap-around labels on cylindrical containers of various materials, with total or horizontal strip gluing systems. The label magazine can be fixed or mobile and nominal output reaches 13,000 b/h. The Line LA linear labeling machines, meanwhile, apply one or more self-adhesive labels directly to containers of various shapes and materials, at speeds ranging from 30 to 60 m/min.
