HP lancia nuovi prodotti e strumenti concepiti per ottimizzare la produttività nella stampa digitale di etichette e imballaggi flessibili.
Tra le ultime proposte, la HP Indigo ws4500, il contratto di rivendita con Esko e la presentazione di HP Indichrome Plus con HP ElectroInk verde. |
La gamma di macchine da stampa industriali HP offre risultati di alta qualità, maggiore produttività e soluzioni end-to-end in grado di fornire un’alternativa economicamente vantaggiosa alle macchine flessografiche per tirature ridotte.
• HP Indigo ws4500 (foto) è dotata di un insieme di funzionalità aggiuntive che ne fanno un dispositivo di produzione affidabile e robusto per un esercizio ininterrotto, 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, per quantitativi medi e bassi. Grazie a funzioni di elevato valore - come le soluzioni opzionali di Esko che possono ridurre il tempo di adattamento dei colori del 50% - è la macchina ideale per la produzione a basso costo di lavori di stampa di etichette e imballaggi fino a circa 2000 metri. HP Indigo ws4500 offre le stesse caratteristiche di velocità e formato dei modelli precedenti, ma presenta notevoli miglioramenti mirati a ottimizzarne l’efficienza e la produttività. La facilità di utilizzo della macchina da stampa è aumentata in modo significativo grazie all’opportunità di stampare in modalità automatica.
• HP ha inoltre annunciato la propria nomina a rivenditore di Esko Optimize Pack ed Esko Scope Pack per HP Indigo, due nuove soluzioni di front-end digitale fornite da Esko, produttore leader di prodotti di prestampa per etichette e imballaggi. È stata anche introdotta un’ampia gamma di supporti adatti all’utilizzo con le macchine da stampa HP Indigo, tra cui quello per etichette e imballaggi di Avery-Denison e Raflatac, i nuovi substrati per etichette OPP e PE di Fedrigoni/Manter e, per finire, i supporti flessibili per l’imballaggio di ExxonMobil e di Mitsubishi Polyester Films.
• HP ha infine ottimizzato l’offerta HP Indichrome on-press per i clienti che realizzano la stampa digitale di etichette e imballaggi. HP Indichrome Plus arricchisce infatti il precedente set di colori CMYK, HP ElectroInks arancio e viola con l’introduzione di HP ElectroInk verde.

The advantages of digital printing
HP launches new products and instruments designed to optimize productivity of digital printing of labels and flexible packaging. Innovations include the HP Indigo ws4500, a reseller’s deal with Esko and the presentation of HP Indichrome Plus with green HP ElectroInk.
The range of HP industrial printers offer high print quality, improved productivity and end-to-end solutions offering a more economical alternative to flexographic machines for short runs.
• HP Indigo ws4500 is equipped with a range of additional functions, making this a sturdy and reliable device for uninterrupted, 24-hour production 7 days a week, for medium and short runs.
High value functions - such as Esko’s optional solutions that can reduce color management time by 50% (2, 3) - make this an ideal solution for low cost printing of labels and packaging up to around 2000 metres.
HP Indigo ws4500 operates at the same speed and with the same formats as previous models, but offers considerable improvements optimizing efficiency and productivity.
The printer is also much easier to use as it can print in automatic.
• HP also announced that it will distribute the Esko Optimize Pack and Esko Scope Pack for HP Indigo, two new digital front-end solutions provided by Esko, a leading manufacturer of pre-printing products for labels and packaging.
There is also a new and broad range of platforms suitable for use with HP Indigo printers, including substrates for labels and packaging by Avery-Denison and Raflatac, new substrates for OPP and PE labels by Fedrigoni/Manter; flexible platforms for packaging by ExxonMobil and Mitsubishi Polyester Films.
• HP also optimized the HP Indichrome on-press range for customers requiring digital printing of labels and packaging.
HP Indichrome Plus enriches the previous CMYK set of colors, orange and violet HP ElectroInks, with the introduction of green HP ElectroInk.
