Finishing impeccabile
Duplo International (sede italiana ad Arcore, MI) ha messo a punto il DC-645 Production Colour Finisher, ossia un sistema di ultima generazione e ad alta produttività progettato specificatamente per il finishing di stampati digitali. DC-645 Production Colour Finisher realizza infatti (con un ottimo livello di qualità) biglietti da visita e pieghevoli, cartoline, biglietti d’auguri, brochure, direct mailing e print-on-demand per grammature fino a 350 g.
Duplo DC-645 è unica nel combinare taglio, rifilatura e piegatura di uno stampato in un singolo passaggio e con la massima precisione. Di facile impiego, il DC-645 lavora a una velocità di 26 fogli/min ed è dotato di interfaccia utente opzionale basata su PC con connettività JDF. Caratterizzato da costi di gestione contenuti, il nuovo sistema di Duplo vanta un design flessibile che ne favorisce la modularità e la flessibilità, può infatti incorporare moduli addizionali come taglierine per biglietti da visita e perforatrici.
Una offset per i 52 cm
Presstek Inc, produttore e distributore di sistemi digitali per le arti grafiche, ha di recente installato la macchina offset digitale ad automazione spinta Presstek 52DI nello stabilimento di Absolute Digital a Kendal, nel Regno Unito.
La Presstek 52DI è una macchina da stampa a foglio formato landscape (luce 52 cm) a quattro colori, che coniuga l’efficienza di un workflow tutto digitale con la qualità di una stampante tradizionale waterless.
È fra le più efficienti e produttive macchine da stampa mai realizzata nell’ambito dei 52 cm. La 52DI può stampare fogli con larghezza 20,47”x14,76” al ritmo di circa 10.000 pz/h.
Grande formato
Sintesi SpA ha presentato a Grafitalia una gamma completa di soluzioni per la stampa digitale di grande formato roll to roll e in piano con inchiostri a solvente, UV e base olio. Sotto i riflettori: Gandi Jeti 3324 in formato 3,3 m a bobina con inchiostri UV; Jeti 3200, in piano formato 3x2 m con inchiostri UV con bianco e vernice; Algotex Raimbow 325 TOP con inchiostri a solvente e Power Color 8 con inchiostri base olio, completa di sistema di finitura; Mimaki a solvente e, non ultime, tutte le soluzioni Oce.

Duplo DC-645 is unique in combining cutting, trimming and folding of a printed sheet in one single run and with maximum accuracy. Easy to use, the DC-645 works at a speed of 26 sheets/min and is fitted with optional user interface based on PC, with JDF connectivity.
Featuring limited management costs, the new Duplo system boasts a flexible design that favors modularity and flexibility, it can in fact incorporate additional modules such as cutters for calling cards and perforating machines.
52 cm offset press

The Presstek 52DI is a highly automated 52 cm landscape sheet fed four-colour digital offset printing press that combines the efficiency of an all digital workflow with the versatility and quality of a conventional waterless press.
It is among the most efficient and productive presses ever brought to market in the 52 cm landscape format size.
The 52DI has a maximum sheet size of 20.47”x14.76” and produces up to 0,000 sheets per hour.

At Grafitalia, Sintesi SpA presented a complete range of solutions for largescale roll to roll and flatbed digital printing with UV, solvent and oil-based inks.
